The chassis 100 may be a wheeled chassis or a tracked chassis. The wet sprayer 200 has a pumping mechanism integrated therein for delivering concrete material to the spray assembly 500 through the delivery line 600.
In the embodiment of the present application, the robot arm 300 may be provided in various structures, and the robot arm is a mechanism commonly used in the art, and the structure thereof has various structures. Specifically, the robot arm 300 includes: a rotating base 310, a telescopic arm 320, and a hydraulic cylinder 330; wherein, the first end of the telescopic arm 320 is hinged on the rotating base 310; the basket 400 is mounted at the second end of the telescopic arm 320; hydraulic cylinder 330 is mounted between rotating base 310 and telescoping arm 320 to drive telescoping arm 320 to rotate relative to rotating base 310. In some embodiments, a swing cylinder 350 capable of driving the basket 400 to rotate horizontally is further disposed between the basket 400 and the robot arm 300. The rotary cylinder 350 is used for adjusting the horizontal direction of the basket 400, and can be used for changing the spraying angle of the spraying head 510 in a large angle.
The adjusting member 520 is used to adjust the position of the spray head 510 on the basket 400. The operator can control the robot arm 300 and the adjusting member 520 using the control means on the gondola 400. The first controller and the second controller may be wireless remote controllers or fixed controllers mounted on the basket.
In some embodiments, the concrete spraying apparatus includes an overall controller adapted to the robotic arm 300, wet sprayer 200, and adjustment member 520. The overall controller may be a wireless controller.

1. A concrete spraying apparatus, comprising:
a chassis (100);
a wet spraying machine (200) arranged on the chassis (100);
a robot arm (300) mounted on the chassis (100);
a basket (400) arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm (300);
a spray assembly (500) mounted on the basket (400), the spray assembly (500) being connected to the wet sprayer (200) by a conveying line (600); the spray assembly (500) comprises: a spray head (510), and an adjusting member (520) capable of adjusting the position of the spray head (510).
2. The concrete spraying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spraying direction of the spraying head (510) is movably adjustable.

Concrete spraying apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the adjustment member (520) is a telescopic actuator; the telescopic executing component is mounted on the hanging basket (400) and can drive the spray head (510) to move so as to change the height position of the spray head (510).

The concrete spraying apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a movable connection member (530) is further provided between the spray head (510) and the telescopic actuator; the movable connecting piece (530) is rotationally connected with the telescopic execution component and rotates in a first rotation plane; the movable connecting piece (530) is connected with the spray head (510) in a rotating way and rotates in a second rotating plane; the first rotation plane and the second rotation plane are perpendicular to each other.

10. The concrete spraying apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that a rotary cylinder (350) capable of driving the basket (400) to rotate horizontally is further provided between the basket (400) and the mechanical arm (300).
