Abstract

优先权请求

发明领域
本发明涉及一种单用途的刺血针器械,它构造成方便地和有效地用于各种采血程序,但它也是十分安全的,在它被使用之后可防止器械的重新起动,因此,防止和/或基本上最大程度地减小了因用过的和潜在污染过的刺血针引起的病人和/或其它人员的不留心的污染。此外,该器械以成本低廉和可较佳地完全任意处置的方式,紧凑构造和易于使用。
相关技术的说明
刺血针是常用的器械,它可用于医院和其它医疗机构以及诸如糖尿病患者的私家个人,以便戳入或刺破病人的皮肤,通常刺在病人的手指上,由此,导致产生可收集来用于化验的采血试样。因为这种刺血针的广泛的用途,所以存在有各种类型的刺血针器械,它们可在各种不同的场合供病人和/或医生使用。
例如,典型的刺血针可只包括一带有推入病人皮肤的尖锐的针刺末端的外壳。然而,更为普通的是已研制出容纳一针刺末端和/或一刺血针的刺血针器械,它们有效地装入外壳内,并起动刺血针进入到病人皮肤内,由此,对于采样的人员来说无需实际地将刺血针末端推入皮肤内。
在各种类型的专门刺血针器械中,有一种类型通常构造成多次和/或反复使用,而另一种类型特别地构造成单次使用,此后整个器械被弃置。现特别地看一下单次使用的、可任意弃置的器械,这样的器械通常包括一外壳,它包含和引导或驱动一针刺末端进入病人的皮肤,并连同用过的刺血针一起处理掉。自然,多次使用可使这样任意弃置的器械成本上有利,所以,事实上这样的器械趋于相当简单,只提供一用于起动的足够的机构,不过度地将设计复杂化,从而将成本降到最低。

发明概要
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种单次使用的刺血针器械,它包括:一外壳;一刺血针,该刺血针可移动地设置在所述外壳内,并包括一针刺的末端;一致动组件,它安装在所述外壳上,并可释放地和驱动地连接于所述刺血针;所述致动组件有选择地移动而将所述刺血针设置在至少进入一竖起定向;一驱动组件,它设置在与所述刺血针驱动的接合中,并构造成将所述刺血针从所述竖起定向至少暂时地移动到针刺定向;一约束组件,它设置和构造成能约束所述刺血针从所述针刺定向到所述竖起定向的运动;以及,所述约束组件包括至少一个约束件和至少一个阻挡件,所述一个约束件连接于所述刺血针和所述致动组件中的一个,并随它可移动,所述阻挡件固定地固定于所述外壳,并设置成在刺血针从所述针刺定向朝向所述竖起定向移动时,与所述一个约束件保持邻接关系。
所以,本发明涉及一通常用于各种采血目的类型的单次使用的刺血针器械。尤其是,本发明的单次使用的刺血针器械包括一外壳和一刺血针。也包括一针刺末端的刺血针可移动地设置在外壳内,并构造成至少在竖起定向与刺入的定向之间移动。设置一驱动组件,以便实际地移动刺血针,至少暂时地进入刺入的定向。
刺血针借助于一保持组件的至少一个实施例而保持在竖起定向上。在本发明的该实施例中,至少一个保持力件(retention member)和一对应的接合毂(engagement hub)合作地设置。具体来说,接合毂构造成合作地与保持力件接合,至少当刺血针设置在竖起定向上。其结果,可与外壳和刺血针合作地接合的保持力件和接合毂有效地将刺血针保持在竖起定向上,直到它们从互相的接合中释放。这样,从该实施例中可见,当刺血针准备好供使用时,它保持在竖起的、准备起动的定向上,直到起动之时。
为了释放刺血针,具体来说,释放所示实施例的保持力件与接合毂之间的合作的接合,本发明还包括一致动组件。具体来说,致动组件构造成在一致动与非致动定向之间移动。在这一点上,致动组件进入致动定向的运动构造成:从保持力件和接合毂的彼此合作的接合中释放至少保持力件和接合毂,由此,致使刺血针运动到针刺定向。
为了显著地将本发明的单次使用的刺血针器械不留心的再次使用减到最少,还较佳地设置一约束组件。具体来说,约束组件构造成:基本上阻止致动组件从一针刺定向朝向一竖起定向移动,以及移出上述的致动定向。在这一点上,约束组件可包括一阻挡件,其较佳地呈固定地安装在外壳上的至少一个凸台结构的形式。此外,约束组件包括一安装在至少在刺血针部件上的约束件,并且当约束件从针刺定向沿竖起定向的方向移动时,与阻挡件保持邻接的关系。这样,一旦本发明的刺血针器械起动,不管刺血针本身是否可或不可移回到竖起定向,致动组件和/或刺血针不能移回到其未致动定向/竖起定向,以便其后的起动。

