Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in order to illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor cabinet includes a cabinet body 100 and a fan assembly 300 installed on the cabinet body 100, the fan assembly 300 includes a plurality of fans 310, the fan assembly 300 further includes an air duct partition 320, and all or part of the air duct partition 320 is disposed between two adjacent fans 310 and extends from an air inlet of the fan 310 to an air inlet side. The air duct partition plate 320 ensures that each fan 310 has a relatively independent air duct, and the influence of a certain fan 310 on other fans is reduced. The above components are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the outdoor cabinet includes a cabinet body 100 which is integrally formed into a rectangular box shape, and an internal space is divided into an equipment compartment 140 and a battery compartment 130. The cabinet 100 is composed of a front door panel 120, a back panel (not shown), side panels 150, a top panel 160, and a bottom panel (not shown). The front door panel 120 is provided with a fan assembly 300 and an air conditioner assembly 200, so as to cool and dissipate heat of the equipment bin 140 and the battery bin 130. For convenience of description, it is specified that the outer side of the front door panel 120 is an air inlet side of the fan assembly 300 and the air conditioning assembly 200, and the inner side of the front door panel 120 is an air outlet side of the fan assembly 300 and the air conditioning assembly 200. The equipment bin 140 of the outdoor cabinet adopts a direct-ventilation heat dissipation mode, and outdoor air is pumped from the outside of the cabinet body 100 through the fan assembly 300 to blow cold air into the cabinet body 100 so as to provide forward air suction and discharge heat to the rear part of the equipment.
An air inlet filter screen 110 is disposed on an air inlet side of the fan assembly 300, and the air inlet filter screen 110 is fixedly mounted on an outer surface of the front door panel 120, so as to filter fresh air entering the cabinet 100.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the fan assembly 300 includes a plurality of fans 310 and a mounting plate 330, and the fans 310 are first fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 330 and then fixedly mounted on the front door 120 through the mounting plate 330. Specifically, the mounting plate 330 is disposed at an air inlet of the fan 310, perpendicular to a ventilation path of the fan 310.
The present application does not limit the specific number of the fans 310, and the fans 310 with high wind pressure and high wind volume may be selected according to the heat loss power requirements of different devices of the outdoor cabinet, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, where the number of the fans 310 is 2; the fans 310 with small wind pressure and small wind volume can also be selected, for example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the number of the fans 310 is 3 or 4, so as to meet the requirement of smaller heat loss of the equipment. It is of course understood that the number of fans 310 may be other numbers.
The fan assembly 300 further includes an air duct partition 320, and the air duct partition 320 is disposed between two adjacent fans 310, and extends from the air inlets of the fans 310 to the air inlet side. The air duct partition plate 320 is additionally arranged to divide the air duct of each fan air 310, and the relative independence of the air inlet duct of each fan 310 is guaranteed as much as possible. Preferably, the air duct partition 320 is disposed between the air inlet of the fan 310 and the air inlet screen 110. More preferably, two ends of the air duct partition 320 respectively abut against the plane where the air inlet of the fan 310 is located and the inner surface of the air inlet screen 110. Because the air resistance of the air inlet filter screen 110 is relatively large, the outer end of the air duct partition plate 320 abuts against the inner surface of the air inlet filter screen 110, and the air duct short circuit phenomenon can be prevented. Further, the outer end of the air duct partition 320 extends into the air inlet screen 110.
Preferably, the fan assembly 300 can be designed in a variety of flexible ways as a model.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the present application does not limit the specific structure of the duct partition 320, as long as it can ensure that each fan 310 has a relatively independent duct. In one embodiment of the present application, the duct partition 320 has a cylindrical shape or a square cylindrical shape, and covers the air inlet of the fan 310. In another embodiment of the present application, the duct partition 320 has a plate shape and is disposed perpendicular to the mounting plate 330.
The air duct intelligent management can be performed on the air outlet side of the fan 310, so that the phenomenon of air duct short circuit is further avoided. Through detecting every fan 310 behavior, the position of knowing trouble fan 310 accurately controls the wind channel of trouble fan 310 to avoid taking place the condition of wind channel short circuit, guarantee that the rack amount of wind satisfies the designing requirement.
The fan assembly 300 further includes a closable assembly (not numbered) disposed at the inlet or the outlet of the fan 310 for opening or closing the inlet or the outlet of the fan 310. The closable assembly is preferably arranged at the air outlet of the fan 310, and may be, for example, a louver.
The closable assembly can be opened or closed manually or automatically. Preferably, the fan assembly 300 further includes a monitoring unit 340 (not numbered) for monitoring whether the fan 310 is operating normally. The monitoring unit 340 is electrically connected to the closable assembly, and controls whether the closable assembly closes the air inlet or the air outlet of the fan 310. When a certain fan 310 works normally, the closable assembly enables the air inlet or the air outlet of the fan 310 to be in an open state, and the air outlet of the fan 310 is not affected. If the monitoring unit 340 detects that another fan 310 has a fault, the monitoring unit 340 sends an instruction to the closable component corresponding to the faulty fan 310 to block the air outlet of the faulty fan 310, so as to prevent the air volume blown by the normally operating fan 310 from flowing back to the air inlet from the faulty fan 310, thereby completely avoiding the phenomenon of short circuit of the air duct.
The air duct partition plate 320 ensures that each fan 310 has a relatively independent air duct, and the influence of a certain fan 310 on other fans 310 is reduced. Through the operational aspect that detects every fan 310, the position of accurate trouble fan 310 of knowing is controlled the wind channel of trouble fan 310 to avoid taking place the condition of wind channel short circuit, guarantee that this outdoor rack amount of wind satisfies the design requirement.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and many changes can be made in the detailed description and the application scope according to the idea of the present invention for those skilled in the art, which all belong to the protection scope of the present invention as long as the changes do not depart from the concept of the present invention.
