Abstract
A cable clamp comprises a fixed frame which is fixed and immovable and a movable piece which is accommodated in the fixed frame and can move relative to the fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame comprises a shell, an accommodating cavity which is arranged in the shell and used for accommodating the movable piece, a cable hole which longitudinally penetrates through the shell, an opening which is arranged at the bottom side of the shell and used for accommodating the movable piece in the accommodating cavity, and a fixed hole which is arranged at the top of the shell and communicated with the accommodating cavity; the application also provides a charging gun.

The existing charging gun clamping cable generally comprises a housing, a clamping piece and a clamping groove, wherein the housing is arranged into a two-piece structure clamped with each other to clamp the cable, and a concave-convex structure is arranged in a cable groove of one piece of the housing to clamp the cable. In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a wire clamp, comprising a fixed frame which is immovable and a movable member which is accommodated in the fixed frame and can move relative to the fixed frame, the fixed frame comprises a shell, an accommodating cavity arranged in the shell and used for accommodating the movable piece, a line hole longitudinally penetrating through the shell, an opening arranged at the bottom side of the shell and used for installing the movable piece into the accommodating cavity, and a fixed hole arranged at the top of the shell and communicated with the accommodating cavity, the movable part comprises a base body, a wire hole longitudinally penetrating through the base body and a pushing surface arranged at the position of the base body corresponding to the fixed hole of the fixed frame, and a pushing piece penetrates through the fixed hole to push the base body so that two sides of a cable positioned in the wire hole are respectively clamped by the inner sides of the wire holes of the fixed frame and the movable part.
Preferably, the inner side surface of the wire hole of the movable member is provided with a concave-convex structure, and the base body is an annular main body with a closed loop structure.
Preferably, the fixing frame is provided with a concave-convex structure on the inner side surface of the wire hole, and the base body is an annular main body with a closed loop structure.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the charging gun of the present application includes a docking head 20, a housing 10 sleeved at a rear end of the docking head 20, a clip 40 installed at a rear end of the housing 10, a flexible solid wire 50 installed at a rear end of the clip 40, a bracket 60 for fixing the flexible solid wire 50 to the housing 10, and a cable 30 passing through the flexible solid wire 50 and the clip 40 and connected to the docking head 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the wire clip 40 includes a fixed frame 41 fixed in the housing 10 and a movable element 42 accommodated in the fixed frame 41 and capable of moving relative to the fixed frame 41.
The fixing frame 41 includes a housing 411, an accommodating cavity 413 opened in the housing 411 for accommodating the movable member 42, a wire hole 412 longitudinally penetrating through the housing 411, an opening 414 opened at a bottom side of the housing 411 for installing the movable member 42 in the accommodating cavity 413, and a fixing hole 415 opened at a top of the housing 411 and communicating with the accommodating cavity 413. The periphery of the outer shell 411 is provided with a plurality of avoiding portions 416 for bolts to pass through, one side of the outer shell 411 at the opening 414 facing the flexible fixed coil 50 is provided with one avoiding portion 416, and one side of the outer shell at the opening 414 far away from the flexible fixed coil 50 is provided with a screw hole 417 corresponding to the avoiding portion 416.
The movable member 42 includes an annular main body 421, a wire hole 422 longitudinally penetrating the annular main body 421, a concave-convex structure 423 provided on an inner side surface of the wire hole 422, and a pushing surface 424 provided on a side of the fixing hole 415 of the fixed frame 41. The bracket 60 includes a bracket main body 61 sleeved outside the locking groove 53, a wire hole 62 longitudinally penetrating through the bracket main body 61, and a plurality of bolts 63 fixed on the periphery of the bracket main body 61.
When the installation is carried out, the movable piece 42 is firstly installed in the accommodating cavity 413 of the fixed frame 41; then the wire clamp 40 is sleeved on the cable 30 and then is arranged at the rear end of the shell 10; sleeving the flexible coil 50 sleeved with the bracket 60 into the cable 30, and then installing the head 51 into the shell 10 and at the rear end of the cable clamp 40; the bolt 63 is tightened, and at this time, the bolt 63 passes through the stopper 416 of the screw hole 55 of the head 51, which fixes the outer periphery of the frame 41, and then is screwed into a screw hole (not shown) in the housing 10 to fix the flexible coil 50; a through hole (not shown) is formed in the housing 10 at a position corresponding to the fixing hole 415 of the fixing frame 41, and a pushing member is inserted into the through hole and screwed into the fixing hole 415 of the fixing frame 41 to further push the movable member 42 to move downward, so that the cable 30 is clamped between the wire holes 412 and 422 of the fixing frame 41 and the movable member 42.

A cable clamp is characterized by comprising a fixed frame which is fixed and immovable and a movable piece which is accommodated in the fixed frame and can move relative to the fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame comprises a shell, an accommodating cavity which is arranged in the shell and used for accommodating the movable piece, a cable hole which longitudinally penetrates through the shell, an opening which is arranged at the bottom side of the shell and used for installing the movable piece into the accommodating cavity and a fixed hole which is arranged at the top of the shell and communicated with the accommodating cavity, the movable piece comprises a base body, a cable hole which longitudinally penetrates through the base body and a pushing surface which is arranged at the position of the base body, which corresponds to the fixed hole of the fixed frame, and a pushing piece penetrates through the fixed hole to push the base body so that two sides of a cable which is positioned in the cable hole are respectively clamped by the inner sides of the cable hole of the.

The charging gun of claim 4, further comprising a docking head, a housing disposed at a rear end of the docking head, a clip mounted at a rear end of the housing, a flexible solid wire loop mounted at a rear end of the clip, a bracket for fixing the flexible solid wire loop to the housing, and a cable passing through the flexible solid wire loop and the clip and then connecting to the docking head.

The charging gun as claimed in claim 5, wherein the housing has a plurality of positioning portions for bolts to pass through, the housing at the opening has a positioning portion on a side facing the flexible coil, the housing at the opening has a screw hole on a side facing away from the flexible coil, and the base has a positioning recess at a position corresponding to the opening.

The charging gun as claimed in claim 6, wherein the flexible coil includes a head portion closely attached to the fixing frame and fitted into the rear portion of the housing, an exposed portion extending rearward from the head portion to the rear portion of the housing, a locking groove formed in an outer periphery between the head portion and the exposed portion, a wire hole longitudinally penetrating the flexible coil, and a screw hole formed in an outer periphery of the head portion.
8. The charging gun as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bracket includes a bracket body sleeved outside the slot, a wire hole longitudinally penetrating through the bracket body, and a plurality of bolts fixed to the outer periphery of the bracket body.

The charging gun as claimed in claim 8, wherein a portion of the bolts pass through the clearance recess of the flexible solid coil and the clearance portion of the fixing frame and then are screwed into the screw hole provided in the housing, and at least one bolt passes through the clearance recess of the flexible solid coil and the clearance portion of the fixing frame and then is screwed into the screw hole at the opening of the fixing frame.
10. The charging gun as claimed in claim 5, wherein the housing has a through hole at a position corresponding to the fixing hole of the fixing frame, and the pushing member is screwed into the fixing hole after passing through the through hole.