最佳实施例的详细描述
参照诸附图,本发明涉及一单次使用的刺血针器械10。具体来说,单次使用的刺血针器械10构造成用来刺入一病人的皮肤,例如,用刺血针24的针刺末端25刺入,以便从病人身上获得血的采样。此外,本单次使用的刺血针器械10较佳地构造成大致小而紧凑,并构造成只允许其单次使用。由此,将防止因这种单次使用的刺血针器械10被不留心和/或故意的再使用而造成的疾病和/或其它污染物的传播。
本发明的单次使用的刺血针器械10包括一外壳20。外壳20通常较佳地是刚性和紧凑的,以便使用者容易地和舒适地握持和操纵。在这一点上,外壳20可形成外形和/或具有任何的构造,只要它能有效地和方便地被使用者握持和操作即可。一刺血针24可移动地容纳在外壳内。具体来说,刺血针24较佳地包括一从前面或可移动本体24”的前导端24’向外延伸的针刺末端25,它被认为是刺血针24的一部分。此外,刺血针24构造成包含在外壳20的内部里,并在其中可移动(将在下文中作更详细的描述)。

为了达到刺血针24进入大致的竖起、在张力下的定向的运动,单次使用的刺血针器械10还较佳地包括一致动组件40。此外,刺血针24在外壳20内移动,同时,通过一个或多个导向轨道或翼26保持在一合适的对齐的定向。此外,本发明的各种实施例包括一定位组件,它包括至少一个定位件。定位件可呈一齿轮件30的形式,它可移动地和可拆卸地连接在致动组件40与刺血针24之间。具体来说,当致动组件40通过使用者的拇指如方向箭头39所示向前推进时,定位件构造成向后移动刺血针24,压缩偏压元件50,且置刺血针24于张力之下。其结果,如图2所示,当抓住一未起动的刺血针24时,使用者仅向前推压在致动组件40上。致动组件40至少部分地伸入外壳20的内部,例如,通过一致动通道开口(actuationaccess opening)21。当向前移动时使刺血针24向后移动,借助于诸如齿轮30的至少一个定位件朝向或进入到竖起定向。

