Fig. 1-12 show two embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1-12, the utility model provides a tuyere structure, including tuyere part 1 to, still including connecting piece 3, connecting piece 3 is used for connecting tuyere part 1 on the installation base member, and, connecting piece 3 can make tuyere part 1 adjustable for the distance of installation base member.
The utility model discloses in, the installation base member can be furred ceiling 5 or air conditioner internal unit 2 etc.. Wherein, when the mounting base is a suspended ceiling 5, the distance of the tuyere member 1 with respect to the mounting base is adjustable, in particular the distance of the tuyere member 1 with respect to the upper surface of the mounting base is adjustable, i.e. the connection member 3 enables the tuyere member 1 to be located at different distances below the upper surface of the mounting base. Of course, when the installation base is the air conditioner internal unit 2, the distance between the tuyere member 1 and the installation base is adjustable, which means that the distance between the tuyere member 1 and the upper surface of the installation base is adjustable, and also means that the distance between the tuyere member 1 and the lower surface of the installation base is adjustable.
The utility model discloses a set up connecting piece 3 to make wind gap part 1 adjustable for the distance of installation base member for in the installation, can utilize same connecting piece 3 to adjust the relative altitude position of wind gap part 1 and installation base member in a flexible way according to actual conditions, be convenient for adapt to the installation demand of different thickness and/or different altitude position installation base member, thereby be favorable to improving the simple to operate nature of hanging air conditioner.
The utility model discloses in, as connecting piece 3 can make wind gap part 1 apart from an adjustable embodiment for the installation base member, connecting piece 3 can set up to length-adjustable. In this way, in the installation process, the length of the connecting piece 3 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the installation base bodies with different thicknesses and/or different height positions, the distance between the tuyere component 1 and the installation base body is changed, and the relative height position between the tuyere component 1 and the installation base body is adapted to the thickness and/or height position of the installation base body.
Alternatively, as another embodiment in which the connection member 3 enables the tuyere member 1 to be distance-adjustable with respect to the mounting base, the connection member 3 may be further configured to have a first portion 31 extending upward from the tuyere 12 of the tuyere member 1 and a second portion 32 extending downward from the tuyere 12 after connecting the tuyere member 1 to the mounting base. In this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is not required to be configured to be adjustable in length, but the connecting member 3 is configured to have a longer length, so that after the tuyere member 1 is mounted on the mounting bases with different thicknesses and/or different height positions, the connecting member 3 always has the remaining second portion 32, and only when the mounting bases are different in thickness and/or different in height, the length of the second portion 32 is different, so that in the mounting process, the mounting requirements of the mounting bases with different thicknesses and/or different height positions can be conveniently met by changing the proportional relationship between the first portion 31 and the second portion 32, and the mounting convenience of the hanging air conditioner is improved.
In the second embodiment described above, since the second portion 32 extends downwards from the tuyere 12, while the tuyere 12 is generally flush with the suspended ceiling 5, the second portion 32 extending downwards from the tuyere 12 is in fact suspended below the suspended ceiling 5, which results in the lower surface of the tuyere structure no longer being flush with the lower surface of the suspended ceiling 5, which, on the one hand, affects the aesthetics of the installation; on the other hand, the second part 32 suspended below the suspended ceiling 5 is easy to bump or hook on people and the like, so that potential safety hazards can be buried; on the other hand, the second portion 32 suspended below the suspended ceiling 5 is also liable to obstruct the movement of the tall structural members in the room, forming an obstacle, and affecting the convenience of transportation. In this case, on the basis of the second embodiment described above, the connecting element 3 can be further configured such that the second portion 32 is bendable and/or breakable with respect to the first portion 31. Where the second portion 32 is bendable with respect to the first portion 31, after mounting is completed, the second portion 32 may be bent such that the second portion 32 is hidden or at least no longer hangs in a longer length under the suspended ceiling 5. When the second portion 32 is breakable relative to the first portion 31, the second portion 32 can be sheared (or cut or broken, of course) from the first portion 31 after installation is complete, thereby disconnecting the second portion 32 from the first portion 31. It can be seen that, no matter the connecting element 3 is arranged such that the second portion 32 is bendable relative to the first portion 31, or the connecting element 3 is arranged such that the second portion 32 is breakable relative to the first portion 31, the second portion 32 can be prevented from being excessively exposed below the suspended ceiling 5 after the installation is completed, which is not only beneficial to improving the installation aesthetic property, but also beneficial to improving the use safety, and reducing the influence on the carrying convenience.
