When the inner pot 11 is manufactured and molded, after the outer surface of the inner pot 11 is subjected to rough treatment, a high-temperature-resistant insulating heat-conducting coating is firstly sprayed, then a high-temperature-resistant semiconductor ceramic material is silk-screened or sprayed, and then a high-temperature-resistant insulating coating is sprayed. The electrode is arranged between the semiconductor ceramic material and the high-temperature-resistant insulating and heat-preserving coating.
As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, but in other embodiments not shown, the cooking appliance may also be an electric rice cooker, a low-pressure rice cooker, a soymilk maker, a food processor, an electric stewpan, or the like.

Claims (11)
1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the electric heating cooker comprises a cooker body (10) and a heating element, wherein the cooker body comprises an inner cooker (11) and an electric heating film (12) arranged on the outer side of the inner cooker (11);
the pot cover (20), the pot cover (20) is covered on the pot body (10);
the conduction mechanism (30) comprises a switch piece (31) and a trigger piece matched with the switch piece (31), one of the switch piece (31) and the trigger piece is arranged on the pot cover (20), and the other is arranged on the pot body (10);
a heating circuit in which the electrothermal film (12) is disposed;
under the condition that the pot cover (20) is covered on the pot body (10), the trigger piece triggers the switch piece (31), the switch piece (31) triggers a conduction signal to enable the heating circuit to be conducted, and the electric heating film (12) can be electrified to generate heat.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the switch member (31) is arranged inside the pot cover (20), the trigger member is arranged on the pot body (10), a mounting hole (21) is arranged on the pot cover (20), the trigger member comprises a pushing member (32) and a push rod (34) matched with the pushing member (32), the push rod (34) is movably arranged in the mounting hole (21) in a penetrating way, and the pushing member (32) triggers the switch member (31) through the push rod (34).

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the conducting mechanism (30) further comprises an elastic member (33) sleeved on the push rod (34), the push rod (34) is provided with a step surface (35), and the elastic member (33) is located between the pot cover (20) and the step surface (35).

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the pot cover (20) comprises a face cover (23) and an inner liner (22) disposed below the face cover (23), the switch member (31) is disposed on the inner liner (22), and the mounting hole (21) comprises a first mounting hole (211) disposed on the inner liner (22).

The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the pot cover (20) further comprises a fixing plate (15), the switching member (31) is provided on the inner liner (22) through the fixing plate (15), and the mounting hole (21) further comprises a second mounting hole (212) provided on the fixing plate (15), the second mounting hole (212) communicating with the first mounting hole (211).
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the fixing plate (15) comprises a plate body (151) and a support boss (152) provided on the plate body (151), the switch member (31) being provided on the support boss (152).

The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the conduction mechanism (30) further comprises an elastic member (33), the support boss (152) is provided with a connection column, the switch member (31) is provided with a first through hole, the connection column is inserted into the first through hole to position the switch member (31) on the support boss (152), the plate body (151) is provided with a second through hole, the conduction mechanism (30) further comprises a release prevention member (36) arranged at the first end of the push rod (34), the first end of the push rod (34) is provided with a third through hole, a part of the release prevention member (36) passes through the third through hole, and the release prevention member (36) is positioned at a side of the fixing plate (15) far away from the elastic member (33).
8. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the trigger member comprises a push member, the switch member is disposed inside the lid, the push member is disposed on the body, and the push member triggers the switch member.

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the switch member (31) is a microswitch, the cooking appliance further comprises a controller, the controller is connected with the microswitch and the heating circuit, wherein, when the pot cover (20) is covered on the pot body (10), the trigger member triggers the microswitch, the microswitch sends the conducting signal to the controller, and the controller controls the heating circuit to be conducted.
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the pot (10) has opposite first and second ends, the first end of the pot (10) being pivotally connected to the lid (20), the conducting mechanism (30) being arranged at the second end of the pot (10).

The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker or an electric rice cooker, the switch member (31) is arranged inside the pot cover (20), the trigger member is arranged on the pot body (10), the pot cover (20) is provided with a mounting hole (21), the trigger member comprises a pushing member (32) and a push rod (34) matched with the pushing member (32), the push rod (34) is movably arranged in the mounting hole (21) in a penetrating way, and the pushing member (32) triggers the switch member (31) through the push rod (34); the conduction mechanism (30) further comprises an elastic piece (33) sleeved on the push rod (34), a step surface (35) is arranged on the push rod (34), and the elastic piece (33) is located between the pot cover (20) and the step surface (35); the pot cover (20) comprises a surface cover (23) and an inner liner (22) arranged below the surface cover (23), the switch piece (31) is arranged on the inner liner (22), and the mounting hole (21) comprises a first mounting hole (211) arranged on the inner liner (22); the pot cover (20) further comprises a fixing plate (15), the switch piece (31) is arranged on the inner liner (22) through the fixing plate (15), the mounting hole (21) further comprises a second mounting hole (212) arranged on the fixing plate (15), and the second mounting hole (212) is communicated with the first mounting hole (211); the fixing plate (15) comprises a plate body (151) and a supporting boss (152) arranged on the plate body (151), and the switch piece is arranged on the supporting boss (152); the switch mechanism comprises a support boss (152), a connecting column, a plate body (151) and a conducting mechanism (30), wherein the support boss (152) is provided with a connecting column, the switch piece (31) is provided with a first through hole, the connecting column penetrates through the first through hole to position the switch piece (31) on the support boss (152), the plate body (151) is provided with a second through hole, the conducting mechanism further comprises an anti-falling piece (36) arranged at the first end of a push rod (34), the first end of the push rod (34) is provided with a third through hole, a part of the anti-falling piece (36) penetrates through the third through hole, and the anti-falling piece (36) is positioned on one side, far away from the elastic piece (33), of the fixing plate (15); the switch piece (31) is a microswitch, the cooking utensil further comprises a controller, the controller is connected with the microswitch and the heating circuit, under the condition that the pot cover (20) is covered on the pot body (10), the trigger piece triggers the microswitch, the microswitch sends the conducting signal to the controller, and the controller controls the heating circuit to be conducted; the pot body (10) further comprises an outer shell (13) arranged on the outer side of the inner pot (11) and a middle plate (14) arranged above the outer shell (13), and the trigger piece is arranged on the middle plate (14); the pot body (10) is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end of the pot body (10) is pivotally connected with the pot cover (20), and the conduction mechanism (30) is arranged at the second end of the pot body (10).
