Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, the collecting chamber 10 has a second side opening 12, the second side opening 12 and the first side opening 11 are located on different sides of the collecting chamber 10; the collecting device 100 further comprises an ejecting mechanism 40, the ejecting mechanism 40 is disposed in the collecting box 10 and is disposed opposite to the second side opening 12, and the ejecting mechanism 40 is used for ejecting the envelope out of the collecting box 10 from the second side opening 12. After the sealing mechanism 30 seals and cuts the storage bag containing the objects to be collected to form a sealed bag, the pushing mechanism 40 can push the sealed bag out of the collecting box 10 from the second side opening 12, so that the sealed bag does not need to be manually lifted, and the cleaning efficiency of the collecting box 10 is effectively improved.
The second side opening 12 and the first side opening 11 are located on different sides of the collecting box 10, which may mean that the first side opening 11 is located on the front side of the collecting box 10, the second side opening 12 is located on the back side of the collecting box 10, and at this time, the second side opening 12 is opposite to the first side opening 11; alternatively, the first side opening 11 is located on the front of the collecting chamber 10 and the second side opening 12 is located on the side of the collecting chamber 10, in which case the second side opening 12 and the first side opening 11 are located on two adjacent surfaces of the collecting chamber 10, respectively.

Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 7, in an embodiment, the pushing mechanism 40 includes a driving component 42 and a pushing component 41, the sealing mechanism 30 is located between the driving component 42 and the second side opening 12, the pushing component 41 is connected to the driving component 42, and the driving component 42 is used for driving the pushing component 41 to move toward the second side opening 12. Wherein the driving component 42 may comprise an electric pushing cylinder, and the pushing member 41 may comprise a pushing plate 411, a driving end of the electric pushing cylinder is connected to the pushing plate 411, and drives the pushing plate 411 to move towards the second side opening 12, so as to push the packaging bag out of the collecting box 10 from the second side opening 12.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly 42 includes a push-out electric cylinder 421 and a push-out slide rail 422, the push-out slide rail 422 is installed at the bottom of the collecting box 10, and the push-out plate 411 is installed on the push-out slide rail 422 and slidably engaged with the push-out slide rail 422. The telescopic rod of the pushing electric cylinder 421 is connected to the pushing plate 411 for driving the pushing plate 411 to move toward the second side opening 12. Wherein, the bottom side wall surface of the push-out plate 411 is close to the bottom wall of the collecting box 10, and the bottom side wall surface of the push-out plate 411 is not in contact with the bottom wall of the collecting box 10, so that the friction force when the push-out electric cylinder 421 pushes the push-out plate 411 to move is smaller, and the movement of the push-out plate 411 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in an embodiment, the collecting box 10 includes a box body 13 and a door body 14, the box body 13 is formed with a first side opening 11 and a second side opening 12, and a top end of the door body 14 is rotatably connected to the box body 13 for opening or closing the second side opening 12; the pushing member 41 is also used for pushing the door 14 to rotate relative to the box 13. The top end of the door 14 is rotatably connected to the box 13, and the door 14 can close the second side opening 12 under the action of its own gravity, so as to prevent the objects to be collected from flying out of the second side opening 12 during the collection operation.
In the present embodiment, the box body 13 is substantially a cubic structure, and one side of the cubic structure is completely opened to form the second side opening 12, so as to avoid shielding the packaging bag and facilitate pushing out the packaging bag.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of the door 14 and the box 13 are magnetically attracted to cooperate, so that the door 14 can more stably close the second side opening 12, and under the pushing of the push rod 412, the door 14 can be separated from the magnetic attraction cooperation with the box 13.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the driving assembly 42 includes an electric pushing-out cylinder 421 and a sliding pushing-out rail 422, the abutting member 41 includes a pushing-out plate 411 and a pushing rod 412, the pushing-out plate 411 is slidably disposed on the sliding pushing-out rail 422, the pushing rod 412 is located between the pushing-out plate 411 and the second side opening 12, an expansion rod of the electric pushing-out cylinder 421 is connected to the pushing-out plate 411 and the pushing rod 412, and the pushing-out plate 411 and the pushing rod 412 are synchronously driven to pass through the supporting frame 60 and move toward the second side opening 12, at this time, the pushing rod 412 will contact the door 14 first and push the door 14 to rotate to open the second side opening 12, the electric pushing-out cylinder 421 continues to drive the pushing-out plate 411 to move, so that the pushing-out plate 411 pushes the package bag out of the box 13 from the opened second side opening 12, thereby avoiding the package bag from directly pushing the door 14 to cause the package bag to break.
In this embodiment, the collecting device 100 further includes a weight sensor and a controller, both of which are disposed in the box 13, and the controller is electrically connected to the weight sensor, the sealing mechanism 30 and the pushing mechanism 40. The gravity sensor is positioned below the storage bag and can be contacted by the storage bag. The gravity sensor is used for detecting the weight of the object to be collected contained in the containing bag, when the weight of the object to be collected contained in the containing bag reaches a preset value, the gravity sensor can send an electric signal to the controller, the controller firstly controls the sealing mechanism 30 to be started so as to seal the containing bag and cut off the containing bag to form a sealing bag, and then controls the pushing mechanism 40 to be started after the interval is set for a time interval so as to push the packaging bag out of the box body 13 from the second side opening 12, so that the purpose of cleaning is achieved.
Wherein, gravity sensor can also be replaced by the infrared sensor who is used for detecting the thing height that waits to collect, and infrared sensor can be including relative infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver who sets up on the inside wall of box 13, can wait to collect the height of thing and monitor, and when waiting to collect the thing and pile up to predetermineeing the height, infrared sensor detects and waits to collect the thing and send electric signal to the controller, and the controller is according to this signal of telecommunication successively start sealing mechanism 30 and ejecting mechanism 40.

