Description

Container with sealing structure
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of containers and containers with sealing performance, in particular to the field of paper-plastic lunch boxes and cups.
Background
Currently, the business mode of catering industry 'take-out' is in a state of continuous growth. In order to provide a premium service, food processing vendors have begun to use more environmentally friendly paper-plastic containers to replace conventional plastic containers for health and hygiene and environmental reasons. In addition, it is also of concern to merchants that the food they offer can be shipped to customers in a better condition to enhance their competitiveness, where food is not expected to leak from the packaging during shipment.
However, when the plastic container is transferred to the paper-plastic container, it is found that there is a problem in transferring the sealing structure used on the plastic container to the paper-plastic container. When the sealing structure of the plastic container is used in the paper-plastic container, due to different material properties, on one hand, the paper-plastic container is often torn when the upper cover of the paper-plastic container is opened; on the other hand, the lid of the paper-plastic container is liable to pop open and thus cannot be stably fixed to the container body, whereby the fitting gap between the sealing portions of the container needs to be made large, which in turn makes it impossible to provide a satisfactory sealing effect.
For this reason, it has been proposed to add a tongue structure to solve the problem of easy pop-open. However, the tongue construction is not easy for a food processor to handle when completing the packaging, and also affects the aesthetics of the container.
In summary, there is a need for a new container, particularly a paper-plastic container, that provides a better seal while not allowing easy pop-off between the container lid and the body.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present invention solves the above technical problem by proposing a container having a new sealing structure. The utility model proposes a container, characterized in that it comprises:
a main body having a first seal structure portion, an
An upper cover capable of covering the main body along the direction of the installation axis and having a second sealing structure portion engaged with the first sealing structure portion,
the first sealing structure portion comprises a sealing protrusion, the sealing protrusion comprises a first outer side edge and a first inner side edge, the second sealing structure portion comprises a sealing recess matched with the sealing protrusion, and the sealing recess comprises a second outer side edge and a second inner side edge;
wherein the first outer side edge abuts against the second outer side edge,
and wherein the first inner rim forms a first sealed joint against the second inner rim,
and the first seal structure portion further includes a first additional inner rim, and the second seal structure portion further includes a second additional inner rim, the first additional inner rim forming a second seal engagement against the second additional inner rim.
The container of the present invention achieves at least the following advantages over the prior art:
the upper cover of the container is not easy to pop open from the main body and has good fixing effect. This is achieved by cooperation between the respective sealing structure portions of both the main body and the upper lid of the container according to the present invention. Specifically, the sealing engagement between the first inner side edge and the first additional inner side edge of the first sealing structure portion of the main body and the second inner side edge and the second additional inner side edge of the second sealing structure portion of the upper cover forms a double seal between the upper cover and the main body. These sealing engagements are achieved with an interference fit between the respective parts. In addition, the arrangement of the first outer side edge of the first sealing structure part of the main body against the second outer side edge of the second sealing structure part of the upper cover not only ensures that the upper cover is not easy to fall off from the main body, but also strengthens the double sealing structure and provides tighter sealing joint.
In one embodiment, the first seal structure portion includes a first connection portion connecting the first inner side edge and the first additional inner side edge, and the second seal structure portion includes a second connection portion connecting the second inner side edge and the second additional inner side edge. The first and second connection portions separate the two seal structure portions and provide the possibility of providing further structures at the first and second connection portions to further improve the sealing.
In one embodiment, a plenum is formed by the body and the upper cover between the first and second sealing joints. The fact that the air chamber is between the first sealing joint and the second sealing joint means that an annular sealed air chamber is formed between the upper lid and the body, by means of the atmospheric pressure in which the contents of the interior of the container body are difficult to leak, which is particularly advantageous in case the contents comprise a liquid. Thus, the air chamber enhances the sealability of the entire container.
In one embodiment, a gas chamber is formed between the first connection portion and the second connection portion. Thus, the sealing performance is further improved by providing another structure using the existing first connection portion and second connection portion, as described above.
In a preferred embodiment, the first connection portion is provided with a recess forming the air chamber. In this preferred embodiment, the air chamber is formed by the recessed portion of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, thereby utilizing the space already occupied by the first sealing joint and the second sealing joint to form the air chamber without the need to reuse additional space.
In one embodiment, a first circular arc section with a first curvature radius is arranged between the first inner side edge and the first additional inner side edge, and a second circular arc section with a second curvature radius is arranged between the second inner side edge and the second additional inner side edge, wherein the first circular arc section abuts against the second circular arc section, and the first curvature radius is smaller than the second curvature radius. The setting of the circular arc section and the curvature radius in this embodiment enables the first circular arc section and the second circular arc section to closely abut against each other, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the second sealing joint portion.
