Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种井口悬挂封隔器,包括底板、胶芯、卡瓦和上盖板,底板、胶芯、卡瓦和上盖板通过螺栓依次连接。在具体的使用过程中,将井口悬挂封隔器套设在内套管外侧,拧紧螺栓,上盖板和底板同时对卡瓦和胶芯进行挤压,胶芯膨胀,对套管环空进行封隔,卡瓦下移,卡瓦牙嵌入内套管表面,防止井口封隔悬挂器在环空压力的作用下向上运动。本方案通过井口悬挂封隔器实现环空封隔,从而有效解决了环空因固井质量不好造成的窜气及环空带压问题,相对于现有技术中通过钻机向环空内注入水泥浆的方式,降低了施工难度,使整个补就作业简单可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油工程技术领域,特别涉及一种井口悬挂封隔器。
背景技术
随着油气井开采时间的延长,由于固井顶替效率低或者水泥浆设计不合理,加上固井后地层应力变化、温度变化、压力变化和随着开采时间的推移,造成水泥环封隔失效,井口窜气和环空带压等问题相应出现,严重制约油气井的安全生产。
现有技术中解决井口串气和环空带压问题较常规的补救方法是采用钻机进行修井作业,通过钻机向环空中注入或挤入水泥来封闭裂缝,但是由于裂缝、通道的位置、孔隙度和渗透率的不同,挤水泥作业有可能封闭不了气窜的通道,同时采用钻机进行修井作业施工危险性大,易造成人身伤害,也易对设备造成损害甚至报废。
因此,如何降低解决井口窜气和环空带压问题的难度和作业风险,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供了一种井口悬挂封隔器,以降低解决井口窜气和环空带压问题的难度和作业风险。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种井口悬挂封隔器,包括:
能够套设在内套管外壁的底板;
位于所述底板的上方能够膨胀封隔内外套管形成的环空的胶芯;
位于所述胶芯的上方能够将所述井口悬挂封隔器固定在所述内套管外壁的卡瓦,所述卡瓦通过卡瓦座设置在所述胶芯的上方;
位于所述卡瓦的上方的上盖板;
所述底板、所述胶芯、所述卡瓦、所述卡瓦座和所述上盖板同轴布置,且所述底板、所述胶芯、所述卡瓦座和所述上盖板开设有位置对应的螺栓孔,螺栓设置在所述螺栓孔内。
优选的,在上述井口悬挂封隔器中,所述底板为分瓣式底板,所述胶芯为分瓣式胶芯或者所述胶芯的一侧开设沿其轴线方向的切缝或者所述胶芯上开设沿其轴线方向的重叠缝,所述卡瓦为分瓣式卡瓦,所述卡瓦座为分瓣式卡瓦座,所述上盖板为分瓣式上盖板,所述底板、所述胶芯、所述卡瓦、所述卡瓦座和所述上盖板均至少分为两瓣;
还包括连接块,所述分瓣式上盖板的的内壁开设有与所述连接块配合的槽孔,所述槽孔沿所述底板的周向方向开设,所述分瓣式上盖板与所述连接块通过螺钉连接。
优选的,在上述井口悬挂封隔器中,相邻所述分瓣式底板的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝错开布置,相邻所述分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝错开布置,相邻所述分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式上盖板的拼接缝错开布置。
优选的,在上述井口悬挂封隔器中,所述胶芯的厚度大于或者等于5mm,所述胶芯的个数为一个或者多个。
优选的,在上述井口悬挂封隔器中,所述螺栓的个数至少为2个。
优选的,在上述井口悬挂封隔器中,所述卡瓦为通过热处理的卡瓦。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本实用新型提供的井口悬挂封隔器,包括底板、胶芯、卡瓦、卡瓦座和上盖板,底板、胶芯、卡瓦、卡瓦座和上盖板通过螺栓依次连接。在具体的使用过程中,将井口悬挂封隔器套设在内套管外侧,拧紧螺栓,上盖板和底板同时对卡瓦和胶芯进行挤压,胶芯膨胀,对套管环空进行封隔,卡瓦下移,卡瓦牙嵌入内套管表面,防止井口封隔悬挂器在环空压力的作用下向上运动。本方案通过井口悬挂封隔器实现环空封隔,从而有效解决了环空因固井质量不好造成的窜气及环空带压问题,相对于现有技术中通过钻机向环空内注入水泥浆的方式,降低了施工难度,使整个补就作业简单可靠。

具体实施方式
本实用新型公开了一种井口悬挂封隔器,以降低解决井口窜气和环空带压问题的难度和作业风险。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的井口悬挂封隔器的主视图;图2为本实用新型实施例提供的井口悬挂封隔器与内套管配合的俯视图。
一种井口悬挂封隔器,包括:能够套设在内套管外壁的底板1;位于底板1的上方能够膨胀封隔内外套管形成的环空的胶芯2;位于胶芯2的上方能够将井口悬挂封隔器固定在内套管外壁的卡瓦3,卡瓦3通过卡瓦座6设置在胶芯2的上方;位于卡瓦3的上方的上盖板4;底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦3、卡瓦座6和上盖板4同轴布置,且底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦座6和上盖板4开设有位置对应的螺栓孔,螺栓设置在螺栓孔内。
本方案提供的井口悬挂封隔器,通过拧紧螺栓,上盖板4和底板1之间的距离缩短,上盖板4和底板1同时对胶芯2和卡瓦3进行挤压,胶芯2膨胀,对环空进行封隔,卡瓦3下移,卡瓦牙嵌入内套管表面,使井口悬挂封隔器固定在井口,防止井口悬挂封隔器在环空压力的作用下向上运动。本方案提供的装置,通过胶芯2对环空进行封隔,卡瓦3实现井口悬挂封隔器的固定,且井口悬挂封隔器的封隔和固定通过拧紧螺栓压缩胶芯和卡瓦实现,操作简单方便,且不需要使用大型操作设备,相对于现有技术中通过钻机向环空内注入水泥浆的方式,降低了解决井口窜气和环空带压问题的难度和作业风险。
底板1和上盖板4中间设置胶芯2和卡瓦3,卡瓦通过卡瓦座6固定在胶芯2的上层,在拧紧螺栓的过程中,上盖板4直接对卡瓦3进行挤压,卡瓦3下移,将井口悬挂封隔器固定在内套管的外壁,同时胶芯2在卡瓦3和底板1的挤压作用下膨胀,对内外套管形成的环空进行封隔,有效避免环空压力和井口窜气。
本方案提供的井口悬挂封隔器的封隔和固定通过对螺栓的拧紧实现,操作简单方便,另外在安装的过程中不需要采用外界大型设备,降低了作业的风险,同时安装、拆卸和维修都很方便,也在一定程度上降低了解决井口窜气和环空带压的人工劳动强度。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,底板1为分瓣式底板,胶芯2为分瓣式胶芯或者胶芯2的一侧开设沿其轴线方向的切缝或者胶芯2上开设沿其轴线方向的重叠切缝,卡瓦3为分瓣式卡瓦,卡瓦座6为分瓣式卡瓦座,上盖板4为分瓣式上盖板,底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦座6、卡瓦3和上盖板4均至少分为两瓣,将本装置中的各个部分均设置成分瓣式结构,能够方便井口悬挂封隔器的装配,更好的适应现场作业。
还包括连接块5,分瓣式上盖板的内壁开设有与连接块5配合的槽孔,槽孔沿分瓣式上盖板的周向方向开设,分瓣式上盖板与连接块5通过螺钉连接。
底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦3和上盖板4通过螺栓连接成一串,为了保证装置的整体性,提高分瓣式结构使用的稳定性,相邻的分瓣式上盖板之间设置有连接块5,连接块5与分瓣式上盖板通过螺钉连接。
井口悬挂封隔器仅包括底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦3、卡瓦座6、上盖板4和连接块5,装置的结构简单,生产成本低。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,相邻分瓣式底板的拼接缝与相邻分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝错开布置,相邻分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝与相邻分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝错开布置,相邻分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝与相邻分瓣式上盖板的拼接缝错开布置,使得井口悬挂封隔器的稳定可靠,且在使用过程中,相互之间没有影响。当然分瓣式底板、分瓣式胶芯、分瓣式卡瓦座、分瓣式卡瓦、分瓣式上盖板拼接缝也可以任意组合布置。
为了保证胶芯2的封隔效果和使用寿命,胶芯2的厚度大于或者等于5mm,且胶芯2的个数为一个或者多个。
为了保证底板1、胶芯2、卡瓦座6和上盖板4组合后的稳定性,螺栓的个数至少为2个,且均匀布置在上盖板4的圆周上。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,卡瓦3为通过热处理的卡瓦,经过热处理的卡瓦牙外硬内韧,使用寿命延长且能够保证在载荷作用下有效嵌入内套管表面,防止井口悬挂封隔器在气压的作用下运动。

Claims (5)
1.一种井口悬挂封隔器,其特征在于,包括:
能够套设在内套管外壁的底板(1);
位于所述底板(1)的上方能够膨胀封隔内外套管形成的环空的胶芯(2);
位于所述胶芯(2)的上方能够将所述井口悬挂封隔器固定在所述内套管外壁的卡瓦(3),所述卡瓦(3)通过卡瓦座(6)设置在所述胶芯(2)的上方;
位于所述卡瓦(3)的上方的上盖板(4);
所述底板(1)、所述胶芯(2)、所述卡瓦(3)、所述卡瓦座(6)和所述上盖板(4)同轴布置,且所述底板(1)、所述胶芯(2)、所述卡瓦座(6)和所述上盖板(4)开设有位置对应的螺栓孔,螺栓设置在所述螺栓孔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的井口悬挂封隔器,其特征在于,所述底板(1)为分瓣式底板,所述胶芯(2)为分瓣式胶芯或者所述胶芯(2)的一侧开设沿其轴线方向切缝或者所述胶芯(2)上开设沿其轴线方向的重叠切缝,所述卡瓦(3)为分瓣式卡瓦,所述卡瓦座(6)为分瓣式卡瓦座,所述上盖板(4)为分瓣式上盖板,所述底板(1)、所述胶芯(2)、所述卡瓦座(6)、所述卡瓦(3)和所述上盖板(4)均至少分为两瓣;
还包括连接块(5),所述分瓣式上盖板的内壁上开设有与所述连接块(5)配合的槽孔,所述槽孔沿所述分瓣式上盖板的周向方向开设,所述分瓣式上盖板与所述连接块(5)通过螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的井口悬挂封隔器,其特征在于,相邻所述分瓣式底板的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝错开布置,相邻所述分瓣式胶芯的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝错开布置,相邻所述分瓣式卡瓦座的拼接缝与相邻所述分瓣式上盖板的拼接缝错开布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的井口悬挂封隔器,其特征在于,所述胶芯(2)的厚度大于或者等于5mm,且所述胶芯(2)的个数为一个或者多个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的井口悬挂封隔器,其特征在于,所述螺栓的个数至少为2个。
