The inner pot 20 includes an inner container 21 and a closing plate 22. The inner container 21 has a placing space with an upward opening, and the inner container 21 is used for containing food to be cooked. The sealing plate 22 is detachably connected to one side of the liner 21 through screws, an upper surface of the sealing plate 22 is higher than an upper surface of the liner 21, and a lower surface of the sealing plate 22 is lower than a lower surface of the liner 21. When the inner pot 20 is inserted into the pot body 10, the closing plate 22 is inserted into the opening 14 to cover the opening 14, so as to form a cooking space for cooking food in the inner container 21.

The hot air generating assembly 50 is disposed in the pot body 10, and the hot air generating assembly 50 is used for generating hot air in the hot air circulating chamber 40 to cook food in the inner container 21. The hot wind generating assembly 50 includes a driving source 51, a hot wind fan 52, and a heating source 53. The driving source 51 is a motor, the driving source 51 is detachably connected in the pot body 10 and located on the upper side of the hot air cover 30, and an output shaft of the driving source 51 penetrates through the hot air cover 30 and extends into the hot air circulation cavity 40. The hot air fan blade 52 is arranged in the hot air cover 30, the hot air fan blade 52 is detachably connected to an output shaft of the driving source 51 through clamping of a nut, the hot air fan blade 52 is arranged towards the inner pot 20, and the hot air fan blade 52 is driven to rotate by the output shaft of the driving source 51 so as to drive the air in the hot air circulation cavity 40 to flow towards the inner part of the inner container 21. The heating source 53 is a heating wire, the heating wire is arranged in a vortex shape, the heating source 53 is detachably connected in the hot air cover 30 through a screw, and the heating source 53 is positioned at the lower side of the hot air fan blade 52 so as to heat the air flowing to the inner container 21 through the heating source 53.
The cold air circulation unit 60 is disposed above the hot air hood 30 to circulate cold air above the hot air hood 30 to cool the driving source 51 and other components. The cold air circulation assembly 60 includes a cold air fan blade 61, the cold air fan blade 61 is located on the upper side of the hot air cover 30, the cold air fan blade 61 is disposed toward the driving source 51, the cold air fan blade 61 is clamped and fixed on the output shaft of the driving source 51 through a nut, and the cold air fan blade 61 rotates along with the output shaft of the driving source 51.
The upper side of the pot body 10 is provided with a cold air inlet 13, one side of the pot body 10 is provided with a cold air outlet 11, the cold air outlet 11 is positioned at the lower side of the cold air inlet 13, and the cold air outlet 11 is positioned at the upper side of the hot air outlet 12.
The wind guiding cover 70 is disposed in the pot body 10, the wind guiding cover 70 is disposed on the upper side of the hot wind cover 30, the cold fan blade 61 is disposed in the wind guiding cover 70, the wind guiding cover 70 has an air outlet channel 71, and the air outlet channel 71 is disposed toward the cold wind outlet 11 to guide the cold wind between the wind guiding cover 70 and the hot wind cover 30 to be discharged through the cold wind outlet 11.
The implementation principle of the air fryer in the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the inner pot 20 is inserted into the pot body 10 through the inlet 14, the inner pot detecting member 80 is triggered, the driving source 51 is operated, and the heating source 53 is energized. The hot fan blade 52 is driven by the driving source 51 to rotate, air is driven to move downwards in the hot air circulation cavity 40, the air is heated by the heating source 53 and moves into the inner container 21 to fry and roast food in the inner container 21, and then the hot air floats upwards and is discharged out of the hot air circulation cavity 40 through the notch 31 and the hot air outlet 12 in sequence. The cold fan blade 61 is driven by the driving source 51 to rotate between the hot air cover 30 and the air guiding cover 70 to form negative pressure, and drives outside cold air to enter the pot body 10 through the cold air inlet 13, then enter between the air guiding cover 70 and the hot air cover 30, and then be discharged through the cold air outlet 11 under the guidance of the air guiding channel, so as to cool the driving source 51 and other components. The cold air and the hot air run independently of each other, so that the hot air is not easily affected by the cold air, and the food can be fully fried and baked by the hot air.

the hot air generating assembly (50) is arranged in the pot body (10) to generate hot air in the hot air circulating cavity (40);
the cold air circulating assembly (60) is arranged on the upper side of the hot air cover (30) and drives cold air to circulate on the upper side of the hot air cover (30); and
the air guide cover (70) is covered on the upper side of the hot air cover (30), and the air guide cover (70) is provided with an air outlet channel (71) facing the cold air outlet (11).

a driving source (51) which is arranged below the air guide cover (70) and an output shaft of which sequentially penetrates through the air guide cover (70) and the hot air cover (30) towards the lower side;
the hot air fan blade (52) is arranged in the hot air cover (30), the hot air fan blade (52) is arranged towards the inner pot (20), and the hot air fan blade (52) is connected to an output shaft of the driving source (51) and rotates along with the output shaft; and
and a heating source (53) which is arranged in the hot air cover (30) and is positioned at the lower side of the hot fan blade (52).

The air fryer according to claim 2, wherein the cool air circulation assembly (60) includes a cool air fan blade (61), the cool air fan blade (61) is disposed in the air guide cover (70) and on the upper side of the hot air cover (30), the cool air fan blade (61) is disposed opposite to the inner pot (20), and the cool air fan blade (61) is connected to the output shaft of the driving source (51) to rotate with the output shaft.

an inner container (21); and
a sealing plate (22) detachably connected to one side of the inner container (21), wherein the sealing plate (22) can be inserted into the opening (14) to seal the opening (14).
