背景技术
目前行业中工业上一部分企业仍用人工折纸盒，人工成本高或者用机械式的折纸盒设备的尺寸较大，稳定性不高，结构不够紧凑美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种纸盒自动成型设备，具有成本低，总体结构简洁，占用空间小，动作快速精确的特点。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：纸盒自动成型设备，它包括纸板上料装置和纸板成型装置，所述纸板上料装置和纸板成型装置之间设置有纸板吸放装置；所述纸板上料装置包括步进电机、导向杆和托板，所述托板导向连接于导向杆，所述步进电机驱动连接托板；所述纸板吸放装置包括伺服机械手、上下压装气缸和吸放机构，所述伺服机械手驱动上下压装气缸左右移动，所述上下压装气缸驱动吸放机构上下移动；所述纸板成型装置设置有滚动导向裁切棒和翻边机构。
所述纸板上料装置包括定位柱。
所述纸板成型装置还设置有滚动导向棒。
本实用新型有益效果为：本实用新型所述一种纸盒自动成型设备，具有成本低，总体结构简洁，占用空间小，动作快速精确的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明：如图1所示，本实用新型所述纸盒自动成型设备，它包括纸板上料装置1和纸板成型装置2，所述纸板上料装置1和纸板成型装置2之间设置有纸板吸放装置3；所述纸板上料装置1包括步进电机10、导向杆11和托板12，所述托板12导向连接于导向杆11，所述步进电机10驱动连接托板12；所述纸板吸放装置3包括伺服机械手31、上下压装气缸32和吸放机构33，所述伺服机械手31驱动上下压装气缸32左右移动，所述上下压装气缸32驱动吸放机构33上下移动；所述纸板成型装置2设置有滚动导向裁切棒21和翻边机构22。所述纸板上料装置1包括定位柱13，便于纸板放置于准确的位置。
首先人工把适量的纸板放到纸板上料装置1的托板12上，步进电机10带动整体结构上升，纸板吸放装置3的上下压装气缸32带动吸放机构33吸取一张纸板，吸放机构33通过伺服机械手31移动配合，把一张纸板吸取移栽至纸盒成型装置上方，然后上下压装气缸32下压，把纸板压至滚动导向裁切棒21底部，纸板在滚动导向裁切棒21的作用下成型为四边形，最后纸板侧边通过翻边机构22动作，翻边完成，具有成本低，总体结构简洁，占用空间小，动作快速精确的特点。

1.纸盒自动成型设备，其特征在于：它包括纸板上料装置（1）和纸板成型装置（2），所述纸板上料装置（1）和纸板成型装置（2）之间设置有纸板吸放装置（3）；所述纸板上料装置（1）包括步进电机（10）、导向杆（11）和托板（12），所述托板（12）导向连接于导向杆（11），所述步进电机（10）驱动连接托板（12）；所述纸板吸放装置（3）包括伺服机械手（31）、上下压装气缸（32）和吸放机构（33），所述伺服机械手（31）驱动上下压装气缸（32）左右移动，所述上下压装气缸（32）驱动吸放机构（33）上下移动；所述纸板成型装置（2）设置有滚动导向裁切棒（21）和翻边机构（22）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸盒自动成型设备，其特征在于：所述纸板上料装置（1）包括定位柱（13）。
