The housing 100 includes a housing seat 10 and a housing cover 20, the housing cover 20 being detachably mounted to the housing seat 10, the housing cover 20 and the housing seat 10 forming an accommodating space 30.

The case base 10 may be provided with a sound-emitting through hole 192, and the sound-emitting through hole 192 may penetrate the third base body side plate 154, the sound-emitting through hole 192 communicating with the housing space 30. The first fixture block 121 and the second fixture block 122 may be located at two sides of the sound emitting through hole 192, the limiting block 123 is located between the first fixture block 121 and the second fixture block 122, and the limiting block 123, the first fixture block 121, and the second fixture block 122 may jointly enclose a speaker fastening space 124.
Thus, the first fixture block 121, the second fixture block 122 and the limiting block 123 can limit the speaker 400 in the speaker engaging space 124 together, which is helpful for the speaker 400 to be assembled on the speaker assembling portion 12 more stably, so that the position of the speaker 400 is not easy to change.
The first engaging block 121 and the second engaging block 122 may be distributed on two sides of the sound emitting through hole 192 along the height direction Z of the housing 100, so that the first engaging block 121 and the second engaging block 122 may limit the speaker 400 along the height direction Z of the housing 100.
The limiting block 123 can be located at one side of the first fixture 121 or the second fixture 122 facing the second seat side plate 153, and then the limiting block 123 can limit the speaker 400 along the width direction Y of the casing 100.
The first latch 121 may also limit the speaker 400 along the length direction X of the housing 100. For example, the first latch 121 may have a hook-shaped structure, and the hook portion of the first latch 121 may be located on a side of the first latch 121 departing from the third housing side plate 154, so that the hook portion of the first latch 121 and the speaker clamping space 124 may be distributed along the length direction X of the housing 100, and the hook portion of the first latch 121 may further limit the speaker 400 along the length direction X of the housing 100. In other embodiments, the first engaging block 121 may have other shapes.
The structural shape of the second latch 122 may be the same as or different from that of the first latch 121. For example, the second latch 122 may have a hook-like configuration or other configurations.
The structural shape of the stopper 123 and the structural shape of the first latch 121 may be the same or different. For example, the stop 123 may be in the form of a rib or other shape.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the circuit board mounting portion 13 may be used to mount a different circuit board 200. For example, the circuit board assembly part 13 may include a main control board assembly part 131, a power supply board assembly part 132, and a door lock control board assembly part 133, the main control board assembly part 131 being capable of being assembled with the main control board 201, the power supply board assembly part 132 being capable of being assembled with the power supply board 202, and the door lock control board assembly part 133 being capable of being assembled with the door lock control board 203.
The main control board assembling portion 131, the power board assembling portion 132 and the door lock control board assembling portion 133 may be located at different positions of the housing 100, for example, the main control board assembling portion 131, the power board assembling portion 132 and the door lock control board assembling portion 133 may all be located in the accommodating space 30 and form a height difference, so that the structure between the main control board assembling portion 131, the power board assembling portion 132 and the door lock control board assembling portion 133 is compact. Among them, the main control board assembly part 131, the power supply board assembly part 132, and the door lock control board assembly part 133 may form a height difference in the height direction Z of the case 100.
The main control board assembly portion 131 and the main control board 201 may be assembled by fasteners such as screws, bolts, rivets, and the like. For example, the main control panel assembling portion 131 may include a plurality of protruding columns, each protruding column may be provided with a mounting hole, the plate body of the main control panel 201 is also provided with corresponding mounting holes at four corners, and then the fastener may be mounted in the mounting holes of the main control panel 201 and the protruding columns to fasten the main control panel 201 to the protruding columns.
The power board mounting part 132 and the main control board mounting part 131 may have the same or different structures. For example, the power board mounting portion 132 may include a plurality of protruding posts with mounting holes, and the power board 202 and the power board mounting portion 132 may be fastened by fasteners. The height of the power board assembling portion 132 may be higher than that of the main control board assembling portion 131, so that the power board 202 may be located on a side of the main control board 201 departing from the base substrate 151.
