本实用新型涉及一种复膜机热油循环加热装置。
背景技术
复膜机是先于薄膜上涂布水性胶水后经过大倍径干燥轮进行烘干,同时自动走纸将纸张送至除粉后,采用贴合轮加热用加压方式将已上胶的薄膜贴合于纸张表面。传统的复膜机热油加热装置是使用热油模温机对油进行加热后用泵抽到镜面滚筒内,使镜面滚筒表面产生热量,使涂过胶水的膜与纸品贴合,上述结构的热油加热装置存在热油冷却快,工作效率慢等问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种复膜机热油循环加热装置,它可以实现热油循环加热,提高工作效率。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种复膜机热油循环加热装置,包括热油机、热油滚筒,其特征在于:所述的热油机通过进出热油循环管路连接热油滚筒。
本实用新型有益效果在于,采用在热油机通过进出热油循环管路连接热油滚筒,使用中,热油机对油进行加热后利用进出热油循环管路抽到热油滚筒内,使热油滚筒表面产生热量,热油又可利用进出热油循环管路回流到热油机再进行加热,使热油进行循环倒流加热,滚筒表面产生热量,使涂过胶水的膜与纸品贴合,达到快速节能的效果。

如图1所示的一种复膜机热油循环加热装置,包括热油机1、热油滚筒2,热油机1采用热油模温机,热油滚筒2采用镜面滚筒,本实用新型的热油机1通过进出热油循环管路3连接热油滚筒2。本实用新型的进出热油循环管路3包括进热油管路和出热油管路,进出热油循环管路3采用高温高压管,进热油管路和出热油管路循环倒流热油。接着,可在进出热油循环管路3一端连接油管,油管另一端通过一个旋转接头4连接热油滚筒2,在热油滚筒2的两侧设有壁板21。使用中,热油机1对油进行加热后利用进出热油循环管路3抽到热油滚筒2内,使热油滚筒2表面产生热量,热油又可利用进出热油循环管路3回流到热油机1再进行加热,使热油进行循环倒流加热,热油滚筒2表面产生热量,使涂过胶水的膜与纸品贴合,达到快速节能的效果。
