7. The skirting warmer of claim 1, wherein said first outlet vent includes a plurality of first vent apertures, a plurality of said first vent aperture arrays.
8. The skirting warmer of claim 1, wherein said second outlet vent includes a plurality of second venting pores, a plurality of said second venting pore arrays.
9. The skirting warmer of claim 1, wherein said housing has a bottom portion provided with a plurality of air inlet openings communicating with said receiving cavity.
10. The skirting line warmer of claim 1, further comprising:
