Abstract
The magnetic conductive seat includes a seat body which is fabricated with processing method provided by the present invention. The present state of the seat body can be finished through forming and cutting process with an invagination space in it as well as a ring groove with narrow and deep slot is set at the joining place of the invagination space on the seat body and internal wall surface in the seat body. This is one body structure of loadspeaker magnetic conductive seat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a loudspeaker magnetic conduction seat and a processing method thereof, in particular to a manufacturing means which can lead the loudspeaker magnetic conduction seat to form an integrated structure by the processing method, namely the loudspeaker magnetic conduction seat with the integrated structure and the processing method thereof.
Background
The loudspeaker magnetic conductive seat is one of the key components determining the performance of the loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker magnetic conductive seat is provided with an annular groove of a deep groove narrow groove for the displacement of a vibration film, and the deep groove narrow groove with the depth of 5 mm-10 mm and the width of 1.6 mm-3.0 mm is the bottleneck of the traditional processing method, so the traditional loudspeaker magnetic conductive seat (please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2) is manufactured in a two-piece mode, and is divided into an inner seat body and an outer seat body to be manufactured respectively, and then the inner seat body and the outer seat body are combined into a whole by using a proper combination means, and the annular groove is formed by using the difference of the diameters of the inner seat body and the outer seat body.
However, the magnetic conductive seat of the speaker manufactured by the method uses riveting method, so the manufacturing speed is slow, the cost is high, and a gap is necessarily reserved between the two riveting pieces, and the gap can cause the magnetic conductivity to be reduced, thereby affecting the performance of the speaker. Therefore, if the gap can be eliminated, the magnetic permeability can be improved, and the performance of the loudspeaker can be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, and the loudspeaker magnetic conduction seat with the integrated structure is manufactured by using a proper machining method and a cutting means.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for processing a speaker magnetic conductive seat with an integrated structure, comprising the following steps: a forming step: making a predetermined seat form by a proper method; cutting: the seat body is cut annularly with a proper tool to form an annular groove with a narrow groove and a deep groove in the seat body, and a column is formed in the center of the seat body and keeps an integral structure with a proper distance with the peripheral wall surface.
The forming step may be performed by forging, press forming or other equivalent forming methods.
The tool in the cutting step is a cutting knife which can still discharge cutting waste chips in a sealed space without chip escape.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, which are schematic views of a three-dimensional and cross-sectional appearance of the speaker magnetic conductive base of the present invention, as shown in the figures, the speaker magnetic conductive base of the present invention includes a base body 1, the base body 1 is made in a predetermined shape by a suitable manufacturing method, and has a concave space 3 therein, and a narrow-groove deep-groove annular groove 5 is formed at a junction of the concave space 3 on the base body 1 and an inner wall surface 11 in the base body 1, and a column 13 is formed in the concave space 3, so as to form the speaker magnetic conductive base of an integrated structure.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic flow chart of the manufacturing method of the present invention, as shown in the figure, the speaker flux guide with an integrated structure is manufactured by the following manufacturing method, which mainly comprises two steps, namely, a molding step a and a cutting step b to form the speaker flux guide with an integrated structure; wherein,
a forming step a: manufacturing a predetermined base body 1 form by a proper means; the appropriate means may be forging or stamping or other equivalent forming methods.
A cutting step b: the ring cutting is performed in the seat body 1 by a proper tool, so that the seat body 1 has a ring groove 5 with a narrow groove and a deep groove, and a column 13 is formed in the center of the seat body 1, and the column 13 and the inner wall surface 11 of the seat body keep a width distance of the ring groove 5, so that a vibrating membrane (not shown) sleeved on the column 13 of the speaker magnetic conduction seat 1 can be axially actuated by means of the ring groove 5 and the column 13.
In addition, the tool in the cutting step a is a cutting knife which can still discharge cutting waste in the closed outer space, the cutting knife is provided with a cutting edge with a proper bevel angle for guiding the waste in the cutting process to be concentrated in the cutting knife and discharging the waste through a through hole channel designed on the cutting knife, therefore, the speaker magnetic conduction seat with an integrated structure can be manufactured by matching the cutting knife which can discharge the waste in the closed outer space according to the processing method, and the speaker magnetic conduction seat manufactured by the method finishes the annular groove 5 with a narrow groove and a deep groove in the closed concave space 3 of the seat body 1 by one-time cutting, so that the whole seat body is in a single piece form which is integrally finished, the defect that the traditional speaker magnetic conduction seat has a joint gap is overcome, and the magnetic conduction efficiency can reach 100 percent to effectively improve the efficiency.

1. A processing method of a speaker magnetic conduction seat with an integrated structure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a forming step: making a predetermined seat form by a proper method;
cutting: the seat body is cut annularly with a proper tool to form an annular groove with a narrow groove and a deep groove in the seat body, and a column is formed in the center of the seat body and keeps an integral structure with a proper distance with the peripheral wall surface.
2. The method for processing the speaker magnetic conductive seat with integral structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the suitable means in the forming step can be forging or stamping forming or other equivalent forming methods.
3. The method for manufacturing the speaker magnetic conductive seat with integral structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tool in the cutting step is a cutting knife capable of discharging cutting waste in a sealed space without escaping from outside.
