It is to be understood that the above-mentioned communicating portion is only an exemplary description, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the communicating portion according to actual situations, such as changing the first communicating unit into another form, omitting the second communicating unit, etc.

A dual heating type smoke curing device of a cooking apparatus, wherein the cooking apparatus comprises a cooking body having a cooking chamber, the smoke curing device being placed in the cooking chamber, the smoke curing device comprising at least one smoke curing module, the smoke curing module comprising:
a smoking part, wherein a first space for placing smoking materials is formed in the smoking part;
a steam part in which a second space capable of generating steam is formed; and
a heating section including:
a first heating member which is supported by the material smoking portion and can emit smoking flavor to the smoking material; and
a second heating member that is supportable in the steam part so that the steam part generates steam;
wherein, the smoke curing device is also provided with a communicating part, and the smoke fragrance emitted by the smoke material and/or the steam generated by the steam part can be distributed to the food materials to be cooked in the cooking cavity through the communicating part.
2. The dual heating type smoke curing device of claim 1, wherein said smoke curing device comprises a partition member, said smoke curing device configuring said first space and said second space by means of said partition member.
3. The dual heating type smoke curing device according to claim 2, wherein said smoke portion comprises a housing, and an accommodating space in said housing is partitioned into said first space and said second space by said partition member.
4. The dual heating type grill of claim 3, wherein the material smoking portion includes a material smoking base, the partition member is provided on the material smoking base, and the material smoking portion is provided on the material smoking base at a position corresponding to the first space.
5. The dual heating type smoke curing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein at least a part of the structure between said first space and said second space is a structure having a heat insulating function.
6. The dual heating type smoke curing device according to claim 1, wherein said communication portion comprises a first communication unit, said first communication unit comprising:
the first communicating subunit corresponds to the first space, and the incense emitted by the smoking material can be distributed to the food material to be cooked through the first communicating subunit; and
a second communicating subunit corresponding to the second space through which steam can be dispensed to the food material to be cooked.
7. The dual heating curing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said first space comprises a plurality of subspaces, said smoking material being positionable in at least a portion of said subspaces.
8. A dual heated grill as recited in claim 1 wherein the grill includes a gathering portion that can solicit relevance from the orientation of the food material to be cooked during cooking of the food material to be cooked.
9. The dual heating type smoke curing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein said communicating part comprises a second communicating means provided in said collecting part.
10. Cooking apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a dual heating type of fumigation device of the cooking apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 9.
