技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑行业用门窗,尤其涉及一种门窗玻璃装配的节能构造。
背景技术
现有门窗的玻璃装配通常是将玻璃直接安装在框扇的玻璃垫块上,然后装上压条。此种安装方式在框扇与玻璃间、玻璃与玻璃垫块及框扇间都存在间隙,此处的空气可能会形成对流,传导热量,因此会使门窗的保温性能不利。此处是门窗保温中一个薄弱环节。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的上述节能保温的问题,本实用新型旨在公开一种门窗玻璃的节能构造,用以提高门窗整体保温性能,更好的满足市场需要。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的:
一种门窗玻璃的节能构造,包括玻璃、玻璃垫块、密封胶条和玻璃压条,所述密封胶条置于玻璃与扇型材及玻璃与玻璃压条之间,其特征在于:
还包括隔热垫条,所述隔热垫条分别加贴于玻璃与框扇型材平行于窗体侧的间隙位置、玻璃与框扇型材垂直于窗体侧的间隙位置。
进一步的,所述隔热垫条外表面包覆有反光锡纸。
在安装玻璃时,在玻璃或玻璃垫块与框型材相对的表面间隙位置、玻璃或玻璃垫块与扇型材相对的表面间隙位置、玻璃或玻璃垫块与框扇型材间隙位置之间的位置分别加贴隔热垫条后,安装玻璃压条,组成门窗玻璃的节能结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下技术效果:
(1)提高门窗的密封性能及保温性能:因有效避免玻璃与框扇间隙的传热问题,使门窗的密封性能明显提高,进而达到节能保温的效果;
(2)装配工艺简便,适合工业化生产;
(3)适应性好,应用广泛:此玻璃节能结构既可适用了塑料门窗,也可适用于铝合金门窗。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的铝合金门窗玻璃的节能构造,在安装玻璃时,在玻璃1或玻璃垫块7与框型材3相对的表面间隙位置、玻璃1或玻璃垫块7与扇型材5相对的表面间隙位置、玻璃1或玻璃垫块7与框型材3和扇型材5的间隙位置分别加贴隔热垫条4后,安装玻璃压条2;并在玻璃1与扇型材5及玻璃1与玻璃压条2之间打密封胶条6;为进一步提高节能保温效果,所述隔热垫条外表面包覆有反光锡纸8,以防止热辐射传导热量,所述锡纸粘贴位置,如图1所示;从而构成所述门窗玻璃的节能结构,有效的提高整体门窗的节能保温性。

1.一种门窗玻璃的节能构造,包括玻璃、玻璃垫块、密封胶条和玻璃压条,所述密封胶条夹置于玻璃与扇型材及玻璃与玻璃压条之间,其特征在于:
还包括隔热垫条,所述隔热垫条分别加贴于玻璃与框扇型材平行于窗体侧的间隙位置、玻璃与框扇型材垂直于窗体侧的间隙位置。
