6. A foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 5 wherein a plastic bushing is sleeved over said back step bolt, said plastic bushing slidably engaging said sliding slot.
7. A foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 4 wherein a pair of upper brackets are fixed to the floor of the vehicle body or the upper rails of a pair of rails and the lower rails of a pair of rails are fixed to the floor of the vehicle body.

An improved seat frame Shu Tang as foldable as claimed in claim 4 wherein a motor mounting bracket is fixed on the driving horizontal tube welding assembly, the motor in the push rod motor assembly is hinged on the motor mounting bracket through a rear motor mounting screw, and the motor in the push rod motor assembly drives the push rod in the push rod motor assembly to move linearly through a lead screw nut mechanism.

An improved seat frame of claim 4 which is foldable and Shu Tang wherein said anti-dive cross beam welding assembly includes an anti-dive cross tube and a pair of anti-dive connecting rods, the left and right ends of said anti-dive cross tube are respectively hinged to the front ends of a pair of basin side longitudinal beams through plastic bushings, the upper ends of a pair of anti-dive connecting rods are fixed to the left and right ends of said anti-dive cross tube, the lower ends of a pair of anti-dive connecting rods are respectively hinged to the front ends of a pair of upper brackets through a pair of front step bolts; the tail end of a push rod in the push rod motor assembly is hinged to a proper position in the middle of one anti-diving connecting rod in the anti-diving beam welding assembly through a front motor mounting screw.

The foldable and improved Shu Tang seat as claimed in claim 4, wherein the backrest frame comprises a pair of backrest side plates, a backrest upper elbow, a backrest lower cross plate, a pair of angle modulation devices, an angle modulation device synchronizing bar and a pair of backrest lower connecting plates, wherein the top of the pair of backrest side plates is fixedly connected to the left and right ends of the backrest upper elbow, the bottom of the pair of backrest side plates is fixedly connected to the left and right ends of the backrest lower cross plate and hinged to the upper ends of the pair of backrest lower connecting plates through the pair of angle modulation devices, and the lower ends of the pair of backrest lower connecting plates are respectively fixedly connected to the pair of upper brackets.
11. A foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 10 wherein said back frame further includes a pair of headrest mounting tubes secured to said back upper elbow.
12. The foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 11 wherein said back frame further comprises a recliner driving motor and said recliner driving motor drives a pair of recliners synchronously via said recliner synchronizing rod.
13. A foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 4 wherein under no load condition the push rod drive motor is a low thrust drive motor; under the condition of load, the push rod driving motor is a high-thrust driving motor.
14. A foldable and Shu Tang improved seat frame as claimed in claim 4 wherein a back stroke limiting bracket is mounted on each of a pair of back lower attachment plates, each back stroke limiting bracket contacting each back side plate to limit said back frame in a reclining position when said back frame is flipped backwards to a reclining position.
15. A seat comprising a seat frame according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