In a preferred embodiment, the second outer rim has, on at least a part thereof, a projection projecting toward the inside of the sealing recess, the projection stopping the detachment of the end of the first outer rim. The arrangement of the protruding portion for stopping the detachment of the first outer edge not only makes the upper cover firmly fixed on the main body and not easy to be bounced, but also strengthens the aforementioned double sealing structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the end of the first outer side edge is provided with a protruding part facing the second outer side edge, and the protruding part abuts against the second outer side edge. The bulge part ensures that the upper cover is not easy to deform, and the stability of the upper cover fixed on the main body is enhanced by the matching of the bulge part and the upper cover. Due to the protruding part of the second outer side edge and the bulge part of the first outer side edge, the upper cover forms an inverted buckle structure relative to the main body, so that the upper cover of the container is prevented from bouncing, and the aesthetic appearance is not affected like the tongue-inserting structure in the prior art. In addition, the inverted structure is more convenient to use than the tongue-in-groove structure. The container of the present invention is further advantageous when the container is made of a material which is easy to pop open, such as paper plastic, plastic or other materials, especially paper plastic materials.
In a preferred embodiment, the projection extends along the entire periphery. The arrangement of the projection extending along the entire perimeter makes it possible to provide an additional sealing engagement between the second outer rim of the upper cover and the first outer rim of the body.
In a preferred embodiment, the container is formed from a paper-plastic material.
In a preferred embodiment, the container is a cutlery box or a cup.

Detailed Description
In this section, the container of the present invention will be described and explained in detail by taking the embodiment of the present invention as an example, with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the description of such embodiments is illustrative and explanatory and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model in any way. The utility model is not limited to this particular embodiment.
The container of the utility model is provided for solving the problems of difficult fixation, easy bouncing and poor sealing performance caused by the container made of paper-plastic materials. However, the container of the present invention is not limited to a container made of paper-plastic material. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that containers made of other materials may also have the advantages described herein.
The present invention provides a container, and fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the container implemented as a lunch box. The container may be a paper-plastic container, such as a paper-plastic meal box or a cup. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container includes an upper cap 200 and a main body 100. For clarity of description of the container according to the utility model, an orthogonal coordinate system XYZ is established, wherein the X-axis and the Y-axis together define a plane, such as a table, in which the bottom of the container lies in a normal lying condition of the container. The Z-axis is perpendicular to the plane X Y and corresponds to the direction from the container body 100 toward the upper lid 200. In fig. 1, the Z axis is located at the center of the container, and a direction toward the center is referred to as an inner side, and a direction opposite to the inner side is referred to as an outer side. The body 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2 has a substantially circular cross-section perpendicular to the axis Z, that is to say the body 100 is in the shape of a circular bowl. It should be understood that the body 100 may have other shapes in section, such as an oval shape, etc., as long as the body and the upper cap of the container can be applied with the sealing structure according to the present invention.
A container and a sealing structure thereof according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of the upper cap 200 of the container when fitted to the main body 100, the cross-section including the central longitudinal axis Z of the container, which in the example of the round bowl-shaped container shown in fig. 1 is a plane formed by the central longitudinal axis Z and the radius of the circle. And with the orientation shown in fig. 3, the majority of the volume of the container is located to the right of the partial structure (not shown).
As shown in fig. 3, the main body 100 has a first sealing structure portion 110, and the first sealing structure portion 110 has a sealing projection including a first outer side edge 111 and a first inner side edge 113. The sealing protrusion may further include a first upper top 112, the first upper top 112 connecting and being located between the first outer side edge 111 and the first inner side edge 113.
The upper cover 200 has a second sealing structure portion 210, and the second sealing structure portion 210 includes a sealing recess cooperating with the sealing protrusion, and the sealing recess includes a second outer side edge 211 and a second inner side edge 213. The sealing recess may further include a second upper top 212, the second upper top 212 connecting and being located between the second outer side edge 211 and the second inner side edge 213.
The first outer rim 111 abuts the second outer rim 211. The first inner rim 113 abuts the second inner rim 213 to form a first sealing interface 300. The first inner rim 113 forms an interference fit against the second inner rim 213.
