Technical Field

The application relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a mask for respiratory endoscopy.

Background

Fig. 1 shows a conventional surgical mask, which includes a mask body for covering the nose and mouth, and a string having a certain elasticity and formed at both sides of the mask body.

Before respiratory endoscopy examination, an endoscope needs to be inserted through the oral cavity and the nasal cavity. Therefore, preliminary anesthesia of the oral and nasal cavity sites is required prior to examination. During anesthesia, atomization, watering can anesthesia or injector anesthesia can be selected to achieve the effect of local anesthesia. The primary anesthesia is generally performed in an anesthesia room, and the primary anesthesia is performed a plurality of times. To avoid cross-contamination between doctors and patients, patients are often required to wear a mask. Thus, if the patient wears a prior art surgical mask, the mask needs to be removed repeatedly, which may result in contamination of the mask. In addition, after the patient enters the examination and treatment room, the patient needs to be covered with eyes so as not to cause anxiety in the patient during the examination process and to prevent anesthetic and other related drugs from dripping into the eyes of the patient. Thus, the mask of the prior art is inconvenient to use.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In view of the above problems, the present application aims to provide a mask for respiratory endoscopy, which can expose the mouth and nose without removing the mask, and can cover the eyes of a patient when necessary, according to the special requirements of respiratory endoscopy.

The application provides a face guard for respiratory endoscopy, it includes: eye-covering and oronasal-covering;

the mouth and nose covering part comprises a left cloth piece, a right cloth piece, an upper cloth piece and a lower cloth piece; the left cloth piece, the right cloth piece, the upper cloth piece and the lower cloth piece are connected together to form a concave curved surface shape; the central position of the front side of the mouth-nose covering part forms a ring-shaped operation opening; the operation opening is covered with a cover plate through adhesive; the ear hanging ropes are respectively formed at the left side and the right side of the mouth and nose covering part;

the eye covering part is composed of a piece of non-woven fabric and is formed on the top of the mouth and nose covering part; the upper side of the eye covering part is provided with a head hanging rope.

Preferably, the eye-covering part is formed with a plurality of foldable parts that can be unfolded.

Preferably, the cover sheet is formed with a protruding handle portion at one side thereof.

Preferably, the side of the cover plate opposite to the handle part is fixed with the ring-shaped operation opening.

The mask for the respiratory endoscopy is provided with the operation port which can be opened and closed repeatedly, so that the anesthesia before the operation and the examination in the operation are facilitated; the mask for the respiratory endoscopy can selectively cover the eyes of a patient by arranging the eye covering part.

Detailed Description

The mask for respiratory endoscopy of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The application provides a face guard for respiratory endoscopy, it includes: an eye covering 10 and an oronasal covering 20.

The oronasal covering part 10 comprises a left cloth piece 10d, a right cloth piece 10b, an upper cloth piece 10c and a lower cloth piece 10 a; the material of these cloth pieces is the same as that of the existing mask. The left cloth piece 10d, the right cloth piece 10b, the upper cloth piece 10c and the lower cloth piece 10a are connected together to form a concave curved surface shape; a ring-shaped operation opening 33 is formed at the center of the front side of the mouth-nose covering part 10; the operation port 33 is covered with the cover plate 31 through glue; the cover sheet 31 may be made of a transparent plastic cloth, or may be made of the same material as the left cloth 10d, the right cloth 10b, the upper cloth 10c, and the lower cloth 10 a. Ear hanging ropes 11 are respectively formed on the left and right sides of the oronasal covering portion 10. The adhesive 31a is formed on the cover sheet 31.

The upper portion of oronasal cover 10 may be formed with a metal strip to facilitate its close fit to the contours of the face, as in prior art masks.

The eye covering part 20 is formed of one piece of non-woven fabric and formed on the top of the mouth-nose covering part 10; a head hanging string 21 is formed on the upper side of the eye-covering part 20.

The eye-covering part 20 is formed with a plurality of foldable parts that can be unfolded so that the area thereof is as small as possible when it is not used.

The lid sheet 31 is formed with a protruding handle portion 32 on one side thereof to facilitate the opening of the lid sheet.

The cover plate 31 is fixed to the ring-shaped operation hole 33 on the side opposite to the handle portion 32.

When the mouth and nose protection device is used, the mouth and nose covering part covers the mouth and the nose of a patient, so that the mouth and the nose are opposite to the position of an operation mouth, and the ear hanging rope is hung on the ears of the patient. When preliminary anesthesia is needed, the cover plate is uncovered to expose the mouth and the nose, and then corresponding oral anesthesia and nasal anesthesia can be carried out. After the patient enters the operating room, the eye covering part is unfolded, and the head hanging rope is hung behind the brain of the patient, so that the eye covering part covers the eyes of the patient, the patient cannot see the external operating condition, and the anesthetic cannot be dropped into the eyes of the patient carelessly.
