Abstract
一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，包括矫形器支撑板、透气内衬和绑带，所述内衬设置在矫形器支撑板内侧，透气内衬内部至少设置有一路气囊，气囊通过导管引出到矫形器支撑板外侧，导管的末端与充气装置相连，充气装置可以是充气球或空气压力波治疗仪。通过采用具有气囊结构的内衬，可使膝踝足固定矫形器与患者贴合更加紧密，同时还具有良好的按摩治疗功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种膝踝足固定矫形器，具体涉及一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，属于医疗器材领域。
背景技术
当人们在不同状态下由于各种因素使下肢受到损伤时，例如大小腿、膝盖等出现挤压伤、软组织损伤、神经损伤，甚至出现膝关节和胫腓骨骨性损伤时需要进行及时治疗，根据损伤严重程度可采取保守治疗或手术治疗。在治疗过程中需要采用膝踝足矫形器对受伤部位进行固定或支撑，从而限制下肢的屈曲、伸展、和旋转运动，减轻患者痛苦，防止二次伤害，辅助患者尽快康复。然而患者因人而异，在穿戴使用现有的膝踝足固定矫形器时存在矫形器与患者接触时贴合度差、支撑不牢固的现象，并且有些患者需要较长时间的穿戴矫形器，但为了康复的需要还需对受伤部位进行适当的活动或按摩，因此需要较频繁的穿上和脱掉矫形器从而增大护理工作量。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，可与患者紧密贴合，牢固支撑，并具有一定的按摩功能。
本实用新型的方案如下：一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，包括矫形器支撑板、透气内衬和绑带，所述内衬设置在矫形器支撑板内侧，透气内衬内部设置有气囊，气囊通过导管引出到矫形器支撑板外侧，导管的末端与充气装置相连。
进一步的，所述矫形器支撑板内侧设置有魔术贴，所述透气内衬与支撑板内侧通过魔术贴进行粘接。
进一步的，所述气囊为U形管路，且沿矫形器支撑板竖向布置，相邻管路之间的气流方向相反。
进一步的，所述充气装置为充气球或空气压力波治疗仪。
进一步的，所述绑带通过铆钉固定在矫形器支撑板上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：通过在透气内衬中加入气囊，可为每位患者量身定做贴身定型的膝踝足矫形器，通过调节绑带的张力以及气囊内的气体压力使透气内衬能够紧紧贴缚在患者的患处，从而起到固定和支撑的作用，解决了各种膝踝足矫形器于患者身体贴敷存在空隙，活塞运动，及舒适度不良且影响治疗中固定效果的难题；另一方面，通过气囊的设计，在手术前或手术术后的前期，通过充气球的定量加压来更好的保证膝踝足固定矫形器的固定支撑效果，在患者康复期，与空气压力波治疗仪进行配合使用，能够方便的对患处进行有序挤压按摩，促进血液和淋巴的流动及改善微循环的作用，加速肢体组织液回流，有助于预防水肿，减少患者的不适感，对于患者的康复具有很好的帮助作用。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型，下面结合附图和具体实施例做进一步地描述。
如图1-4所示，一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，包括膝踝足矫形器支撑板1，其轮廓与人体下肢伸直时相似，可容纳人体的足部至膝盖上部，整体呈现半包围结构；在膝踝足矫形器支撑板1上安装有固定的铆钉4，通过铆钉4固定的高强绑带3可将膝踝足矫形器支撑板1绑在下肢部位；在膝踝足矫形器支撑板1的内侧上有通过带粘性的固定魔术贴6固定的由独特的拉塞尔透气面料制作的透气内衬2，无毒无污染，透气内衬2内包裹有独特设计的a、b、c、d四路充气气囊7，四路充气气囊7通过四路导管9引出到矫形器支撑板外侧，导管9的末端通过特定的管路接头与充气装置如充气球5如相连。四路充气气囊7内的管路采用四路竖向U型管路设计，通过不断对充气球5进行挤压，使得四路同时加压，且相邻两路间的气流方向10相反，相邻两路之间的预留间隙保证很好的通风效果。
矫形器支撑板1可采用高分子PP聚丙烯塑料根据人体工程学一次成型，可根据个人情况进行量身定制，也可通过调节绑带和规格尺寸实现批量化生产，在结合充气气囊7的使用，使膝踝足固定矫形器更加贴合患者患处，起到良好的固定和支撑作用。透气内衬2和支撑板1之间采用魔术贴6粘接，可方便的拆卸清洗。
患者使用时，首先将安装有透气内衬2和绑带3的矫形器进行穿戴，然后调节绑带3的张紧程度，将下肢初步固定在膝踝足矫形器上，然后通过充气球5对四路气囊7进行充气加压，使得透气内衬2与患者下肢更加贴合紧密。当达到良好的固定效果后，锁紧进气阀，保持四路充气气囊内的压力恒定，为保守治疗或术后前期提供良好的固定支撑作用；在康复期内，将充气球5更换为空气压力波治疗仪8，通过空气压力波治疗仪8的控制周期性对四路气囊的充气放气操作，起到轻微按摩的效果，使得骨骼实现轻微的运动，有利于骨愈合的同时促进骨膜的形成，缓解肌肉僵硬，促进血液循环，可起到良好的按摩治疗效果，利于患者早日康复。

1.一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，其特征在于：包括矫形器支撑板、透气内衬和绑带，所述透气内衬设置在矫形器支撑板内侧，透气内衬内部设置有气囊，气囊通过导管引出到矫形器支撑板外侧，导管的末端与充气装置相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，其特征在于：所述矫形器支撑板内侧设置有魔术贴，所述内衬与支撑板内侧通过魔术贴进行粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，其特征在于：所述气囊为U形管路，且沿矫形器支撑板竖向布置，相邻管路之间的气流方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，其特征在于：所述充气装置为充气球或空气压力波治疗仪。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种按摩式膝踝足固定矫形器，其特征在于：所述绑带通过铆钉固定在矫形器支撑板上。
