Abstract
一种用于水滤式空气净化装置的射流消声器,为一种空气净化机的配套组件。本实用新型由器体和外壳构成。外壳内圆的壁面上设有若干消声叶片,消声叶片与外壳的内圆中垂线平行设置。射流线与消声叶片呈小于35°的夹角。由于射流线是斜射在消声叶片的表面上,故能削弱水流的冲击力,从而减弱射流对射流面的冲击声,直到消失,达到消声目的。本实用新型结构简单,坚固耐用,运行可靠,不需维修。不仅适用于水滤式空气净化装置的配套,也可用于其他行业的气态、液态射流的消声,应用范围广泛。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种消声装置,尤其涉及水滤式空气净化装置的消声配套部件。
二、背景技术
消声装置广泛应用于交通运输机械、工业制造设备、工业电器设备等领域,由于各种设备运行发出的响声或噪音的音频和部位不尽相同,故消声装置难于制成通用的产品。只能形成专用产品。在现有的消声装置中,用于离心水泵的消声器市场上尚不多见。在工业飞速发展的当今社会,由于工业废气及灰尘对大气的污染已危及到人类的安居和生存,因此,由于人类净化生存环境的需要,各式各样的室内空气净化装置应运而生。水滤式空气净化机,不仅具有还原于天然空气之功能,还有调节室内空气湿度的特点,是室内净化装置的首选,正在走进城镇居民的家庭,成为家用电器的新伙伴。然而,现有的水滤式空气净化装置,主要是利用螺旋式离心水泵提供的高速离心射流过滤空气的杂质,由于离心射流的高速冲击力,使受冲击的壁面发出水击声,进而在净化空气的同时,却造成了噪声的负面影响。因此,解决现有水滤式空气净化装置运行噪音的问题,是室内环境更加优化的需要。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种与现有的水滤式空气净化装置中的离心水泵相配套的消声器,该种消声器可消除高速离心射流对冲击面产生的噪音,使现有的水滤式空气净化装置功能趋于完善。
本实用新型的消声方案是:由外壳、透视窗,消声叶片、运行指示灯组成消声器,外壳为空心圆筒,在外壳内圆的壁面上设有若干个消声叶片,消声叶片与外壳的内圆中垂线平行设置,离心水泵产生的离心射流与消声叶片呈小于35°的夹角。离心射流沿离心叶轮的切线方向斜射在消声叶片的主叶片上。由于离心射流是斜射在消声叶片的表面上,根据水力学的射流消力原理,高速射流以斜击的方式冲击射击面,可削弱射流的冲击力,从而减弱射流对射击面的冲击声,直至消失,以达到消声的目的。
本实用新型的积极效果是:消声原理科学,结构简单,坚固耐用,运行可靠,不需修理,实用性强,可使射流噪音降至29分贝以下,很好的解决了水滤式空气净化装置运行噪音的问题。

五、具体实施方式
在图1、图2中,外壳1为圆筒,圆筒上嵌有一块弧面的透视窗2,透视窗2的左右两端安有指示灯4,外壳1的内圆壁面上均匀排布着与外壳内圆壁面连为一体的若干个消声叶片5,离心水泵8位于消声叶片5的内圆中心。消声叶片5的顶部嵌有滤网框6。
在图3中,消声叶片5与外壳1的内圆中垂线12平行,离心水泵8位于器体7的中心,离心叶轮位于消声叶片5正中。射流线11与消声叶片5呈小于35°的α角,离心射流沿离心叶轮3的切线方向射向消声叶片5的主叶片9上。
在图4中,消声叶片5的正平面为砌刀形,刀面为主叶片9,刀柄为辅叶片10。
在图5中,主叶片9与辅叶片10的俯视图为马刀形,刀口13呈锐角形。
在图6、图7中,导水管15为圆台形管体,管体上设有若干个微小的孔洞(18),管体的大圆口与离心叶轮3的进水口17连接,离心叶轮3内设若干个出水口14,导水管15的内管壁上设有内螺旋导水叶16。
本实用新型不仅适用于水滤式空气净化机的配套,也可广泛的用于其他行业的气态、液态射流的消声。
Claims (8)
1、一种用于水滤式空气净化装置的射流消声器,包括器体和外壳,其特征在于:器体(7)的外壳(1)为空心圆筒,所配套的离心水泵(8)位于器体(7)的中心,在外壳(1)内圆的壁面上设有若干消声叶片(5),消声叶片(5)与外壳(1)的内圆中垂线(12)平行,射流线(11)与消声叶片(5)呈小于35°的夹角;射流线(11)沿离心叶轮(3)的切线方向斜射在消声叶片(5)的主叶片(9)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述外壳(1)的圆筒上设有一块弧形的透视窗(2),透视窗的左右两端设有运行指示灯(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述的器体(7),其外壳(1)上安有透视窗(2)、指示灯(4),内圆壁面上设有消声叶片(5),顶部镶嵌有滤网框(6),消声叶片(5)内圆的正中安有离心叶轮(3)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述的消声叶片(5)的正平面为砌刀形,刀面为主叶片(9),刀柄为辅叶片(10),刀背与外壳(1)的内圆壁面连为一体。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述的消声叶片(5)的俯视平面为马刀形,刀口(13)为锐角状。
6、根据权利要求1所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述的射流线(11)与主叶片(9)呈20°±15°的射角。
7、根据权利要求1所述的射流消声器,其特征在于,所述配套的离心水泵(8)为内螺旋式离心水泵,离心水泵(8)的导水管(15)为圆台形管体,管体的大圆口与离心叶轮(3)连接,导水管(15)的内壁上设有内螺旋导水叶(16)。
8、根据权利要求1或7所述的射流消声器,其特征是,所述的离心叶轮(3)内设若干个出水口(14)。