The door lock control panel assembling portion 133 may have the same or different structure as the main control panel assembling portion 131. For example, the door lock control panel assembly 133 may include a plurality of bosses having mounting holes, and the door lock control panel 203 and the door lock control panel assembly 133 may be fastened by fasteners. Here, the height of the door lock control panel assembly part 133 may be lower than that of the main control panel assembly part 131, so that the door lock control panel 203 may be located at a side of the main control panel 201 facing the base substrate 151.
The housing seat 10 may be provided with a through hole for adapting the circuit board 200, for example, the second seat side plate 153 may be provided with a plurality of connecting end through holes 193, the plurality of connecting end through holes 193 may be arranged at intervals from the first seat side plate 152 to the third seat side plate 154, the plurality of connecting end through holes 193 communicate with the receiving space 30, and each connecting end through hole 193 communicates with the receiving space 30. In this way, the connection terminals on the circuit board 200 are exposed outside the casing 100 through the connection terminal through holes 193, so that the connection terminals on the circuit board 200 are electrically connected with other devices.
In the case that the camera assembling portion 11 includes the first camera assembling portion 116 and the second camera assembling portion 117, the first camera assembling portion 116, the circuit board assembling portion 13, and the second camera assembling portion 117 may be sequentially arranged, for example, the first camera assembling portion 116, the circuit board assembling portion 13, and the second camera assembling portion 117 may be sequentially arranged along the length direction X of the housing 100, so that the circuit board 200 may be electrically connected to the cameras 300 on both sides.
The speaker mounting portion 12 and the first camera mounting portion 116 may be located on the same side of the circuit board mounting portion 13, and the speaker mounting portion 12 and the first camera mounting portion 116 may form a height difference. In this way, the speaker assembling portion 12 and the first camera assembling portion 116 can be compactly arranged.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing portion 14 may be located on a side of the base substrate 151 away from the accommodating space 30. The fixing portion 14 may be embedded with a threaded sleeve, a nut, or the like, so as to facilitate the fixing of the housing 100 to other structures by fasteners such as screws, bolts, rivets, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment further provides an electric control apparatus 500, and the electric control apparatus 500 may be applied to a container or other structures. The electronic control device 500 includes the circuit board 200, the camera 300, the speaker 400, and the housing 100 of any of the above embodiments, the circuit board 200 is mounted on the circuit board mounting portion 13, the camera 300 is mounted on the camera mounting portion 11, and the speaker 400 is mounted on the speaker mounting portion 12.
In the electric control apparatus 500 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the housing cover 20 of the housing 100 is detachably assembled to the housing seat 10, the housing cover 20 and the housing seat 10 form the accommodating space 30, and the circuit board assembling portion 13, the camera assembling portion 11 and the speaker assembling portion 12 of the housing seat 10 are all located in the accommodating space 30, so that the circuit board 200, the camera 300, the speaker 400 and other structures can be assembled to the housing seat 10 and located in the accommodating space 30, which facilitates the centralized assembly of the circuit board 200, the camera 300 and the speaker 400 into an integrated structure, and the fixing portion 14 is exposed out of the housing 100, which facilitates the integrated structure to be fixed with the cabinet body of the container through the fixing portion 14 exposed out of the housing 100, thereby facilitating the simplification of the installation process.
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the present application further provides a container 600, the container 600 includes a container body 601 and the electric control apparatus 500 of any of the above embodiments, and the fixing portion 14 is mounted on the container body 601. Wherein, the fixing portion 14 can be assembled above the cabinet door of the cabinet 601.
In the cargo container 600 provided by the embodiment of the present application, the housing cover 20 of the housing 100 is detachably mounted on the housing seat 10, the housing cover 20 and the housing seat 10 form the receiving space 30, and the circuit board mounting portion 13, the camera mounting portion 11 and the speaker mounting portion 12 of the housing seat 10 are all located in the receiving space 30, so that the circuit board 200, the camera 300, the speaker 400 and other structures can be mounted on the housing seat 10 and located in the receiving space 30, which facilitates the centralized assembly of the circuit board 200, the camera 300 and the speaker 400 into an integrated structure, and the fixing portion 14 is exposed out of the housing 100, which facilitates the integrated structure to be fixed with the cabinet body 601 of the cargo container 600 through the fixing portion 14 exposed out of the housing 100, thereby facilitating the simplification of the mounting process.

