一、技术领域
本实用新型提供一种阴极导电头,具体地是一种搭接式电解锌阴极导电头。
二、背景技术
导电头是湿法冶金中必须使用的零部件之一。
在电解提取相关的有色金属中,需要用到电极板,电极板分阳极和阴极,电极板必须装上导电头后方能使用,因此,导电头就成为左右着湿法冶金节能降耗的关键因素。
对导电头的要求主要是导电率要高,损耗要小,经久耐用。为此,许多人作出了努力,如申请号为98246445.2的“铝基金属陶瓷不溶阳极”就是其中的代表之一。这类技术还在不断发展、突破之中,其创新性各有特点。
本实用新型的特点在于,通过改进导电头的结构方式,来达到产业实际实用上技术指标、性能的改良,从而为该行业的技术进步作出一点贡献。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种搭接式电解锌阴极导电头。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种阴极导电头,结构为在铝片1、上镶嵌有铜条2。并且在镶入铝片的铜条部位上开设有圆孔3。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:用搭接方式改变了以往常用的夹接方式,从而提高了强度,增强了耐用性;联接方式更为紧密,电流通过性能得到改善,从而在实际应用中较好地实现了节能降耗。

图中1为铝片,2为铜条,3为圆孔。
五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式说明如下:
实施例:阴极导电头,结构为在铝片1上镶嵌有铜条2。并且在镶入铝片的铜条部位上开设有三个圆孔3。
由于制造时是将铝片与铜条镶为一体,因此联接牢固,强度高。

2、根据权利要求1所述的一种阴极导电头,其特征是:在镶入铝片的铜条上开设有圆孔(3)。
