盖4以其内部空间20(所述内部空间具有圆形的平坦的罩壳的形状)形成用于过滤元件14的容纳装置,图3以单独的视图示出所述过滤元件。过滤元件14在上端帽22与下端帽24之间具有空心圆柱形的过滤介质26,所述过滤介质在内侧包围出内部的过滤器空腔28,并且所述过滤介质在所述过滤介质的外侧上被支撑管30支撑。类似于流出管6,由塑料-栅格结构构成的支撑管由管部段30组装,所述管部段在连接部位32处相互连接。如图2和图3最清楚地示出的那样,下端帽24具有三个分布在周边上的足部34,所述足部轴向地向下并且倾斜地向外突出。足部34以其周向边缘形成止挡面36,所述止挡面用于支撑流出管6的下端部12。为了过滤器运行,下端帽24构成流入帽并且具有中央的开口38,所述中央的开口被回流接管40穿过,未过滤物经由所述回流接管到达内部的过滤器空腔28。接管40的内部的端部被可运动的帽件42跨接,所述帽件构成止回阀,所述止回阀在维护工作期间防止脏污回到贮箱中。从下端帽24的周边区域向上延伸的壁部段44构成用于下部的支撑管部段30的引导部。
上端帽22的上侧由平面的圆盘46构成,除了中央的开口48之外,所述圆盘是封闭的,所述中央的开口的边缘50构成用于旁通阀的关闭体52的密封座。类似于在下端帽24上的边缘部段44,边缘部段56 (图3)从端帽22的构成用于过滤介质26和上部的支撑管部段30的圈围部的周向边缘54向下延伸,所述边缘部段构成用于上部的支撑管部段30的引导部。上端帽22具有固定装置,为了将过滤元件14定位地保持在已安装的功能位置中,所述固定装置与位于盖4的内部空间 20中的容纳装置配合作用。固定装置由三个固定接片58构成,所述三个固定接片(参见图3)相互错开120°,所述三个固定接片在周向边缘54的附近背离圆盘46向上延伸。为了与固定接片58配合作用,容纳装置具有引导轨和引导部分,所述引导轨和引导部分在盖4的内部空间20中一件式地一体成型在所述盖的盖壁60上、从所述盖壁朝向过滤元件14的方向延伸并且构成引导轨和引导部分。过滤元件14 的安装过程的流程分阶段地进行,其中,在第一阶段中,将端帽22 以轴向运动插入到内部空间20中。所述插入在过滤元件14的如下转动位置中进行,在所述转动位置中,固定接片58分别对准一个引入空间63,所述引入空间作为自由空间以彼此错开120°的方式位于内部空间20中。然后,在两个进一步的阶段中将过滤元件14转动直至达到锁定位置。在这个转动运动中,固定接片58被弓形部分78(图4 至图6)和引导部分引导。轴向的插入运动克服压力弹簧62的弹力进行,所述压力弹簧装入在盖壁60与旁通阀的关闭体52之间并且将关闭体52挤压到在端帽22的开口48的构成密封座的边缘50上的关闭位置中。
如图3所示,以衔接到端帽22的圆盘46上的方式,固定接片58 具有以圆柱套部的形式的底部64,所述底部的上侧由引导面66限界,所述引导面在径向平面内延伸。从引导面66的一端并且与所述引导面径向向外错开地,壁部68从引导面66沿轴向方向向上延伸并且过渡到卡锁钩70中,所述卡锁钩在形成轴向的中间空间的情况下沿着引导面66延伸并且延伸超过所述引导面的端部。壁部68以位于引导面66 之下的下侧形成贴靠面72,所述贴靠面在图7中示出的锁定位置中与容纳装置的贴靠面74一起形成形锁合地配合作用的锁止面配对,所述锁止面配对防止过滤元件14在图7的观察方向中轴向地向下运动。
此外规定,存在以在固定装置58上的一个引导面66与在容纳装置20上的另一个引导面76的形式的至少另一对贴靠面。现在,特别是在装置的运行中在由此产生的流体压力下,这通过所提及的引导面66、76的彼此贴靠而将过滤元件14逆着所述过滤元件的重力固定。通过这样的面限界,也阻止过滤元件14在装置的运行中在图7的观察方向中轴向地向上运动。在所提及的面配对72、74;66、76之间的相应的摩擦使得过滤元件14也固定在过滤器壳体2之内以防非期望的径向拆卸。
图4示出在过滤元件14的安装过程的第一阶段中的情况。在这个插入-转动位置中,卡锁钩70位于由弓形部分78构成的主引导轨的相应一个中断部77的区域中,在转动运动中所述主引导轨构成卡锁钩 70的引导部。中断部77在盖4的内部空间20中提供引入空间63,所述引入空间作为用于具有卡锁钩70的固定接片58的轴向插入运动的自由空间,从而为作为安装过程的第一阶段的插入运动预给定转动位置。在中断部77处,相应一个控制面80形成到下一个弓形部分78 的过渡部,其中,控制面80具有径向向外倾斜地延伸的斜面的形状。
在安装过程的第二阶段中,使过滤元件14转动(在图4至图6 的观察方向中沿顺时针转动),卡锁钩70以前部的控制斜面81在相应的控制面80上滑动并且由此从中断部77径向向外脱出。图5示出如下转动位置,在所述转动位置中,卡锁钩70为此与相应的控制面80配合作用。在作为安装过程的第三阶段的进一步的转动运动中,卡锁钩70在后续的弓形部分78的外侧上引导直至所述卡锁钩到达图6中所示的锁定位置,在所述锁定位置中,复位弹性的卡锁钩70以在控制斜面81后构成的卡锁部83嵌接到卡锁留空部82中并且因此将转动位置固定在锁定位置中。在图5中所示的位置与图6中所示的位置之间运动时(在所述位置中,卡锁钩70在弓形部分78的外侧上引导直至到达卡锁留空部82),卡锁钩70移动经过另一个引导部分,所述另一个引导部分分别由一个一件式地一体成型到盖壁60上的块84构成,所述块形成一种具有内部的留空部的空心盒,外部的贴靠面74和上部的引导体90作为空腔的轴向限界位于所述留空部中,参见图7。