Claims (12)
1. A housing for an electrically controlled device, said housing comprising:
a housing base including a circuit board assembly portion, a camera assembly portion, a speaker assembly portion, and a fixing portion; and
the shell cover is detachably assembled on the shell seat and forms an accommodating space with the shell seat, the circuit board assembling portion, the camera assembling portion and the loudspeaker assembling portion are located in the accommodating space, and the fixing portion is exposed out of the shell.
2. The casing of claim 1, wherein the casing seat further comprises a seat body, a first engaging portion and a first fastening portion, and the first engaging portion, the first fastening portion, the circuit board assembling portion, the camera assembling portion, the speaker assembling portion and the fixing portion are all disposed on the seat body;
the shell cover comprises a cover body, a second clamping portion and a second fastening portion, the second clamping portion and the second fastening portion are arranged on the cover body, the second clamping portion is detachably clamped with the first clamping portion, and the second fastening portion is detachably fastened with the first fastening portion.
3. The housing of claim 2, wherein the housing base further includes a first limiting member connected to the housing body, the housing cover further includes a second limiting member connected to the cover body, the first limiting member abuts against the housing cover away from a surface of the housing body, and the second limiting member abuts against the housing base away from a surface of the cover body and is opposite to the first limiting member.
4. The housing of claim 2, wherein the seat body comprises a seat base plate, a first seat side plate, a second seat side plate and a third seat side plate, the first seat side plate, the second seat side plate and the third seat side plate are sequentially connected and are all connected to the seat base plate, the first seat side plate is opposite to the third seat side plate, the first seat side plate and the third seat side plate are both provided with the first engaging portion, and the seat base plate and the second seat side plate are both provided with the first fastening portion;
the cover body comprises a first cover body side plate and a second cover body side plate which are connected, the first cover body side plate is opposite to the base body base plate, the second cover body side plate is opposite to the second base body side plate, the first cover body side plate is provided with the second clamping portion, and the first cover body side plate and the second cover body side plate are both provided with the second fastening portion.
5. The housing of claim 4, wherein the camera mounting portion and the fixing portion are connected to the seat base, the speaker mounting portion is connected to the first seat side plate, and the circuit board mounting portion is connected to the seat base and the second seat side plate.
6. The housing of claim 5, wherein the second seat side plate has a plurality of connecting end through holes spaced from the first seat side plate toward the third seat side plate, and each connecting end through hole is communicated with the receiving space.
7. The housing of claim 1, wherein the camera assembling portion includes a camera mounting base, a third limiting member and a fourth limiting member, the housing base is provided with a camera through hole, the camera through hole penetrates through the camera mounting base, the third limiting member and the fourth limiting member are oppositely located at two sides of the camera through hole and jointly enclose a camera engaging space, and the camera engaging space is communicated with the camera through hole.
8. The shell according to claim 1, wherein the shell seat is provided with a sound outlet through hole, the sound outlet through hole is communicated with the accommodating space, the speaker assembling portion comprises a first fixture block, a second fixture block and a limiting block, the first fixture block and the second fixture block are oppositely located on two sides of the sound outlet through hole, the limiting block is located between the first fixture block and the second fixture block, and the limiting block, the first fixture block and the second fixture block jointly enclose a speaker clamping space.
9. The housing according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the circuit board assembly portion includes a main control board assembly portion, a power board assembly portion, and a door lock control board assembly portion, and the main control board assembly portion, the power board assembly portion, and the door lock control board assembly portion are located in the accommodating space and form a height difference.
10. The housing of claim 9, wherein the camera mounting portion comprises a first camera mounting portion and a second camera mounting portion, the first camera mounting portion, the circuit board mounting portion and the second camera mounting portion are arranged in sequence, and the speaker mounting portion and the first camera mounting portion form a height difference and are located on the same side of the circuit board mounting portion.
11. An electrically controlled apparatus, comprising:
the housing according to any one of claims 1 to 10;
the circuit board is assembled on the circuit board assembling portion, the camera is assembled on the camera assembling portion, and the loudspeaker is assembled on the loudspeaker assembling portion.
12. A freight container, comprising:
a cabinet body; and
the electrical control apparatus of claim 11, the fixed portion being mounted to the cabinet.
