The saw blade type boll cleaning machine integrates boll cleaning shells, cotton stalks, fine impurities (such as fine stones, dust, leaf scraps, sterile seeds and the like) and unginned cotton opening, after the unginned cotton bolls cleaning, impurities are greatly reduced, and compared with the traditional u-shaped rack roller cleaning machine, the content of single seed cotton is obviously reduced, the quality and the practical value of the unginned cotton are improved, and conditions are created for improving the ginning quality and the ginned cotton quality on the next step.
Adjusting the size of the impurity discharge amount:
(1) the method for increasing the impurity dropping amount comprises the following steps: the clearance between the saw blade roller and the cotton throwing roller is 16-40 mm, and the clearance can be adjusted by adjusting the positions of the bearings at the two ends of the cotton throwing roller. When processing high-grade seed cotton, the gap can be properly adjusted to be small (16-25 mm), and the cotton falling amount of the saw blade roller is reduced; when processing low-grade seed cotton, the gap can be properly enlarged (25-40 mm), and the impurity-falling quantity of saw blade roller can be increased.
(2) Method for increasing the amount of impurities removed: the rear side of the recovery U-shaped rack roller is provided with the impurity discharging rod, the larger the gap between the impurity discharging rod and the recovery U-shaped rack roller is, the larger the impurity discharging amount is, but the discharge amount of the flower heads with the overlarge gap is also increased, and the flower heads are required to be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to prevent the flower heads from falling down. The recycling U-shaped rack roller refers to a first recycling roller or a second recycling roller.
Seed cotton enters an inclined seed cleaning machine (downward air suction) from a seed cotton inlet pipe to be cleaned for the first time, and then falls into a saw blade type bell cleaning machine to be cleaned for the second time; the cleaned seed cotton falls into a far infrared ray seed cotton drying cleaning machine, and the seed cotton is dried and cleaned for the third time; the seed cotton after the third cleaning falls into a leaf cleaning machine, and the seed cotton is dried for the second time and cleaned for the fourth time; finally, the seed cotton falls into a lifting machine for fifth cleaning. Compared with the original machine-harvested cotton cleaning process, the impurity content in the seed cotton after the five times of cleaning is obviously and greatly reduced; meanwhile, the impurity content of the subsequently processed ginned cotton is also obviously reduced.
