本实用新型涉及一种内燃机连杆,特别涉及一种在胀断时可减少掉渣及变形发生的连杆。
背景技术
现有的发动机连杆包括钢性材质的连杆体和连杆盖,首先,连杆体和连杆盖是一体锻造成型,然后再采用切口或胀断两种方法将连杆体和连杆盖分离,最后用螺栓将连杆体和连杆盖连接起来。
在胀断时,由于连杆体和连杆盖的结合部处是平整的,所以此处受力点分散,造成胀断后开口发生偏移或变形,也伴随着掉渣多的情况,严重的导致产品报废。从而降低了胀断效果,增加了废品率。
现考虑在连杆体和连杆盖的结合处设置缺口,使易于在指定位置断裂,但在实践中发现,缺口的形状的设置也是颇为重要的,虽然总的来说相比较过去降低了废品率,但缺口形状的不同,仍会使废品率进一步降低。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种在胀断时可大大减少掉渣及变形发生的胀断连杆,从而进一步降低了废品率。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种胀断连杆,包括一体锻造成型的连杆体和连杆盖,在连杆体和连杆盖的结合部处设有沿同一直线方向设置的两个缺口,所述的缺口的横截面呈圆弧形,所述缺口的半径为12~18mm。
作为优选,所述的缺口的横截面呈半圆形。
作为优选,所述缺口的半径为15mm。
