Claims (9)
1. Installation device of compound cable saddle in narrow cavern of mountain area suspension bridge, its characterized in that includes:
the portal frame (1) is positioned in a tunnel anchor hole (10), the front end of the portal frame (1) is close to the hole of the tunnel anchor hole (10), and the rear end of the portal frame (1) extends to the top surface of the composite cable saddle buttress (9);
the sliding support (2) is positioned at the top of the portal (1) and moves on the portal (1) in a reciprocating linear mode, and a steering pulley (22) and a hanging steel wire rope (6) for hanging the composite cable saddle component (8) are arranged at the top of the sliding support (2);
and the winch (3) is positioned at the hole opening of the tunnel anchor hole (10), and the winch (3) is provided with a hoisting steel wire rope (5) which is wound on the steering pulley (22) and used for hoisting the composite cable saddle component (8).
2. The installation device of the composite cable saddle of the narrow cavern of the suspension bridge in the mountainous area as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the gantry (1) comprises a vertical column (14) and a distribution beam (11) positioned at the top of the vertical column (14), wherein a slide way beam (12) extending to the top surface of the composite cable saddle buttress (9) is fixedly arranged at the top of the distribution beam (11), and a track (13) used for being connected with the sliding support (2) in a sliding mode is arranged at the top of the slide way beam (12).
3. The installation device of the composite cable saddle for the narrow cavern of the suspension bridge in the mountainous area as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the number of the distribution beams (11) is two, the two distribution beams (11) are parallel to each other and are arranged at intervals, the upright columns (14) are arranged on two sides of each distribution beam (11), and embedded parts (15) connected with the tunnel anchor holes (10) are arranged on the bottoms and the side walls of the upright columns (14);
the two slide way beams (12) are arranged in parallel and are arranged at intervals, one end of each slide way beam (12) is connected with the distribution beam (11), and the other end of each slide way beam is connected with the top surface of the composite cable saddle buttress (9).
4. The installation device of the composite cable saddle of the narrow cavern of the suspension bridge in the mountainous area as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the sliding support (2) is of a rectangular frame structure, and the bottom of the sliding support (2) is provided with a roller (23) which is in sliding connection with the portal (1);
the gantry crane is characterized in that a chain block (7) for pulling the sliding support (2) to move is arranged on the gantry (1), one end of the chain block (7) is connected with the sliding support (2), and the other end of the chain block (7) is connected with the gantry (1).

the top of crossbeam (26) is fixed and is equipped with hoist and mount distributive girder (21), diverting pulley (22) and hoist and mount distributive girder (21) fixed connection, diverting pulley (22) are equipped with a plurality ofly, and a plurality of diverting pulley (22) are arranged along the length direction interval of hoist and mount distributive girder (21).

the winch (3) is connected with the hoisting steel wire rope (5) through a pulley block (4).

the pulley block (4) comprises a fixed pulley block (41), a movable pulley block (42) and a steel wire rope (43), the steel wire rope (43) sequentially penetrates through pulleys of the fixed pulley block (41) and the movable pulley block (42), and the tail end of the steel wire rope is connected with the winch (3);
the movable pulley block (42) is connected with the hoisting steel wire rope (5), and the fixed pulley block (41) is connected with the ground of the tunnel anchor hole (10) through a ground anchor (44).
9. The installation device of the composite cable saddle of the narrow cavern of the suspension bridge in the mountainous area as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the diameters of the hanging steel wire rope (6) and the hoisting steel wire rope (5) are larger than or equal to 60mm, and the portal frame (1) and the sliding support (2) are formed by welding I-shaped steel and/or channel steel.
