Ink-jet printing device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an use inkjet printing device that UV ink printed, the regional inkjet printing device that covers the picture and text region that other ink shower nozzles spray except transparent ink shower nozzle of solidification of a UV ink solidification equipment that specifically says so.
Background
The ink jet printing device is generally applied to various industries, and mainly forms a printing of a required image or characters by ejecting ink drops from a nozzle and landing the ink drops on a corresponding position of a medium to be printed. Among three types of ink commonly used, solvent-based ink, water-based ink, and UV ink, UV ink is widely used with the advantages of fast curing speed, wide applicable media, environmental protection, and the like. After printing with UV ink, a curing device is needed to be matched with the UV ink to cure the ejected pictures and texts, the structural design of the printing device is different, the mounting mode and the mounting position of the curing device are also different, one mounting mode is shown in figure 1, namely, the curing devices 8a and 8b in the scanning type ink-jet printing device are generally arranged at two sides of a printing nozzle 9, the printing nozzle 9 is arranged along the length direction of the nozzle (printing paper feeding direction, namely Y direction), all the nozzles are arranged side by side in parallel at a certain interval, the printing nozzle 9 can be provided with colorful UV ink (cyan C, magenta M, yellow Y and black K), the setting directions of the curing devices 8a and 8b are parallel to the length direction of the nozzle (printing paper feeding direction, namely Y direction), and the curing range of lamp beads along the Y direction covers the spraying range of one nozzle, the curing device can also select to install only one curing device 8a or 8b at one side of the printing nozzle 9, in the printing process, the printing medium is fixed below the spray head, the printing trolley 10 drives the printing spray head 9 and the curing devices 8a and 8b on the printing trolley to move back and forth along the X direction, the printing spray head 9 sprays ink drops on the medium to be printed in the back and forth movement process, and the ink drops sprayed on the medium to be printed are cured through the curing devices 8a and 8 b.
In addition, another installation mode is that the curing device is separately arranged from the printing nozzle, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the printing nozzle (not shown in the figure) is installed below the printing trolley 2, the printing trolley 2 can reciprocate along the cross beam 1, the object to be printed 7 (a cylindrical rotatable object) is installed below the cross beam 1, the curing device 6 is installed below the object to be printed 7, and is respectively arranged as two independent modules with the printing trolley 2 for independent control, the curing device 6 is fixed during the printing process, and the curing range of the curing device 6 is greater than or equal to the width of the image-text to be printed on the object to be printed 7. In the printing process, the object 7 to be printed rotates around the central axis of the object, the printing trolley 2 moves continuously along the cross beam 1, the printing nozzle sprays ink drops to the rotating object 7 to be printed to form images and texts in the moving process, and meanwhile, the UV lamp in the curing device 6 cures ink on the object 7 to be printed in real time. The above introduction is a situation that only color ink is printed without printing transparent ink, if printing of transparent ink needs to be superimposed after color image-text printing is completed, because leveling needs to be performed for some time after the transparent ink is ejected to a medium to be printed, real-time curing cannot be directly performed by using a UV lamp, otherwise an uneven transparent surface appears, color ink printing needs to be completed and color ink curing is performed synchronously, then a UV lamp of the curing device 6 is turned off, the printing trolley 2 moves back to an initial position along the cross beam 1 and then the transparent ink is ejected independently, after printing of transparent ink droplets is completed and leveled, the UV lamp of the curing device 6 is turned on again to cure the transparent ink, so that the printing trolley 2 needs to go back and forth at least twice along the cross beam 1 to complete the printing process of color and transparent ink of an object to be printed, and the printing time is increased, resulting in a reduction in printing efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new curing method, which can eject the transparent ink along with the color ink and complete all printing operations in the process of passing over the object to be printed once, without affecting the leveling and curing of the transparent ink, thereby improving the printing efficiency.

The bead curing range L of the curing device in the printing and inking process can be defined as follows: d is less than or equal to L less than or equal to (D + D), wherein D represents the total width of the ink drops jetted by the ink jet heads except the transparent ink jet head, and D represents the distance between the transparent ink jet head and the adjacent ink jet head, so that the boundary line u of the irradiation area at the extreme end of the curing device is positioned in front of the boundary line v of the front end of the transparent ink drops jetted by the transparent ink jet head (the arrow direction of C is defined as front). After printing is finished, in the return process of the printing trolley, the curing device 6C is still in a lighting state, and curing is continuously carried out on the transparent ink drops with the upper leveling in the process of synchronously moving along with all the spray heads on the printing trolley 2.
