技术领域

背景技术
传统钢带铠装电缆及铝护套轧纹铠装型电缆,能保证通信电缆的防鼠蚁、弯曲性、防潮、防腐及抗机械冲击性能,但是无法满足地铁供电系统35kV及以下高安全场合的高级别(A类)阻燃要求。此外,传统铠装型电缆的护套要么机械强度高,阻燃性能差;要么阻燃性能好,机械性能差;总之,护套的机械强度和阻燃特性不能兼容的现状制约了电缆性能的发挥。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低烟无卤阻燃A类不锈钢铠装电缆,该产品阻燃性能好,达到A类阻燃要求,具有优良的抗机械冲击性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型低烟无卤阻燃A类不锈钢铠装电缆,包括缆芯和护层,缆芯外绕包无纺布包带,包带外绕包刮胶布带缓冲层,缓冲层外设有轧纹不锈钢,轧纹不锈钢纵包焊接包裹在缓冲层上,轧纹不锈钢外挤包阻燃内护层,内护层外挤包交联型阻燃的聚烯烃材料外护层;所述缆芯由绝缘屏蔽线芯绞合而成,缆芯的间隙设有无机纤维填充物;绝缘屏蔽线芯由导体外设置导体屏蔽层,导体屏蔽层外挤包交联聚乙烯绝缘层,绝缘层外绕包铝塑复合带绝缘屏蔽层,绝缘屏蔽层外绕包铜带构成,铜带上设有色条。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:第一,采用缓冲包带绕包,保证电缆进行铝护套焊接及轧纹时缆芯不受伤害。第二,护层包括两层,内护层和外护层,内护层的阻燃性能好,外护层的机械性能强,护层兼具阻燃和机械性能,解决了传统的电缆外护套的机械强度和阻燃特性不能兼容的技术问题。第三,采用不锈钢进行铠装,耐腐蚀性好,防潮、防鼠蚁。

具体实施方式
TR型铜单线绞合而成导体1,导体1外挤包导体屏蔽层2,导体屏蔽层2外挤包交联聚乙烯绝缘层3,绝缘层3外挤包铝塑复合带绝缘屏蔽层4,绝缘屏蔽层4外绕包铜带6构成绝缘屏蔽线芯。绝缘屏蔽线芯的铜带6上设有色条5。
将绝缘屏蔽线芯绞合成缆,成缆的缆芯间隙设有无机纤维填充物7,以保证缆芯的圆整。缆芯外绕包无纺布包带8,包带外绕包刮胶布带缓冲层9,缓冲层9外设有轧纹不锈钢10,轧纹不锈钢10纵包焊接包裹在缓冲层9上,轧纹不锈钢10外挤包阻燃内护层11,内护层外挤包交联型阻燃的聚烯烃材料外护层12构成低烟无卤阻燃A类不锈钢铠装电缆。内护层的氧指数OI设定为40以上,抗张强度9~10MPa。外护层的氧指数OI设定为30以上,抗张强度12~15MPa。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:第一,采用缓冲包带绕包,保证电缆进行铝护套焊接及轧纹时缆芯不受伤害。第二,护层包括两层,内护层和外护层,内护层的阻燃性能好,外护层的机械性能强,护层兼具阻燃和机械性能。第三,采用不锈钢进行铠装,耐腐蚀性好,防潮、防鼠蚁。