The gravity direction refers to the gravity direction when the collecting device 100 is installed on the mowing apparatus and the mowing apparatus is parked on the ground.
Arranging the first frame 22 to be flush with or below the bottom side of the first side opening 11 to prevent the first frame 22 from obstructing the first side opening 11; meanwhile, the second frame 23 is arranged to be flush with the bottom side of the first side opening 11 or above the bottom side of the first side opening 11, so as to increase the volume of the unfolded storage bag and ensure that the objects to be collected can fall into the storage bag completely after entering the collecting box 10 from the first side opening 11.
As an example, the first frame 22 is flush with the bottom side of the first side opening 11, and the second frame 23 is flush with the bottom side of the first side opening 11, and the mounting end of the supporting frame 60 is parallel to the ground, so as to facilitate the assembly of the sealing mechanism 30 and the storage frame 20.
As another example, the first frame 22 is located below the bottom side of the first side opening 11, and the second frame 23 is located above the bottom side of the first side opening 11, so that when the storage bag is stored in the storage frame 20 and unfolded toward the bottom side of the first side opening 11, the storage bag can be unfolded toward the top side relative to the first frame 22 at the first frame 22 without affecting the collecting operation of the objects to be collected entering from the first side opening 11, and the storage bag can be unfolded toward the top side relative to the first frame 22 at the second frame 23, thereby effectively improving the unfolding effect of the storage bag and further improving the storage effect of the storage bag.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 8 and fig. 9, in an embodiment, the collecting device 100 further includes an air outlet mechanism 70, the air outlet mechanism 70 is disposed in the collecting box 10, the air outlet mechanism 70 is located above the storage frame 20, and an air outlet of the air outlet mechanism 70 faces the storage frame 20. By arranging the air outlet mechanism 70 in the collecting box 10 and enabling the air outlet of the air outlet mechanism 70 to face the storage frame 20, the storage bag can be unfolded towards the sealing mechanism 30 through the blowing action of the air outlet mechanism 70, and the storage effect of the storage bag is effectively improved; meanwhile, after the object to be collected is sent into the collecting box 10 from the first side opening 11, the air outlet mechanism 70 can blow the object to be collected towards the storage bag, so that the object to be collected can completely enter the storage bag, and the collecting efficiency of the storage bag is effectively improved. The air outlet mechanism 70 is mounted on the top wall of the collecting box 10 and located above the first side opening 11 to avoid blocking the first side opening 11.

Claims (10)

1. A collection device is applied to mowing equipment, the mowing equipment comprises a chip removal mechanism, the chip removal mechanism is provided with a discharge port, and the collection device is characterized by comprising:
a collection bin having a first side opening for communicating with the discharge port;
the sealing mechanism is arranged in the collecting box; and
the storage frame is internally provided with a throwing through cavity, the storage frame is used for storing a containing bag, and the throwing through cavity is configured to be communicated with the containing bag; the storage frame is arranged between the discharge port and the sealing mechanism; the sealing mechanism is configured to surround a portion of the storage bag located outside the storage frame, and the sealing mechanism is used for sealing and cutting off the portion of the storage bag located outside the storage frame to form a sealed bag.
