本实用新型涉及一种泵，具体为一种塑料弹簧真空泵。
背景技术
乳液泵，由于其设计精美，使用方便，现已广泛地应用于日化与医药等行业。但长期使用后不难发现，现有的乳液泵零件多，结构复杂，制作难度大，且生产成本高，此外，由于现有乳液泵在结构设计上的缺陷，在使用过程中存在起泵相对较慢，喷出量相对不够稳定等缺点，更有甚者，当产品组装后在运输与仓库放置半年以上时间时，会出现吐不出液的现象。此外，由于现在的乳液泵的本体中弹簧及波珠易于生锈，进而污染乳液，使得产品性能指标难于保证。
故此，现有的乳液泵有待于进一步完善。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的不足，本实用新型提供了一种塑料弹簧真空泵，有效解决了弹簧及波珠不接触乳液而避免生锈、以及乳液泵漏装波珠等问题，结构简单合理。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种塑料弹簧真空泵，包括按头，所述按头下方安装有阀芯及阀芯座，所述阀芯座下端设置有塑料弹簧，所述塑料弹簧设置于锁盖上，其与锁盖密封安装，所述锁盖则设置于底座之上，其中，所述塑料弹簧与底座配合实现阀门开闭作用，通过按压塑料弹簧实现吐液与吸液作用，所述底座下方安装有瓶盖。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述底座上方通过扣线与按头配合安装。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述阀芯座包括阀芯座I及阀芯座II，其中所述阀芯座I用于阀门开闭作用。

具体实施方式
参照附图1，本实用新型为我们提供了一种塑料弹簧真空泵，有效解决了弹簧及波珠不接触乳液而避免生锈、以及乳液泵漏装波珠等问题，结构简单合理。
具体的，作为一种塑料弹簧真空泵，其主要包括按头1，按头1的下方安装有阀芯2及阀芯座，且阀芯座的下端设置有塑料弹簧4，塑料弹簧4设置于锁盖5上，其与锁盖5密封安装，同时，锁盖5则设置于底座6之上，其中，塑料弹簧4与底座6配合实现阀门开闭作用，通过按压塑料弹簧4即可实现本真空泵吐液与吸液的作用，底座6下方安装有瓶盖7。
在上述结构中，底座6在上方通过扣线与按头1配合安装。阀芯座又可分为阀芯座I31及阀芯座II32，其中阀芯座I31主要用于阀门开闭的作用。
本实用新型通过结构改进，所提供的塑料弹簧真空泵，不仅结构设计简单，使用起来简单便捷，作为一种弹簧、波珠为一体式的内置真空乳液泵，其塑胶弹簧不生锈及污染乳液，同时避免漏装波珠不吐液的问题，使得产品性能指标易于保证。

1.一种塑料弹簧真空泵，其特征在于：包括按头（1），所述按头（1）下方安装有阀芯（2）及阀芯座，所述阀芯座下端设置有塑料弹簧（4），所述塑料弹簧（4）设置于锁盖（5）上，其与锁盖（5）密封安装，所述锁盖（5）则设置于底座（6）之上，其中，所述塑料弹簧（4）与底座（6）配合实现阀门开闭作用，通过按压塑料弹簧（4）实现吐液与吸液作用，所述底座（6）下方安装有瓶盖（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料弹簧真空泵，其特征在于：所述底座（6）上方通过扣线与按头（1）配合安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料弹簧真空泵，其特征在于：所述阀芯座包括阀芯座I（31）及阀芯座II（32），其中所述阀芯座I（31）用于阀门开闭作用。