在到达图6的锁定位置时,卡锁钩70已移动经过块84。同时,从固定接片58的底部64径向向外突出的部分72借助贴靠面74和引导面86运动到在块84中的空腔中,所述引导面以间距沿着卡锁钩70 延伸,从而在锁定位置中形成图7中所示的形锁合的嵌接,在所述形锁合的嵌接中,彼此贴靠的贴靠面72和74形成抵抗向下的轴向力固定,面66和76形成抵抗向上的轴向力的固定,并且由此在两个方向上形成抵抗轴向拆卸的锁止。通过旁通阀的压力弹簧62的起作用的弹力,贴靠面72、74在锁定位置中也力锁合地相互贴靠,从而附加于卡锁钩70与留空部82的卡锁嵌接形成另一个抵抗相对转动的固定,为了拆除过滤元件14必须克服所述固定。作为用于安装和拆卸过滤元件 14的转动辅助,提供从下端帽24向下突出的足部34供使用。

Claims (15)

1.一种过滤装置,所述过滤装置具有过滤器壳体(2),在所述过滤器壳体中容纳有能更换的过滤元件(14),其特征在于,所述过滤元件(14)具有固定装置,所述固定装置能轴向地插入到过滤器壳体(2)的容纳装置(20)中,在实施旋转运动之后,固定装置与容纳装置(20)借助于卡锁器件锁定在锁定位置中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,在所述锁定位置中,在形成锁止的情况下,所述固定装置和所述容纳装置(20)的贴靠面在过滤装置不运行的情况下贴靠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,以在固定装置上的一个引导面与在容纳装置(20)上的另一个引导面的形式的至少另一对贴靠面在过滤装置的运行中在产生的流体压力下通过各引导面的彼此贴靠而将过滤元件(14)逆着所述过滤元件的重力固定。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置能逆着作用到过滤元件(14)上的储能器(62)的力插入到过滤器壳体(2)的容纳装置(20)中。
5.根据权利要求2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置是过滤元件(14)的端帽(22)的组成部分,所述固定装置具有从端帽(22)轴向突出的固定接片(58),所述固定接片具有能配设的卡锁器件以及具有所述贴靠面的一部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述卡锁器件由卡锁钩(70)构成,所述卡锁钩径向突出于固定接片(58)的轴向取向并且是复位弹性的,在锁定位置中,所述卡锁钩与在容纳装置(20)中的能配设的卡锁留空部(82)嵌接。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述容纳装置(20)具有引导轨(78),所述引导轨在所述过滤元件的旋转运动期间以按照能预给定的弯曲走向的方式引导轴向地插入到过滤器壳体(2)中的过滤元件(14)直至到达锁定位置。
8.根据权利要求6所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述容纳装置(20)具有引导轨(78),所述引导轨在所述过滤元件的旋转运动期间以按照能预给定的弯曲走向的方式引导轴向地插入到过滤器壳体(2)中的过滤元件(14)直至到达锁定位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述引导轨(78)分别具有一个中断部(77),以用于在过滤元件轴向地插入时供相应能配设的卡锁钩穿过。
10.根据权利要求9所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述中断部(77)的至少一部分具有控制面(80),所述控制面使相应的卡锁钩(70)在旋转运动时进一步移动到锁定位置中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,在继续进行旋转运动时,在相应的卡锁钩(70)从相配设的中断部(77)脱出之后,所述卡锁钩(70)移动经过另一个引导部分(84),所述另一个引导部分以从引导轨径向向外突出的方式将卡锁钩(70)一起支撑在所述卡锁钩的锁定位置中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,所述另一个引导部分(84)作为空心盒一件式地一体成型到相应的引导轨(78)上,并且所述另一个引导部分(84)以另外的第三引导面以间隔开轴向间距的方式嵌接在卡锁钩(70)与固定接片(58)的贴靠面之间。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,在过滤元件(14)在相配设的过滤器壳体(2)中的到锁定位置中的旋转运动结束时,相应的卡锁钩(70)嵌接到在引导轨(78)中的留空部中,所述留空部在与所述旋转运动相配设的旋转方向上邻接于相应的所述另一个引导部分。
14.根据权利要求4所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,构造为压力弹簧的所述储能器是旁通阀的组成部分,所述旁通阀的关闭件(52)将过滤元件(14)与所述过滤元件的轴向的插入运动相反地压紧。
15.根据权利要求2所述的过滤装置,其特征在于,在所述锁定位置中,在形成防止轴向拆卸的锁止的情况下,所述固定装置和所述容纳装置(20)的贴靠面在过滤装置不运行的情况下贴靠。
