As shown in fig. 1, the cooking utensil 100 generally includes a pot body 110 and a lid 170, wherein the inner pot 120 is disposed in the pot body 110, the lid 170 is openably and closably disposed on the pot body 110, and when the lid 170 is closed on the pot body, a cooking space can be formed between the lid 170 and the inner pot.

With continued reference to FIG. 3, the steaming tray 140 may be used to cook rice, the steaming tray 140 being received in the basket 130 with the upper edge of the steaming tray 140 overlapping the upper edge of the basket 130. Therefore, the cooking utensil 100 of the present invention includes both the steamer 130 for steaming the low-sugar rice and the steaming tray 140 for steaming the ordinary rice, and the steaming tray 140 is accommodated in the steamer 130, so that the low-sugar rice and the ordinary rice can be steamed by steaming the rice once, thereby satisfying the requirements of different types of rice in families; and the steaming tray 140 for steaming the regular rice is received in the steamer 130 for steaming the low-sugar rice, and the regular rice with good taste can be directly steamed.
Specifically, the steaming tray 140 has a steaming tray bottom wall 141 having a continuous closed-surface structure and a steaming tray side wall 142 having a revolving body shape. It will be appreciated that the steaming tray bottom wall 141 can be a closed continuous plane, whereby food located within the steaming tray 140 does not leak out of the steaming tray bottom wall 141; the steaming tray side wall 142 can be cylindrical. Thus, in the process of simultaneously cooking the low-sugar rice and the general rice, the steam generated in the basket 130 can enter the steaming tray 140 through the first airing holes 150, thereby heating the food in the steaming tray 140.
More preferably, the upper rim of the steaming tray 140 may be formed by the top end of the steaming tray sidewall 142 extending outward in the radial direction. As shown in fig. 3, the upper edge of the steaming tray 140 is a substantially flat flange, which enables the steaming tray 140 to be more stably attached to the upper edge of the steamer 130. It will be appreciated that the upper rim of the basket 130 may have a similar configuration to the upper rim of the platter 140.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the upper edge of the steaming tray 140 may be provided with a plurality of second ventilation holes 160 which are regularly arranged. Accordingly, the steam from the basket 130 can also enter the steaming tray 140 through the second ventilation holes 160, thereby heating the food in the steaming tray 140.
It is understood that the opening shapes of the first vent 150 and the second vent 160 may be the same or different, and may be circular, oval, square, kidney-shaped, polygonal, or irregular polygonal.

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body (110);
an inner pot (120), the inner pot (120) being disposed in the pot body (110);
the food steamer assembly is supported in the inner pot (120) and comprises a food steamer (130) and an extension cylinder (134) which is arranged on a food steamer bottom wall (131) and extends towards the direction far away from the food steamer, the upper part of the food steamer (130) is hermetically connected with the opening part of the inner pot (120), the bottom of the food steamer (130) is provided with a water permeable area (133), the water permeable area (133) is radially positioned inside the extension cylinder (134), and a food steamer side wall (132) of the food steamer (130) is a continuous closed ring surface; and
a steaming tray (140), the steaming tray (140) being supported in the inner pan (120) and water in the inner pan (120) being unable to enter the steaming tray (140).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein an upper rim of the basket (130) overlaps an upper rim of the inner pot (120) to sealingly mate with the mouth of the inner pot (120).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein an upper edge of the steaming tray (140) overlaps an upper edge of the basket (130).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the steaming tray (140) has a steaming tray bottom wall (141) having a continuous closed surface structure and a steaming tray side wall (142) having a shape of a solid of revolution, and the top of the steaming tray side wall (142) has a plurality of first airing holes (150).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the plurality of first airing holes (150) are regularly arranged in a circumferential direction.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the upper rim of the steaming plate (140) extends radially outward from the top end of the steaming plate sidewall (142).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the upper edge of the steaming plate (140) is provided with a plurality of regularly arranged second airing holes (160).
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the basket (130) has a basket side wall (132) in the shape of a solid of revolution, the plate side wall (142) and the basket side wall (132) being coaxially arranged, a radial gap D formed between the plate side wall (142) and the basket side wall (132) being such that: d is more than or equal to 1 mm.