Further, the first seal structure portion 110 further includes a first additional inner side edge 114, and the second seal structure portion 210 further includes a second additional inner side edge 214, the first additional inner side edge 114 abutting the second additional inner side edge 214 to form a second seal interface 400. The first additional inner side edge 114 and the first outer side edge 111 are located on either side of the first inner side edge 113. The second additional inner side edge 214 and the second outer side edge 211 are located on both sides of the second inner side edge 213. As shown in fig. 3, the sealing convex part and the sealing concave part are tightly fitted in a matching manner by the first sealing joint part 300, the second sealing joint part 400 and the abutment between the first outer side edge 111 and the second outer side edge 211, and a stable and firm double sealing structure is realized.
The first seal structure portion 110 includes a first connection portion 115 connecting the first inner side edge 113 and the first additional inner side edge 114. The second seal structure portion 210 includes a second connection portion 215 connecting the second inner side edge 213 and the second additional inner side edge 214. The second connection portion 215 may extend in a plane substantially parallel to the XY plane. The first and second sealing joints 300 and 400 may be arranged in a "stepped" manner by the first and second connection portions 115 and 215, with the first sealing joint 300 being higher than the second sealing joint 400 and closer to the outer edge.
The two sealing joints provided in this way effect a double seal by means of an interference fit. The problem that the paper plastic container is poor in sealing or easy to pop open is solved through the arrangement, and popularization of the paper plastic container which is made of environment-friendly materials and good in functionality is greatly promoted.
In a preferred embodiment, an air chamber 500 is formed between the main body 100 and the upper cover 200 between the first sealing joint 300 and the second sealing joint 400. The air cell 500 may be formed between the first connection portion 115 and the second connection portion 215. Further, the air cell 500 may be mainly generated by the concave portion of the first connection portion 115. This recess of the first connection portion 115 is recessed away from the second connection portion 215, so that an annular air chamber is formed between the first connection portion 115 and the second connection portion 215. Since the air cell 500 is disposed between the two sealing joints, the atmospheric pressure in the air cell 500 prevents the liquid in the container from overflowing through the second sealing joint 400, and the sealability of the container is further enhanced.
Further, a first circular arc section 116 having a first radius of curvature is arranged between the first inner side edge 113 and the first additional inner side edge 114. A second circular arc section 216 having a second radius of curvature is arranged between the second inner side edge 213 and the second additional inner side edge 214. For example, the first arc segment 116 may be disposed at an interface of the first connection portion 115 and the first additional inner rim 114 forming the plenum 500, and the second arc segment 216 may be disposed at an interface of the second connection portion 215 and the second additional inner rim 214 forming the plenum 500. The first radius of curvature of the first circular arc segment 116 is smaller than the second radius of curvature of the second circular arc segment 216, so that the first circular arc segment 116 abuts against the second circular arc segment 216, thereby enhancing the sealing property of the air chamber 500. As shown in fig. 3, when the second sealing joint formed by the first additional inner side edge 114 and the second additional inner side edge 214 and the first sealing joint are arranged in a relative position similar to a step form, the second sealing joint can be in good fit contact with the corresponding first connecting portion 115 and the second connecting portion 215, and sealing performance can be generated at the circular arc section.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the second outer rim 211 of the upper cap of the container according to the present invention has a protrusion 217 protruding toward the inside of the sealing recess on at least a portion thereof, and the protrusion 217 may form a shape-fit with the first outer rim 111 of the main body 100 after the upper cap 200 is closed on the main body 100 to stop the end of the first outer rim 111 from being detached from the upper cap.
In a preferred embodiment, the end of the first outer rim 111 of the container according to the utility model is provided with a projection 117 facing the second outer rim 211, said projection 117 abutting against said second outer rim 211. The protrusion 117 on the main body 100 may cooperate with the protrusion 217 on the upper cover 200 to make the snap-fit between the first and second outer rims more secure.
The protrusions 217 may be discretely distributed on the first outer side edge of the upper cover 200, for example, uniformly and spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The protrusion 217 may also extend along the entire periphery of the outer edge of the cover 200, and a seal is formed between the first outer edge 111 and the second outer edge 211.
In view of the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 3, the container of the present invention solves the problems of the prior art, and achieves excellent sealability and a fixing effect that is not easily flicked even when paper-plastic materials are used.
It is to be understood that the structures described above and shown in the attached drawings are merely examples of the present invention, which can be replaced by other structures exhibiting the same or similar function for obtaining the desired end result. Furthermore, it should be understood that the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are to be regarded as only constituting non-limiting examples of the present invention and that it can be modified in a number of ways within the scope of the patent claims.