The second embodiment described above will be further described with reference to two examples shown in fig. 1-12. Wherein fig. 1-6 show a first embodiment; fig. 7-12 show a second embodiment. The two embodiments are described by taking the mounting base body as the air conditioner internal unit 2 as an example, but it should be understood that the mounting base body can also be the suspended ceiling 5, the basic principle of the two embodiments is similar to that of the two embodiments, the two embodiments can be referred for understanding, and the present invention is not described in detail again.
First, the first embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in this first embodiment, the air conditioner is a ceiling-mounted air conditioner, and includes an air conditioner indoor unit 2 and an air outlet structure, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is disposed above a ceiling 5, and the air outlet structure is disposed below the air conditioner indoor unit 2.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the tuyere structure of this embodiment includes a wind discharging part 1, a connecting member 3, and a fastening member. The tuyere member 1 has a tuyere 12, and the tuyere 12 is disposed at the bottom of the tuyere member 1. Specifically, in this embodiment, the tuyere 12 is an air outlet. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the air inlet 12 may be an air inlet. The connecting piece 3 is used for connecting the air inlet component 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2. The upper part of connecting piece 3 is connected with air conditioner internal unit 2, and the lower part is connected with wind gap part 1 through the fastener for air-out part 1 passes through connecting piece 3 and connects on air conditioner internal unit 2. After the installation is completed, the lower surface of the tuyere member 1 is approximately flush with the lower surface of the suspended ceiling 5, so that the whole is flat and beautiful.
Referring to fig. 1, in the prior art, the length of the connector is not adjustable, and the length of the connector is short, which can only satisfy the installation requirement of the fixed height difference between the air outlet component 1 and the air conditioner internal unit 2, and when the thickness of the air conditioner internal unit 2 changes, or when the height of the air conditioner internal unit 2 relative to the ceiling 5 changes, since the lower surface of the air outlet component 1 always keeps approximately level with the lower surface of the ceiling 5, the height between the air outlet component 1 and the air conditioner internal unit 2 can be changed, for example, when the height of the air conditioner internal unit 2 relative to the ceiling 5 becomes high, the height difference between the air outlet component 1 and the upper surface of the air conditioner internal unit 2 (of course, the lower surface of the air conditioner internal unit 2) can be increased, and then the problem that the length of the connector is no longer enough occurs, so that the connector can not be used to realize the connection between the air outlet component 1, and can only change the connecting piece that has longer length, this also means, among the prior art, often need be equipped with the connecting piece of various different specifications, just can satisfy the installation requirement of different difference in height between wind gap part 1 and the air conditioner internal unit 2, and not only structural component is more, and the cost is higher, and the convenience is relatively poor during the installation, probably need try repeatedly and change just can find suitable connecting piece, and installation steps is more, and the installation effectiveness is lower.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, as shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the connection member 3 is provided to be non-adjustable in length, but has a first portion 31 extending upward from the tuyere 12 and a second portion 32 extending downward from the tuyere 12 after the tuyere member 1 is connected to the mounting base. As can be seen from fig. 1, the first portion 31 is the portion of the connecting piece 3 that actually functions to connect the tuyere member 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2; while the second part 32 is the surplus of the connecting element 3. Based on this, the length of the first portion 31 of the connection member 3 of this embodiment can be changed according to the change of the relative position between the tuyere member 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2. When the second part 32 is longer, the first part 31 is shorter, so that the installation requirement of the tuyere component 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 with smaller height difference can be met; and when the second part 32 is shorter, the first part 31 is longer, so that the installation requirement of the tuyere component 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 with larger height difference can be met. It can be seen that, by changing the proportional relationship between the first portion 31 and the second portion 32, the installation requirements of different height differences between the air port component 1 and the air conditioner internal unit 2 can be flexibly adapted, so that the installation of the air port component 1 on the air conditioner internal unit 2 with different thicknesses and/or at different height positions above the suspended ceiling 5 can be realized by using the same connecting piece 3, and connecting pieces with various specifications do not need to be equipped as in the prior art, the number of structural components is less, the installation steps are simpler, therefore, the installation is more convenient, and the installation efficiency is higher.
