Abstract

本实用新型提供一种电源连接器线缆组件,其包括电源连接器及与电源连接器电性连接的线缆,所述电源连接器包括绝缘本体、安装在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、及设置在绝缘本体外的外壳体,所述线缆包括与相应的导电端子电性连接的电源芯线及控制芯线,进一步包括感测器,所述绝缘本体设有位于两导电端子之间的一收容腔,所述感测器从后往前插入收容腔内且卡持在收容腔内,所述感测器包括与控制芯线连接的导线,所述感测器侦测到的热量超过设定值时,将会进行降流或断电控制。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电源连接器线缆组件,尤其涉及一种具有温度控制功能的电源连接器线缆组件。
【背景技术】
2014年12月10日公开的中国发明专利公开第CN104201519号公开了一种电源连接器线缆组件,其包括通过内架固定在外壳内的L端子、N端子以及PE端子,所述L端子或N端子的引出线串接有一温度开关使得对应端子形成温控端子并与温控开关的感温面贴合,当温度上升到一定程度时,所述温控开关断开,当温度降低后所述温度开关再次闭合。
现有技术的电源连接器线缆组件通过温度开关与温控端子贴合感知温度来断开,灵敏度及可靠性均较低。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电源连接器线缆组件,其灵敏度及可靠性均较高。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种电源连接器线缆组件,其包括电源连接器及与电源连接器电性连接的线缆,所述电源连接器包括绝缘本体、安装在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、及设置在绝缘本体外的外壳体,所述线缆包括与相应的导电端子电性连接的电源芯线及控制芯线,进一步包括感测器,所述绝缘本体设有位于两导电端子之间的一收容腔,所述感测器从后往前插入收容腔内且卡持在收容腔内,所述感测器包括与控制芯线连接的导线,所述感测器侦测到的热量超过设定值时,将会进行降流或断电控制。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型电源连接器线缆组件通过传感器感测温度,从而具有较高的灵敏度及可靠性。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
【具体实施方式】
如图1-4所示,本实用新型电源连接器线缆组件100,其包括电源连接器10与电源连接器10连接的线缆20、及传感器30。当所述传感器30侦测到的热量超过设定值时,将会进行降流或断电控制。
所述电源连接器10包括绝缘本体11、安装在绝缘本体11上的若干导电端子12、及设置在绝缘本体12外的外壳体(图中未示)。所述绝缘本体11上设有收容腔110。在本实施例子中,所述导电端子12的数量为三根,其中两根导电端子12是片状端子另一个是柱状端子,当然导电端子的数量12及形状并不做限定,可根据具体的需求及应用设置相应的数量及形状。所述导电端子12延伸超出外壳体以插入到对接连接器中。所述外壳体为绝缘材料,其可以一体成型在绝缘本体11的外侧,或单独制造完成后安装在绝缘本体11上。
所述线缆20包括与相应的导电端子12电性连接的电源芯线21、与传感器30电性连接的控制芯线、及包覆在电源芯线21与控制芯线外侧的外被23。
所述传感器30收容在收容腔110内并,所述收容腔110内设有卡槽,传感器30卡持在卡槽内固定在绝缘本体11上。所述传感器30包括圆柱形的外保护层31,封装在外保护层内的侦测器,自外保护层31一端延伸出的一对导线32与相应的控制芯线电性连接。当充电时,随着热量的增加,所述传感器30的阻值将会增加,当阻值超过规定值时,将进行降流或断电控制。
本实用新型的电源连接器线缆组件100通过传感器30感测温度,从而具有较高的灵敏度及可靠性。
本实施方式为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,当然,本实用新型也可采用其他实施方式,此处不再一一赘述,任何与本实用新型的构思相同或等同的技术方案均为本实用新型权利要求所保护的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种电源连接器线缆组件,其包括电源连接器及与电源连接器电性连接的线缆,所述电源连接器包括绝缘本体、安装在绝缘本体上的若干导电端子、及设置在绝缘本体外的外壳体,所述线缆包括与相应的导电端子电性连接的电源芯线及控制芯线,其特征在于:进一步包括感测器,所述绝缘本体设有位于两导电端子之间的一收容腔,所述感测器从后往前插入收容腔内且卡持在收容腔内,所述感测器包括与控制芯线连接的导线,所述感测器侦测到的热量超过设定值时,将会进行降流或断电控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源连接器线缆组件,其特征在于:所述感测器外包覆有一外保护层。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源连接器线缆组件,其特征在于:所述外保护层呈圆柱形。
4.如权利要求3所述的电源连接器线缆组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的收容腔内设有卡槽,圆柱形的绝缘体卡持在卡槽内。
5.如权利要求1所述的电源连接器线缆组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括一对片状端子及一个柱状端子。
6.如权利要求1所述的电源连接器线缆组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子延伸超出外壳体以插入到对接连接器中。
