Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种缓冲式表面型膝关节,其技术特点是:由股骨髁假体、蝶状活动性平台面、蝶状胫骨平台假体基座、胫骨平台种植体及安装在蝶状胫骨平台假体基座上的缓冲避振器连接构成;所述的股骨髁假体的内侧面设有加强筋,后端对称设有一对植骨仓;所述的蝶状活动性平台面的中间底面设有超半径球形孔;所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座上设有球形桩、限位柱和避震器孔,其特征在于:所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的底部中心植入体为花筒状;所述的胫骨平台种植体为中空柱壁的多孔结构并且在其上端水平面设有螺旋孔。本实用新型解决了现有技术存在的问题,有效地减少了假体之间运动时所产生的对冲性应力,延长了假体的使用寿命,具有稳定好的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种骨科用人工关节,特别是一种缓冲式表面型膝关节。
背景技术
目前,骨科用人工关节应用广泛,解决了许多骨科病人的难题。但现有人工膝关节没有缓冲功能,造成关节假体间产生硬碰硬的对冲力容易磨损关节。在人工膝关节手术中,因为采用大平台截骨,故截骨多、损伤大,造成骨种植效果差,易产生界面,造成骨节松动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、减少关节假体间的硬碰撞且骨种植效果好的缓冲式表面型膝关节。
本实用新型解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种缓冲式表面型膝关节,由股骨髁假体、蝶状活动性平台面、蝶状胫骨平台假体基座、胫骨平台种植体及安装在蝶状胫骨平台假体基座上的缓冲避振器连接构成;所述的股骨髁假体的内侧面设有为防止股骨髁假体变形的加强筋,后端对称设有一对植骨仓;所述的蝶状活动性平台面的中间底面设有超半径球形孔;所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的前端正中部设有表面光滑的球形桩,在球形桩的前端对称装有一对能起到关节限位作用的自旋功能的限位柱,在球形桩的后端对称设有一对用于安装缓冲避振器的避震器孔,所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的底部中心植入体为花筒状;所述的胫骨平台种植体为中空柱壁的多孔结构并且在其上端水平面设有螺旋孔。
而且,所述的股骨髁假体为股骨内外双髁互连式屈曲轨迹≥130°的结构。
而且,所述的股骨髁假体的前端为有滑车面或无滑车面。
而且,所述的缓冲避振器由缓冲柱、缓冲体和缓冲材料构成,该缓冲柱安装在缓冲体的上端,该缓冲材料安装在缓冲体内。
而且,所述的蝶状活动性平台面采用超高分子材料制成。
而且,所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的底面由金属材料制成。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
1、本实用新型依据人体膝关节特殊生理功能运动及生物力学特性,采用运动仿真机械组合的原理而成,使胫前组织解剖关系能够更好的保持其完整性,也是目前同类手术截除骨组织最少的手术设计,更多地保留了胫前骨组织不因假体的置换而被过多的截除,解决了现有技术存在的问题。
2、本实用新型的平台两侧后端设有独到的弹性缓冲装置,有效地减少了假体之间运动时所产生的对冲性应力,从而起到了关节运动缓冲,降低其摩擦系数,延长了假体的使用寿命。
3、本实用新型通过胫骨平台种植体解决了骨镶嵌问题,使假体植入后不易松动,稳定性好,具有生物种植功能。
4、本实用新型更加符合膝关节的运动力学要求,进一步提高医疗效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型实施例做进一步详述:
一种缓冲式表面型膝关节,如图1所示,由股骨髁假体1、蝶状活动性平台面2、蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3、胫骨平台种植体4及安装在蝶状胫骨平台假体基座上的缓冲避振器连接构成。所述的股骨髁假体1为股骨内外双髁互连式屈曲轨迹≥130°的结构,该股骨髁假体1的前端为有滑车面或无滑车面,该股骨髁假体1的内侧面设有为防止股骨髁假体1变形的加强筋1.1,该股骨髁假体1的后端对称设有一对植骨仓1.2。所述的蝶状活动性平台面2采用超高分子材料制作而成,其中间底面设有超半径球形孔2.1。所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3整体形态呈蝶状,该蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3底面由金属材料制成,该蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3的前端正中部设有表面光滑的球形桩3.1,该球形桩3.1可与其相应的蝶状活动性平台面2底部形成超半径互动型凹凸配合,在球形桩3.1的前端对称装有一对能起到关节限定作用的自旋功能的限位柱3.2,在球形桩3.1的后端对称设有一对用于安装缓冲避振器的避震器孔3.6,在该对避震器孔3.6内可安装缓冲避震器,该蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3的底部中心植入体为花筒状。所述的胫骨平台种植体4为中空柱壁的多孔结构并且在其上端水平面设有螺旋孔,该胫骨平台种植体4安装在蝶状胫骨平台假体基座3底部的花筒状植入体上。所述的缓冲避振器由缓冲柱3.3、缓冲体3.4和缓冲材料3.5构成,该缓冲柱3.3安装在缓冲体3.4的上端,该缓冲材料3.5安装在缓冲体3.4内。
需要强调的是,本实用新型所述的实施例是说明性的,而不是限定性的,因此本实用新型并不限于具体实施方式中所述的实施例,凡是由本领域技术人员根据本实用新型的技术方案得出的其他实施方式,同样属于本实用新型保护的范围。

1.一种缓冲式表面型膝关节,由股骨髁假体、蝶状活动性平台面、蝶状胫骨平台假体基座、胫骨平台种植体及安装在蝶状胫骨平台假体基座上的缓冲避振器连接构成;其特征在于:所述的股骨髁假体的内侧面设有为防止股骨髁假体变形的加强筋,后端对称设有一对植骨仓;所述的蝶状活动性平台面的中间底面设有超半径球形孔;所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的前端正中部设有表面光滑的球形桩,在球形桩的前端对称装有一对能起到关节限位作用的自旋功能的限位柱,在球形桩的后端对称设有一对用于安装缓冲避振器的避震器孔,所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的底部中心植入体为花筒状;所述的胫骨平台种植体为中空柱壁的多孔结构并且在其上端水平面设有螺旋孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式表面型膝关节,其特征在于:所述的股骨髁假体为股骨内外双髁互连式屈曲轨迹≥130°的结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的缓冲式表面型膝关节,其特征在于:所述的股骨髁假体的前端为有滑车面或无滑车面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式表面型膝关节,其特征在于:所述的缓冲避振器由缓冲柱、缓冲体和缓冲材料构成,该缓冲柱安装在缓冲体的上端,该缓冲材料安装在缓冲体内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式表面型膝关节,其特征在于:所述的蝶状活动性平台面采用超高分子材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式表面型膝关节,其特征在于:所述的蝶状胫骨平台假体基座的底面由金属材料制成。
