本实用新型涉及一种密封装置，具体涉及一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置。
背景技术
随着煤矿开采难度越来越大，瓦斯突出问题也越来越严重，为了解决此问题，现阶段最为理想的方法就是采用冲孔技术。先在煤层中钻孔，然后向钻好的瓦斯抽放孔内注入高压水，将煤层内部冲成腔体，这样有效增大了钻孔直径，增强了煤层透气性，有利于瓦斯释放。但是，冲孔过程中会产生大量的瓦斯气体以及水、煤渣和煤粉混合流体，这就需要收集装置对上述气体和混合流体进行收集。在冲孔过程中，随着钻杆的摆动和旋转，钻杆与收集装置之间密封不好，水、煤渣和煤粉组成的混合流体容易沿钻杆流出收集装置，影响收集效果，使冲孔场地环境变得恶劣。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置，其与钻杆之间能够紧密配合，应用到收集装置中，能够提高钻杆与收集装置之间的密封性。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置，该密封装置由密封部和连接在密封部四周的固定部组成，固定部与钻杆孔四周固定连接，所述密封部为弹性材料制成的具有连续的波峰和波谷的波纹结构，密封部上设置有供冲孔钻杆穿过的环状密封唇，密封唇的密封面与冲孔钻杆的外圆周面相匹配，在密封唇的内部设置有支撑骨架。
有益效果：本实用新型通过具有一定弹性的密封唇紧密地包在冲孔钻杆的外部，以防止冲孔过程中产生的流体沿钻杆流下，起到封孔作用。密封部采用波纹结构，并具有一定弹性，因此可以随着钻杆的摆动和旋转进行伸缩自适应调整，始终保证了钻杆和密封唇之间紧密密封，达到了良好的密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置，该密封装置由密封部2和连接在密封部2四周的固定部3组成，固定部3与钻杆孔四周固定连接，所述密封部2为弹性材料制成的具有连续的波峰和波谷的波纹结构，密封部2上设置有供冲孔钻杆5穿过的环状密封唇1，密封唇1的密封面与冲孔钻杆5的外圆周面相匹配，在密封唇1的内部设置有支撑骨架4。
所述密封装置通过固定部3与其他收集装置连接以配合使用，固定部3可以采用法兰结构。
所述密封唇1的密封面上设置有耐磨元件，可以是铜套、盘根等物。
所述密封唇1的厚度大于密封部2其他部分的厚度，这样可以增大密封唇1的密封面，提高与冲孔钻杆5之间的密封面积，密封性好。密封唇1与密封部2的波纹结构为一体结构。
冲孔过程中，随着冲孔钻杆5的摆动和旋转，密封部2的波纹结构可以随钻杆5进行伸缩，保证了密封唇1与冲孔钻杆5之间的密封性。其中，支撑骨架4起到保持密封唇1形状的目的，在冲孔钻杆5的摆动过程中，使密封唇1紧密地包在冲孔钻杆5的外部。

1.一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置，其特征在于：该密封装置由密封部（2）和连接在密封部（2）四周的固定部（3）组成，固定部（3）与钻杆孔四周固定连接，所述密封部（2）为弹性材料制成的具有连续的波峰和波谷的波纹结构，密封部（2）上设置有供冲孔钻杆（5）穿过的环状密封唇（1），密封唇（1）的密封面与冲孔钻杆（5）的外圆周面相匹配，在密封唇（1）的内部设置有支撑骨架（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种煤矿冲孔用钻杆孔密封装置，其特征在于：所述密封唇（1）的密封面上设置有耐磨元件。
