the connecting pipe is connected with the extraction pipe in a penetrating way;
the siphon pipe extends into the extraction bottle;
the circulating water refrigerator is connected with the water inlets of the sequentially connected Soxhlet extractors through a water outlet pipe and a circulating pump, and is connected with the water outlets of the sequentially connected Soxhlet extractors through a water inlet pipe;
the heater is arranged below the plurality of Soxhlet extractors.

As shown in fig. 1, an organic matter extracting apparatus includes: a plurality of Soxhlet extractors 1, a circulating water refrigerator 4, a gas purifier 6, a circulating pump 7 and a heater 8;
each Soxhlet extractor 1 comprises a condensing pipe 1-2, an extracting pipe 1-3 and an extracting bottle 1-6, wherein connecting pipes 1-4 and siphons 1-5 are respectively arranged on two sides of the extracting pipe 1-3; wherein,
the plurality of Soxhlet extractors 1 are respectively connected in sequence through connecting pipes 3;
the upper end of the condensation pipe 1-2 is connected with the gas purifier 6;
one end of the extraction tube 1-3 is sleeved into the lower end of the condensation tube 1-2, and the other end is sleeved into the mouth of the extraction bottle 1-6;
the connecting pipe 1-4 is connected with the extraction pipe 1-3 in a penetrating way;

The working process of the embodiment is as follows: before extraction, the substrate sludge or plant tissue is dried and ground, and then a ground substrate sludge sample or plant tissue sample is placed into a filter paper sleeve and is arranged in an extraction tube 1-3 of a Soxhlet extractor 1 at one side of a Soxhlet extractor component. Heating the extraction bottle 1-6, when the solvent is boiling, the steam rises through the connecting pipe 1-4 and enters the condensing pipe 1-2, the steam is condensed into liquid and then drops into the extraction pipe 1-3, and organic substances in the sample are extracted. When the liquid level of the solvent in the extraction pipe 1-3 exceeds the highest position of the siphon pipe 1-5, siphonage occurs, and the solvent containing organic matters flows back to the extraction bottle 1-6. The solvent flowing into the extraction bottle 1-6 is continuously heated, gasified, ascended, condensed and dropped into the extraction tube 1-3, and the cycle is repeated until the organic substances in the sample are completely extracted. Meanwhile, cooling water in the condensation pipes 1-2 flows into the circulating water refrigerator 4 for refrigeration through a water outlet pipe 2 of the circulating water refrigerator 4, the refrigerated cooling water is pumped into a water inlet of the condensation pipes 1-2 of the Soxhlet extractor 1 through a circulating pump 7 through a water outlet pipe 5 of the circulating water refrigerator 4, and therefore backflow is formed, and water recycling is achieved. Meanwhile, the exhaust gas generated in the extraction process is subjected to purification treatment by the gas purifier 6.
In another embodiment, the number of the soxhlet extractors 1 is 2 or more than 2.

each Soxhlet extractor comprises a condensing pipe, an extracting pipe and an extracting bottle, and the two sides of each extracting pipe are respectively provided with a connecting pipe and a siphon pipe; wherein,
the plurality of Soxhlet extractors are respectively connected in sequence through connecting pipes;
the upper end of the condensing pipe is connected with the gas purifier;
one end of the extraction tube is sleeved into the lower end of the condensation tube, and the other end of the extraction tube is sleeved into the opening of the extraction bottle;
the connecting pipe is connected with the extraction pipe in a penetrating way;
the siphon pipe extends into the extraction bottle;
the circulating water refrigerator is connected with the water inlets of the sequentially connected Soxhlet extractors through a water outlet pipe and a circulating pump, and is connected with the water outlets of the sequentially connected Soxhlet extractors through a water inlet pipe;