Also, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the second portion 32 is breakable with respect to the first portion 31. On this basis, the second portion 32 can be cut off (of course also cut off or folded off) directly from the first portion 31 after the mounting has been completed. As can be seen from fig. 2, after the second portion 32 is cut, since the first portion 31 extends upward from the tuyere 12 (i.e. the lower surface of the tuyere member 1), the first portion 31 is not exposed below the suspended ceiling 5, so that the lower surface of the tuyere structure can still be approximately flush with the lower surface of the suspended ceiling 5, thereby improving the overall smoothness and the aesthetic property of the tuyere member 1 after installation, and effectively preventing the second portion 32 from being suspended below the suspended ceiling 5 to leave a potential safety hazard or block the transportation of articles. The cut second portion 32 may be discarded directly or left for other use.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is provided with a weak portion 3 a. By providing the weak portion 3a, it is possible to make it easier to disconnect the second portion 32 from the first portion 31 when necessary, so that it is possible to more conveniently improve the overall flatness and the aesthetic appearance of the tuyere member 1 after installation, and further improve the efficiency. The weak portion 3a may include a triangular recess or the like.
Next, the connection mode and connection structure of the connector 3 of this embodiment to the air conditioner indoor unit 2 and the tuyere member 1 will be described.
In this embodiment, the connecting piece 3 is screwed to the air conditioner inner unit 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the head of the connector 3 (specifically, the head of the first portion 31) is provided with a threaded connector 311, and the connector 3 is screwed with the air conditioner indoor unit 2 through the threaded connector 311. To further simplify the installation process, the connecting element 3 can be preassembled on the air conditioner internal unit 2.
In addition, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 4, in this embodiment, a positioning step 312 is further provided on the connecting piece 3, and the positioning step 312 is used as a positioning portion for defining the relative height position between the connecting piece 3 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning step 312 is disposed at the lower portion of the threaded connector 311, and the size of the positioning step 312 is greater than that of the threaded connector 311, so that when the threaded connector 311 is screwed into a threaded hole on the air conditioner indoor unit 2, which is matched with the threaded connector 311, the positioning step 312 gradually approaches the lower surface of the air conditioner indoor unit 2, and when the upper surface of the positioning step 312 abuts against the lower surface of the air conditioner indoor unit 2, the threaded connector 311 cannot be screwed inward, so that the height position of the connector 3 relative to the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is defined. Therefore, whether the relative height position between the connecting piece 3 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 reaches the preset height position can be judged by judging whether the positioning step 312 is abutted to the lower surface of the air conditioner indoor unit 2, and the method is convenient and intuitive. Of course, the positioning portion may be provided in other structures besides the positioning step 312.
In this embodiment, the connection member 3 is connected to the tuyere member 1 through a connection hole 11 and a fastening member. Wherein, the connecting hole 11 is arranged on the tuyere part 1 and is used for being matched with the connecting piece 3. The connecting member 3 is inserted into the connecting hole 11 and fixed to the tuyere member 1 by a fastening member.
The connection hole 11 may be a smooth hole for the connection member 3 to pass through. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the connection hole 11 includes a first hole 111 and a second hole 112 arranged in sequence from top to bottom, and the diameter of the second hole 112 is larger than that of the first hole 111. Based on this, connecting hole 11 is the step hole, can conveniently carry out spacing and location to the fastener. As can be seen in fig. 1, the fastener is located in the second hole 112. And the upper surface of the fastener is abutted to the connecting surface of the second hole 112 and the first hole 111, and is effectively limited and positioned.
The fastener and the connecting piece 3 can be connected through screw threads. Specifically, in this embodiment, the connecting member 3 adopts a screw structure; and the fastener adopts a nut 4 structure. The connecting piece 3 is a screw rod, and therefore, the surface of the connecting piece is provided with threads which can be matched with the threads of the nut 4. When the tuyere member 1 is installed, the coupling member 3 and the tuyere member 1 can be coupled by screwing the nut 4 to the screw in the second hole 112. It will be readily appreciated that alternatively, the connector 3 may be a threaded connector other than a threaded rod.
In addition, the number of the connection holes 11 and the number of the connection members 3 are not limited to one, but may be two, three or more. Wherein, when the quantity correspondence of connecting piece 3 and connecting hole 11 is at least two, it is more firm to connect, and overall structure intensity is higher. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the tuyere member 1 is provided with four connection holes 11, and accordingly, the tuyere structure includes four connection pieces 3, and the four connection holes 11 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the four connection pieces 3. Each connecting member 3 passes through a corresponding connecting hole 11. As can be seen from fig. 6, the four connection holes 11 are arranged two by two symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the tuyere 12. Based on this, it is possible to realize a more stable and reliable mounting of the tuyere member 1.
Based on this first embodiment, the installation process of the tuyere member 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 can be performed as follows:
(1) the connecting piece 3 is connected to the air conditioner inner machine 2. Specifically, the threaded connector 311 of the connector 3 is screwed into a corresponding threaded hole of the air conditioner internal unit 2.
