In this embodiment, the filter member is a water outlet filter hole 213 provided at the front side of the filter chamber b. The filter cover 210 is provided at both sides with a water inlet 211 communicating with the filter chamber b. The filter frame 220 is mounted at the rear side of the filter cavity b, the filter frame 220 has a frame structure, and a water inlet channel c is arranged in the middle and is communicated with the filter cavity b.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, after water flows into the filter cavity b through the water inlets 211 on the left and right sides of the lint filter 200, water flows into the filter cavity b through the rear side of the filter cavity b, and the water outlet filter holes 213 on the front side of the filter cavity b play a role in filtering and intercepting, so that impurities such as lint are trapped into a cavity enclosed by the filter frame 220 and the filter cavity b. When cleaning, the lint filter 200 is cleaned by only removing the lint filter 200 from the mounting groove 110 of the inner tub 100 and opening the filter frame 220. After the lint filter 200 is detached, the wall of the inner tub 100 at the installation position of the lint filter 200 can be cleaned in all directions.
In the above washing machine, the lint filter 200 can be directly detached from the inner wall of the inner tub 100, and the inside can be cleaned by opening the filter frame 220; meanwhile, after the lint filter 200 is disassembled, the wall of the inner barrel 100 at the installation position of the lint filter 200 can be cleaned in all directions, so that the dirt on the wall of the inner barrel 100 is prevented from being deposited.
The structure of the lint filter 200 is shown in fig. 5 to 9. The filter cover 210 has a rectangular structure as a whole, and the filter chamber b is provided at a middle lower portion of the filter cover 210. The filter chamber b is located near the wall of the inner tub 100, and has water inlets 211 at both sides thereof. The filter frame 220 can play a role of blocking to prevent impurities such as lint from falling off after the lint filter 200 is removed.
To facilitate the cleaning operation, one end of the filter frame 220 is rotatably coupled to the filter cover 210, and the other end is detachably coupled to the filter cover 210. Specifically, one end of the filter frame 220 is hinged to the filter cover 210 through a rotation shaft structure, and the other end is detachably connected to the filter cover 210 through a fastening structure.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a rotation shaft 221 is provided at a lower end of the filter frame 220, the filter cover 210 is correspondingly provided with a rotation shaft 221 hole, and the filter frame 220 is rotatably provided in the rotation shaft 221 hole through the rotation shaft 221.
Two buckles 214 are arranged on the filter cover 210 at the upper side of the filter cavity b, a clamping convex edge 222 is arranged at the upper end of the filter frame 220, and the filter frame 220 is fixed with the buckles 214 through the clamping convex edge 222 when being covered on the filter cavity b. In order to facilitate the opening of the filter frame 220, an extended handle 223 may be provided at the clamping flange 222, and the filter frame 220 may be pulled back to be opened by the handle 223.
The front side surfaces of the two sides of the water inlet channel c of the filter frame 220 are also provided with accommodating grooves 224, and the accommodating grooves 224 are in butt joint with the filter cavity b to form accommodating cavities. The filter frame 220 can expand the accommodating volume through the accommodating groove 224, and can accommodate more wire scraps and sundries.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the lint filter 200 further includes a flow guiding member 230, the flow guiding member 230 is disposed at the rear side of the filter cavity b, and the front portion of the flow guiding member 230 is located in the water inlet channel c, so that water flow can be guided into the filter cavity b from the water inlets 211 at both sides.
In this embodiment, the flow guiding member 230 is a flow guiding plate, and the length of the flow guiding plate is adapted to the length of the water inlet channel c. The deflector is rotatably disposed on the filter cover 210 and can swing left and right in the water inlet channel c. Specifically, the two ends of the rear side of the guide plate are provided with rotating shafts, the two ends of the filter cavity b of the filter cover 210 are respectively provided with rotating shaft holes, and the guide plate is rotatably arranged in the rotating shaft holes through the rotating shafts.
When the guide plates swing to the left side and the right side respectively, the front side edges of the guide plates can be abutted with the side walls of the filter cavity b on the left side and the right side respectively.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when washing laundry, water flow with lint enters from one side (left side or right side) of the lint filter 200, and as shown by arrows in fig. 9 and 10, the deflector swings left and right along with the thrust of the water flow, and functions to close the filter frame 220 and guide the flow, so that the lint collection rate can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the filter cover 210 is detachably coupled with the mounting groove position 110 of the inner tub 100 by a clamping structure.
Specifically, the clamping structure includes two clamping ribs 120 and two opposite jaws, as shown in fig. 6, the two jaws are a first jaw 215 and a second jaw 216, respectively.
As shown in fig. 4, two clamping ribs 120 are respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the mounting groove 110 on the inner tub 100. The locking rib 120 extends from top to bottom along the sidewall of the inner tub 100 to the bottom of the mounting groove 110. The first and second claws 215 and 216 are respectively disposed at left and right sides of the rear surface of the filter cover 210. The two sides of the filter cover 210 are abutted against the inner wall of the inner barrel 100, and the first claw 215 and the second claw 216 respectively extend into the rear side of the clamping convex rib 120 and are clamped and fixed with the clamping convex rib 120.
