Background
Existing combustors often include a plurality of walls formed together by insulating panels and outer metal sheets, each insulating panel being first attached to a respective outer metal sheet, and then the plurality of walls being attached to one another. Optionally, in an embodiment of the combustion chamber, clips are formed at opposite sides of the front panel to circumferentially clip the front heat insulation plate from the opposite sides.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the combustion chamber, the clips are formed by die cutting and folding over the front panel itself.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the combustion chamber, the C-shaped back plate is integrally formed by bending a metal sheet twice.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the combustion chamber, adjacent edges of the front heat insulation plate, the first side heat insulation plate, the second side heat insulation plate and the rear heat insulation plate are limited to each other by a concave-convex structure.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the combustion chamber, both sides of the front heat insulation plate are formed with recesses extending from the middle to the bottom to cooperate with the first and second side heat insulation plates, and adjacent edges of the first, second and rear heat insulation plates are formed with protrusions and recesses which are matched with each other.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the combustion chamber, the bottom of the rear panel, the bottom of the first side plate, the bottom of the second side plate, and the bottom of the front panel are bent to form a rib or a groove for receiving a corresponding heat insulation plate, the top of the first side plate and the top of the second side plate are bent to form a rib or a groove, and the top of the front panel is bent to form a hook.

Detailed Description
Reference is made to fig. 1 to 4 which show a combustion chamber according to the invention. The combustion chamber includes: a housing 1 and a heat shield 2 inside the housing 1. As shown in fig. 2, the housing is composed of a C-shaped back plate 10 and a front plate 14, the C-shaped back plate 10 includes a rear plate 11 and a first side plate 12 and a second side plate 13 connected to both sides of the rear plate 11, and both sides of the front plate 14 are connected to the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13, respectively. In some embodiments, the C-shaped back plate 10 may be integrally formed from a sheet of metal by two bends. In some embodiments, the C-shaped back panel 10 may also be formed from a plurality of panels preassembled, such as by welding or otherwise attached. The heat insulating board includes: a front heat insulation plate 24 attached to the front panel 14, first and second side heat insulation plates 22 and 23 corresponding to the first and second side plates 12 and 13, respectively, and a rear heat insulation plate 21 corresponding to the rear panel 11, adjacent edges of the front heat insulation plate 24, the first side heat insulation plate 22, the second side heat insulation plate 23, and the rear heat insulation plate 21 having a spacing feature to space each other. In some embodiments, adjacent edges of the front heat insulation panels 24, the first side heat insulation panels 22, the second side heat insulation panels 23 and the rear heat insulation panels 21 are restricted from each other by a concavo-convex structure. As shown in FIG. 2, in some embodiments, the front heat shield sides 241, 242 form a notch 243 (one side visible) extending from the middle to the bottom to mate with the first and second side heat shields 22, 23. This cooperation can achieve mutual spacing between the front heat insulating plate 24 and the first and second side heat insulating plates 22 and 23, and restrain the movement of the front heat insulating plate 24, the first side heat insulating plate 22, and the second side heat insulating plate 23 in the horizontal direction (y direction in the drawing) parallel to the front heat insulating plate 24. Slots 244 are also provided at the notches 243 of the front heat shield for engaging the clips 61. In the illustrated embodiment, the first and second side heat insulation plates 22 and 23 are formed to be planar at edges 222,232 adjacent to the front heat insulation plate 24, while the concave portions are formed at edges 221,231 adjacent to the rear heat insulation plate 23, and correspondingly, the rear heat insulation plate 21 is formed with convex portions at both sides 211, 212. In alternate embodiments, it is contemplated that any other suitable geometric limit shape may be used to achieve the limit.
In some embodiments, the bottom 111,121,131,141 of the rear panel 11, the first side panel 12, the second side panel 13, and the front panel 14 are bent with ribs or grooves to receive the corresponding heat insulation panels, wherein the ribs are bent once to form a plane and the grooves are bent twice to form grooves to receive the corresponding heat insulation panels. In some embodiments, the top portions 122,132 of the first and second side panels 12, 13 are bent over a rib or groove to further constrain the insulating panel. In some embodiments, the front panel top 142 is bent with a hook for mounting of the combustion chamber. In some embodiments, the rear panel 11 is bent over at both sides with ribs 112 to further restrain the rear heat shield 21. In some embodiments, the sides 141,142 of the front panel 14 are flanged and wrap around the sides of the C-shaped back panel.
In some embodiments, the front panel 14 is secured to the first and second side panels 12, 13 by less than or equal to four bolts in total. In the illustrated embodiment, the front panel 14 includes a single bolt hole 144 on each side, corresponding bolt holes 123 are provided in the first and second side plates 12, 13, and the front panel 14 is connected to the first and second side plates 12, 13 by a single bolt 51,52, respectively. The front and rear panels 14, 11 have a greater height than the first and second side panels 12, 13 and the corresponding insulating panels have dimensions comparable to the corresponding panels. As shown, the front heat insulating plate 24, the rear heat insulating plate 21, the first side heat insulating plate 22 and the second side heat insulating plate 23 surround a rectangular combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber has an open bottom and a top, and a burner may be disposed at the bottom of the combustion chamber with flames in the combustion chamber. The present invention also provides a combustion apparatus comprising a combustion chamber according to various embodiments.