(2) The tuyere member 1 and the connection member 3 are connected together. Specifically, the tuyere member 1 is passed through the mounting opening in the ceiling 5 from bottom to top until the lower portion of the tuyere member 1 abuts against the lower surface of the ceiling 5, and in the process, the connecting member 3 is aligned to pass through the connecting hole 11, and then is fixed by the nut 4.
(3) The sheared (/ cut/broken, etc.) connection 3 is exposed to the second portion 32 below the tuyere 12.
The installation process has the advantages of fewer steps, simplicity in operation, short time, and good flatness and attractiveness after installation.
And when the air opening component 1 needs to be installed on the air conditioner internal unit 2 with different thicknesses or positioned at different height positions above the suspended ceiling 5, the connecting piece 3 does not need to be replaced, the whole installation process does not need to be changed too much, and only when the lower part of the air opening component 1 abuts against the lower surface of the suspended ceiling 5 in the step (2), the length of the second part 32 is changed, so that the length of the cut part of the connecting piece 3 in the step (3) is changed.
A second embodiment is described below in conjunction with fig. 7-12. For simplicity of description, only the differences of the second embodiment from the first embodiment described above will be described below with emphasis, and other undescribed parts may be understood with reference to the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 7 to 12, one major difference of the second embodiment from the first embodiment is that the connection manner and the connection structure between the connection member 3 and the tuyere member 1 are different. Wherein, in this second embodiment, although the tuyere member 1 is still provided with the coupling hole 11 and the coupling member 3 is still inserted into the coupling hole 11, the coupling member 3 is not fixed to the tuyere member 1 by the fastening member any more but fixed to the tuyere member 1 based on the fitting locking of the tooth-shaped portion. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 11, in the second embodiment, the connecting member 3 is provided with a first toothed portion 3b, the inner wall of the connecting hole 11 is provided with a second toothed portion 11a which is engaged with the first toothed portion 3b, and the connecting member 3 is fixed to the tuyere member 1 by the engagement of the first toothed portion 3b and the second toothed portion 11 a. Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 11, in this second embodiment, at least two (specifically, two) connection holes 11 are provided at intervals on the tuyere member 1 in the length direction of the tuyere member 1, and among the at least two connection holes 11, the teeth of the second tooth-shaped portions 11a of the adjacent connection holes 11 are recessed in the opposite direction. The advantage of this setting is that the joint strength between connecting piece 3 and tuyere part 1 is higher, can realize that tuyere part 1 is more steadily reliably installed below air conditioner internal unit 2.
In addition, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment mainly in that the connecting member 3 in the second embodiment does not use a screw or other threaded connecting member, but uses a wire tie. This ensures, on the one hand, the connection strength of the tuyere member 1 to the air conditioner indoor unit 2 via the connection member 3, and, on the other hand, the wire is tied into a flexible member, and the second portion 32 thereof is not only easier to be disconnected from the first portion 31, but also easier to be bent relative to the first portion 31, so that after the installation is completed, the installation aesthetic property and the use safety can be improved by bending and hiding the second portion 32 (e.g. in the tuyere 12) or bending and knotting the second portion 32, in addition to the manner of cutting off (cutting off/breaking off, etc.) the second portion 32 as shown in fig. 8.
Based on this second embodiment, the installation process of the tuyere member 1 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 can be performed as follows:
(1) the connecting piece 3 is connected to the air conditioner inner machine 2. Specifically, the threaded connector 311 of the connector 3 is screwed into a corresponding threaded hole of the air conditioner internal unit 2.
(2) The tuyere member 1 and the connection member 3 are connected together. Specifically, the tuyere member 1 penetrates through the mounting opening on the ceiling 5 from bottom to top, and in the process, the connecting member 3 is aligned to penetrate through the connecting hole 11, and the first toothed portion 3b and the second toothed portion 11a are matched to realize fixation.
(3) The sheared (/ cut/broken, etc.) connection 3 is exposed to the second portion 32 below the tuyere 12.
When the installation base member was air conditioner internal unit 2, the utility model also provides an air conditioner. This air conditioner includes air conditioner internal unit 2 and the utility model discloses a wind gap structure. Wherein, the tuyere component 1 of the tuyere structure is connected to an air conditioner indoor unit 2 through a connecting piece 3.
In addition, no matter the installation base member is air conditioner internal unit 2, still is furred ceiling 5, the utility model also provides an air port part installation method.
The utility model discloses a wind gap part installation method can include following step:
providing a tuyere member 1 and a connecting piece 3;
