6. A haptic feedback device for an external vibration source as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein the vibration source is capable of vibrating back and forth in a first direction, the cantilever is disposed in the frame in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
7. A tactile feedback device for an external vibration source as in claim 1 or 5, wherein said outrigger further forms at least one neck section with a narrower width.
8. The tactile feedback apparatus of claim 1 wherein the substrate is one of a touch pad, a flat-panel keyboard, and a touch screen of a tablet computer.