A combustion chamber, comprising: the shell (1) with heat insulating board (2) in shell (1), characterized in that, the shell comprises C style of calligraphy backplate (10) and front panel (14), C style of calligraphy backplate (10) include: a rear panel (11) and first and second side panels (12, 13) connected to both sides of the rear panel, both sides of the front panel (14) being connected to the first and second side panels (12, 13), respectively, the insulation panel (2) comprising: a front heat insulation plate (24) connected to the front panel (14), a first side heat insulation plate (22) and a second side heat insulation plate (23) corresponding to the first side plate (12) and the second side plate (13), respectively, and a rear heat insulation plate (21) corresponding to the rear panel (11), adjacent edges of the front heat insulation plate (24), the first side heat insulation plate (22), the second side heat insulation plate (23), and the rear heat insulation plate (21) having a limit feature to limit each other.
2. A combustion chamber according to claim 1, characterized in that clips (61) are formed at opposite sides of the front panel (14) to circumferentially clip the front heat insulating plate (24) from the opposite sides.
3. A combustion chamber according to claim 2, characterized in that the clips (61) are formed by die-cutting folding over of the front panel (14) material itself.
4. The combustion chamber as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the C-shaped back plate (10) is formed integrally from sheet metal by two bends.
5. A combustion chamber according to claim 1, characterized in that adjacent edges of the front heat insulating plate (24), the first side heat insulating plate (22), the second side heat insulating plate (23) and the rear heat insulating plate (21) are limited to each other by a concavo-convex structure.

A combustion chamber as claimed in claim 5, wherein the front heat insulating plate (24) is formed at both sides thereof with notches (243) extending from a middle portion to a bottom portion to be engaged with the first and second side heat insulating plates (22, 23), and adjacent edges of the first, second and rear heat insulating plates (22, 23, 21) are formed with protrusions and depressions matched with each other.

The combustion chamber according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear panel (11), the first side panel (12), the second side panel (13) and the front panel (14) are bent with ribs or grooves at the bottom for receiving the corresponding heat insulation plates, the first side panel (12) and the second side panel (13) are bent with ribs or grooves at the top, and the front panel (14) is bent with hooks at the top.
8. A combustion chamber according to claim 1, characterized in that the front panel (14) is connected to the first side plate (12) and the second side plate (13) by a total of at most four bolts.
9. The combustion chamber according to claim 1, characterized in that the front panel (14) and the rear panel (11) have a greater height than the first side plate (12) and the second side plate (13), the front heat insulating plate (24), the rear heat insulating plate (21), the first side heat insulating plate (22) and the second side heat insulating plate (23) surround a rectangular combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber has an open bottom and top.
10. A combustion device, characterized in that it comprises a combustion chamber according to any one of claims 1-9.
