The electric heating cutting strip 51 comprises a swing frame 511 which can swing around the second pressing roller 44 and an electric heating strip 512 arranged on the swing frame 511. The film breaking driving mechanism 52 comprises a film breaking cylinder 521 and a connecting rod 522, the end part of the cylinder body of the film breaking cylinder 521 is hinged with the case 16, and the end part of the piston rod of the film breaking cylinder 521 is hinged with one end of the connecting rod 522; the other end of the connecting rod 522 is fixedly connected with the electric heating cutting strip 51. That is, the film cutting cylinder 521 drives the electric heating cutting strip 51 to swing back and forth within a reasonable range through the connecting rod 522, so as to cut the packaging film 421 between the first pressing roller 43 and the coiled material 6, and the electric heating cutting strip 51 does not interfere with the packaging film 421 between the packaging film coil 42 and the first pressing roller 43.
After winding and packaging are finished, the first power module 11 drives the case 16 to ascend, so that a section of tight packaging film 421 is formed between the first pressing roller 43 and the coiled material 6, then the film cutting driving mechanism 52 drives the electric heating cutting strip 51 to swing around the axis of the first pressing roller 43 to cut the packaging film 421, the heated electric heating cutting strip 51 can quickly fuse the packaging film 421, the film cutting is quick, and a fracture is smooth; finally, the film breaking driving mechanism 52 drives the electric heating cutting strip 51 to reset. At this time, the free end portion of the wrapping film is blown up again by the air flow of the blow-up lever 45.
In order to make the movement of the cross beam 15 more stable, each vertical beam 14 is provided with a first power module 11, each first power module 11 comprises a torque motor arranged at the top of the vertical beam 14, a screw rod vertically arranged on the vertical beam 14 and a screw nut arranged on the screw rod, and the screw nut is fixedly connected with the cross beam 15; the torque motor is in transmission connection with the screw rod. Through the arrangement, the torque motor drives the screw rod to rotate through the driving screw rod, and drives the screw rod nut, the cross beam 15 and the components arranged on the cross beam 15 to vertically move. The torque motor can continuously run when the rotor rotates at a low speed even in a locked state (namely, the rotor cannot rotate), and the motor cannot be damaged. When the first press roll 43 and the second press roll 44 press the coiled material 6, the torque motor is subjected to resistance, so that the torque of the torque motor changes, and the electric cabinet dynamically detects the torque of the torque motor, and generates an in-place signal when the torque of the torque motor reaches a preset value, so as to control the torque motor to stop working.
The electric controller comprises a box body, a PLC controller arranged in the box body and a related control circuit.
Since the first power module 11 and the second power module 12 have the same structure, the working principle of the second power module 12 will not be described herein.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the web driving device 2 includes a frame 21, a first driving roller 22 and a second driving roller 23 disposed on the frame, and a second driving motor 24 for driving the first driving roller 22 and the second driving roller 23 to rotate synchronously, wherein the first driving roller 22 and the second driving roller 23 are disposed in parallel and have the same height. The first pressure roller 43 presses the packaging film 421 against the web 6 due to the action of the blow-up bar 45; then the lifting driving device drives the pressing wheel 35 to descend, so that the pressing wheel 35 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the coiled material 6, the double-sided adhesive tape 321 is unreeled under the traction of the pressing wheel 35, and the double-sided adhesive tape 333 positioned at the position of the adhesive tape positioning line is pasted on the coiled material 6; the coiled material driving device 2 and the rolling mechanism 33 act simultaneously, the double-sided adhesive tape coiled material 6 on the double-sided adhesive tape 321 is adhered along with the rotation of the coiled material 6, when the adhering length of the double-sided adhesive tape 333 reaches a preset length (5-10 cm), the braking mechanism 34 brakes the double-sided adhesive tape 321 to limit the rotation of the double-sided adhesive tape 321 to stop unwinding the double-sided adhesive tape 321, the rolling mechanism 33 stops rolling the isolation tape 331, the double-sided adhesive tape is cut off at the fixed adhesive line 38 under the traction and pulling action of the coiled material 6, the lifting driving device drives the pressing wheel 35 to ascend and leave the coiled material 6, then the double-sided adhesive tape is about to pass through the first pressing wheel 43, the upper film driving device 7 is started, the packaging film 421 is also unfolded under the traction of the upper film driving device 7 and attached to the surface of the coiled material 6, the packaging film 421 is fixed on the coiled material 6 through the double-sided adhesive tape 333, the coiled material 6 is tightly embraced by the packaging film 421 after being wound for several circles, then the first power module 11 rises to make the first press roller 43 and the second press roller 44 leave the coiled material 6, then the second power module 12 drives the chassis 16 to do transverse reciprocating motion to make the packaging film move and wind on the coiled material 6, after the coiled material 6 winds a sufficient amount of the packaging film 421, the second power module 12 and the coiled material driving device 2 stop working, a section of the tensioned packaging film 421 is formed between the first press roller 43 and the coiled material 6, then the film cutting driving mechanism 52 drives the electric heating cutting strip 51 to swing around the axis of the first press roller 43 to cut the packaging film, and the heated electric heating cutting strip 51 can rapidly fuse the packaging film. Finally, the first power module 11 and the second power module 12 drive the chassis 16 to return to the initial position.

The automatic winding and cutting device for the packaging film is characterized by comprising a bottom frame, two vertical beams oppositely arranged on the bottom frame, a cross beam arranged between the two vertical beams, a first power module used for driving the cross beam to vertically move, a case arranged on the cross beam in a sliding manner, a coiled material driving device arranged below the case, a second power module used for driving the case to transversely move, a double-faced adhesive tape pasting device arranged in the case, a film feeding device and a cutting device; the double-sided adhesive tape pasting device is positioned at the upstream of the film feeding device; the double-sided adhesive tape sticking device is used for sticking a section of double-sided adhesive tape on the peripheral surface of the coiled material, so that the packaging film unreeled by the film feeding device is fixed on the coiled material through the double-sided adhesive tape; the cutting device is used for cutting the packaging film; the coiled material driving device is used for driving the coiled material to rotate.
