Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-3, in the present embodiment, the drainage device for abdominal cavity surgery includes a drainage tube body 100, an elastic member 400 and two fixing members, both of which are connected to the drainage tube body 100 and arranged in the extending direction of the drainage tube body 100; the elastic member 400 is located between the two fixing members and abuts against the two fixing members simultaneously.
It should be noted that the material, length, and diameter of the drainage tube body 100 are designed according to the requirement, and will not be described in detail in this embodiment. Generally, the drainage tube body 100 can be made of silicone rubber or polyurethane. Also, the draft tube body 100 is a substantially circular tube in a natural state. The plurality of elastic members 400 are uniformly spaced around the axis of the drainage tube body 100, and both ends of each elastic member 400 are connected to two fixing members, respectively.
It should be understood that when the elastic member 400 is provided as an elastic strip, the number of the elastic member 400 can be provided as one, and also can serve the purpose of preventing the drain tube body 100 from being excessively folded.
In this embodiment, optionally, in order to facilitate the connection between the elastic element 400 and the fixing element, a limiting groove is disposed on the fixing element, the end of the elastic element 400 is inserted into the limiting groove, and the elastic element 400 can be fixed on the fixing element by bonding or the like, so that the positions of the elastic element 400 and the drainage tube body 100 are more stable.
Alternatively, the limiting groove may be a circular groove or an annular groove, etc.
In other embodiments, in order to adjust the elastic force of the elastic member 400 as needed so that the elastic member 400 is better fitted with the drain tube body 100, at least one of two fixing members is provided to be slidably coupled with the drain tube body 100 in the extending direction of the drain tube body 100. For example, in the present embodiment, one of the two fixing members is a first fixing member 200, the other one is a second fixing member 300, the first fixing member 200 is fixedly connected with the drain body 100, the second fixing member 300 is slidably connected with the drain body 100 in the extending direction of the drain body 100, and the second fixing member 300 and the drain body 100 can be fixed after the position of the second fixing member 300 and the drain body 100 is adjusted, so that the second fixing member 300 and the drain body 100 can be locked after the adjustment.
Optionally, the second fixing element 300 comprises a rotating body 310 and a sliding body 320, and a positioning element 500 is fixedly connected to the drainage tube body 100. Rotating body 310 is rotatably connected to positioning member 500 and is relatively fixed in the extending direction of catheter body 100, i.e., rotating body 310 and catheter body 100 can rotate relatively, but rotating body 310 cannot slide in the extending direction of catheter body 100 relative to catheter body 100. The sliding body 320 is slidably connected with the positioning member 500 in the extending direction of the drainage tube body 100, and the sliding body 320 is fixed relative to the positioning member 500 in the circumferential direction of the drainage tube body 100. The rotating body 310 is in threaded connection with the sliding body 320; the sliding body 320 is connected with one end of the elastic member 400, the other end of the elastic member 400 is fixedly connected with the first fixing member 200, the first fixing member 200 and the positioning member 500 can be arranged as a sleeve and sleeved outside the drainage tube body 100, and are bonded and fixed through glue. In this way, by rotating the rotating body 310, the sliding body 320 can be driven to slide in the extending direction of the drainage tube body 100, so that the distance between the sliding body 320 and the first fixing member 200 is adjusted, the length of the elastic member 400 is adjusted, and the adjustment of the elasticity of the elastic member 400 is realized.
