The support 1320 is, for example, a frame structure, and has a receiving space 13201 at a middle portion thereof. The holder 1322 is fixedly disposed on the bracket 1320 and fixedly connected to the heating element 1323 to fix the heating element 1323 in the accommodating space 13201, and to form a gap having a certain distance d (see fig. 9) between the heating element 1323 and the peripheral sidewall 13200 of the accommodating space 13201. The heating element 1323 is, for example, a positive temperature coefficient (Positive Temperature Coefficient, PTC) heater. It should be noted that the gap herein may avoid direct contact between the heating element 1323 and the support 1320, i.e. an air gap exists between the heating element 1323 and the support 1320, and may also facilitate outward dissipation of heat from the heating element 1323. The fixing member 1322 is selected from thermoplastic engineering plastic, such as PPS plastic (i.e., polyphenylene sulfide plastic), which has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, flame retardance, and good thermal stability, and can not only reliably fix the heating member 1323 to the support 1320, but also bear the high temperature of the heating member 1323 and prevent the heat of the heating member 1323 from being transferred to the support 1320, so that the support 1320 can be made of conventional heat-resistant materials, and further the material cost of the support 1320 can be reduced.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the peripheral wall 13200 of the accommodating space 13201 has a plurality of gaps 13202, for example, arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, the number of the holders 1322 is a plurality of, for example, six, the plurality of holders 1322 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and extend into the accommodating space 13201 through the plurality of gaps 13202, respectively.
In some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 5 and 10-12, any of the retainers 1322 includes a lower bracket 13221 and an upper press 13223. The lower support portion 13221 is mounted on the support 1320 and extends into the accommodating space 13201 through the corresponding notch 13202, the upper pressing portion 13223 is detachably mounted and fixed to the lower support portion 13221 and extends into the accommodating space 13201 through the corresponding notch 13202, and the heating element 1323 is clamped in a clamping space between the lower support portion 13221 and the upper pressing portion 13223. For example, the support 1320 is provided with a boss 13204 at a position adjacent to the notch 13202 outside the peripheral sidewall 13200 of the accommodating space 13201, and the lower support portion 13221 and the upper pressing portion 13223 are sequentially sleeved on the boss 13204 to be positioned and mounted on the support 1320. Further, the upper pressing portion 13223 and the lower supporting portion 12331 are provided with through holes, and the upper pressing portion 13223 and the lower supporting portion 13221 are fixed together by a locking member (not shown in the drawings) such as a screw and a boss 13204, so that the upper pressing portion 13223 and the lower supporting portion 13221 are detachably mounted and fixed between the locking member and the support 1320, and the detachable connection manner facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the heating element 112. In other embodiments, a limiting portion may also be disposed on the upper pressing portion 13223, such that an end of the limiting portion away from the upper pressing portion 13223 contacts the lower supporting portion 13221 to maintain a clamping space between the lower supporting portion 13221 and the upper pressing portion 13223 for clamping the heating element 1323, and the limiting portion is disposed in the corresponding notch 13202.
In some embodiments, the limiting portion 13222 is provided with a contact portion 13224 protruding toward the heating element 1323, and the contact portion 13224 contacts the heating element 1323. By the arrangement of the contact portion 13224, an air gap can be formed between the limiting portion 13222 and the heating element 1323, which is beneficial for the heat of the heating element 1323 to be emitted outwards.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fan heater 10 further includes a temperature safety device, such as a temperature fuse 1327, where the peripheral wall 13200 has a through hole 13203 communicating with the accommodating space 13201, and the temperature fuse 1327 is fixedly disposed on the support 1320 and adjacent to the through hole 13203. The thermal fuse 1327, also called a thermal fuse, may sense overheating generated during abnormal operation of the heating element 132, thereby cutting off a circuit to prevent a fire from occurring.

The temperature breaker 1329 belongs to a temperature control instrument, and when the temperature in a line is too high, the circuit is triggered to be disconnected, so that the burning phenomenon of equipment and even electrical accidents are avoided; when the temperature is reduced to be within the normal range, the circuit is closed, and the normal working state is restored.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-7, the fan heater 10 further includes a circuit board 1325, the circuit board 1325 is fixedly disposed on the support 1320, the heating element 1323 is electrically connected to the circuit board 1325, and the temperature fuse 1327 and the temperature breaker 1329 are connected in series between the positive electrode of the power supply and the circuit board 1325. The circuit board 1325 obtains a power supply voltage by connecting a power supply positive electrode and a power supply negative electrode.
In some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 1-3 and 13, the heater unit 10 further includes a negative ion generator 1328 positioned within the housing assembly 130, the negative ion generator 1328 being fixedly disposed on the support 1320 adjacent to the heating element 1323. By providing the negative ion generator 1328, negative ions can be attached to the warm air blown out by the fan heater 10, and an effect of purifying air can be achieved.
In some embodiments, for example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 10, the housing assembly 130 is provided with an air inlet 1301, an air outlet 1302, and an air duct communicating the air inlet 1301 with the air outlet 1302, and the fan heater 10 further includes a fan 134, where the fan 134 and the heating element 1323 are disposed. The air intake 1301 may even include a dust filter screen, for example, by forming a plurality of air intake holes. The air outlet 1302 is formed with a plurality of air outlet holes, for example. Heating element 1323 may be disposed adjacent air intake 1301 on the air intake side of fan 134 or adjacent air outlet 1302 on the air outlet side of fan 134. The fan 134 includes, for example, a motor, a connection pad, and a plurality of blades 1340 spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the fan 134 (e.g., the connection pad circumferential direction). The length of any of the blades 1340 is inclined with respect to the central axis OO' of the fan 134. Specifically, the fan 134 has a plurality of lands, for example, five as shown in fig. 14, which are disposed at intervals along the central axis OO 'of the fan 134, and each of the blades 1340 is fixed to the five lands and is gradually twisted by a certain angle in the length direction of the blade 1340 from the leftmost land in the rotation direction of the fan 134 until being fixed to the rightmost land, so that the length direction of the blade 1340 can be inclined by a certain angle β, for example, 2 to 15 degrees with respect to the central axis OO' of the fan 134. By adopting the inclined arrangement mode, each fan blade 1340 is a forward-direction blade, so that the wind pressure of the air outlet of the fan 134 can be enhanced, and the wind speed can be increased.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for the sake of brevity, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