参照图1至6的实施例,致动组件40包括一外部42,它构造成能供使用者操纵,例如,与使用者的拇指接合。这样,致动组件40最好通过设置的导向轨道或翼48较佳地相对于外壳20沿大致平行于刺血针24运动方向的定向滑动。然而,较佳地在致动组件40的下面露出一齿条元件44。
具体来说,齿条元件44构造成可操作地啮合定位组件的转动齿轮30。齿轮30连接到外壳20,但在其中可自由地转动。此外,刺血针24较佳地也包括一也与互连的转动的齿轮30啮合的对应的齿条28。因此,随着致动组件40上的齿条44向前移动,齿轮30顺时针方向转动,而且,因为它与齿条28啮合,所以致使刺血针24在外壳20内被拉动或向后移动。然而,致动组件40上的齿条44只具有一预定的有限长度,这样,如图4所示,当达到一间隙点时齿条44不再与齿轮30啮合。然后,齿轮30可自由地转动,由于偏压元件50在其上施加了作用力,使刺血针24向前推压进入到针刺定向。在这一点上,致动组件40的一流畅的向前推进的运动实现了刺血针24首先进入竖起定向,然后进入针刺定向。在针刺定向中,针刺末端25按要求接合到病人的皮肤。
为了防止本发明的单次使用的刺血针器械10被再次使用,已经设置了一个或多个安全的结构。具体来说,较佳地提供一约束组件(restriction assembly)并合作地设置在刺血针24与外壳20之间。在图2的实施例中,约束组件包括一约束件,它可呈现从刺血针24的可移动本体24”突出的偏压元件27的形式。当沿向前的方向(见方向箭头39)移动时,偏压元件27构造成自由地越过一较佳地固定设置在外壳20内部的阻挡件或凸台33。当刺血针24迫使进入到针刺定向时,偏压元件27不受约束地接合于凸台33。然而,当刺血针24沿向后的方向缩回返回到外壳20的内部中时,偏压元件27和阻挡件或凸台33相对地设置并合作地构造成彼此有约束地接合,并限制刺血针24向后运动。其结果,刺血针24不能向后推入到大致的竖起定向,因此,不能被再次起动。
然而,作为另一安全措施,致动组件40较佳地构造成:单次使用的刺血针器械20只可被起动一次。参照图2的实施例,致动组件40可包括一在凸台头47内的拖尾部分46。具体来说,凸台头47较佳地大致倾斜,或者构造成:当致动组件40在刺血针24起动的过程中向前(见方向箭头39)移动时,凸台头自由地在外壳20内的一对应的凸台元件34上移动。因此,当致动组件40已向前足够地移动使从齿轮30释放或脱开时,刺血针24将被迫使向前进入到针刺定向。然后,凸台头47将越过合作构造的阻挡件或凸台元件34。在刺血针24起动之后,凸台元件34与凸台头47之间的约束的接合,将限制致动组件40向后运动到它不能再次啮合致动组件的齿轮30的一点上。由此,进一步阻止单次使用的刺血针器械10的再次起动。
参照图7的实施例,致动组件不同于图1至6的实施例,并包括一从外壳20通过通道开口21’向外突出的、可转动地安装的致动件31。在此实施例中,定位组件的定位件包括一沿致动件31周缘的一部分形成的齿轮段32。这样,当致动件31通过在其上施加的推力而转动时,如方向箭头39’所示,刺血针24向后移动,并设置在由偏压元件50施加的张力下。最终,大的中心齿轮31的向前的转动将使齿轮段32从刺血针24上的齿条28中脱开。由此,刺血针24将被释放,致使它有效地起动,并移动到其针刺定向。在这一实施例中,可使用各种不同部件中的任何的部件来防止大的中心齿轮31的其后的运动。然而,如上所述,包括一约束件或偏压元件27和阻挡件或凸台元件33的一约束组件,将提供足够的安全性来防止刺血针24的再次起动。
图8代表本发明的另一实施例,其中,致动组件可构造成一后推按钮60。在此实施例中,后推按钮致动组件60包括一安装在外壳20内部的细长的元件62,并设置有一形成在其上的齿条63。该齿条63设置和构造成可移动地啮合和操纵定位件或齿轮30。齿轮30也设置成与固定在刺血针24上的齿条28’保持可移动的啮合关系。后推按钮致动组件60和齿条63的向前的运动(按方向箭头39所示),由于齿轮30和齿条63和28的互连,致使刺血针24合适地向后运动。由此,刺血针24压缩顶着驱动组件的偏压元件50,然后被释放,致使刺血针24被起动。
在这样一实施例中,如图8所示,约束组件可包括一与细长元件62或与相对设置的元件62’相关的呈凸台头64形式的约束件和一呈一凸台元件65形式的对应的阻挡件。在这两个实施例中,在刺血针24因后推按钮致动组件60的足够的向前运动而被起动进入到一压缩位置,后推按钮致动组件60不能从它在外壳20内的压缩的位置撤回,因此,不能被再次使用。
此外,在图9和10的实施例中,致动组件40’也可构造成对刺血针24达到一定程度的滑动稳定性。在此实施例中,一齿轮30’从刺血针24的任意一侧或两侧突出,进入到与一个或多个固定到致动组件40’上的向下悬置的齿条段41可移动的啮合。齿轮30’与齿条41和28的互连和可移动的啮合致使刺血针24对应的运动,向后运动进入到一压缩位置,其后,它从该位置释放到起动位置。
再者,在图9和10的实施例中,一槽68可设置在刺血针24内,以便有效地接纳齿轮30’。当然,只要齿条28能合适地定位,也可有效地实现一敞开的顶部或底部的结构。的确,如果要求的话,齿条28可如致动组件40’那样构造在齿轮30’的同一侧上。然而,在该实施例的这样一变体中,也可要求致动组件40’的其它改型。
另外,包括在图9的实施例中的还有一约束组件,除了偏压元件27和凸台33之外,或完全替代偏压元件27和凸台33,其括它一凸台头64’和外壳凸台65’。由此,以类似于参照图8的实施例所述的方式,在其已经用来起动刺血针24之后,致动组件40’可通过凸台头64’和外壳凸台65’的互连而锁定在一位置中。因此,不管是定位在致动组件40’、40’的前端还是后端,由此可见,可设置一击发锁定组件,它可有效地实现致动组件40’的固定,并防止本发明的单次使用的刺血针器械10的故意的和/或意外的被再次使用。
此外,如果不是所有本发明的实施例包括侧轨道或翼26,至少有一些较佳地设置和构造成在其运动过程中达到刺血针24的稳定性。
由于对本发明的上述优选的实施例可在细节上作出许多改型、变体和变化,所以,应该认为以上的描述和附图中所示的所有内容只是说明性的,而没有限制的意义。
Claims (29)
1.一种单次使用的刺血针器械,它包括:
a)一外壳;
b)一刺血针,该刺血针可移动地设置在所述外壳内,并包括一针刺的末端;
c)一致动组件,它安装在所述外壳上,并可释放地和驱动地连接于所述刺血针;
d)所述致动组件有选择地移动而将所述刺血针设置在至少进入一竖起定向;
e)一驱动组件,它设置在与所述刺血针驱动的接合中,并构造成将所述刺血针从所述竖起定向至少暂时地移动到针刺定向;
f)一约束组件,它设置和构造成能约束所述刺血针从所述针刺定向到所述竖起定向的运动;以及
g)所述约束组件包括至少一个约束件和至少一个阻挡件,所述一个约束件连接于所述刺血针和所述致动组件中的一个,并随它可移动,所述阻挡件固定地固定于所述外壳,并设置成在刺血针从所述针刺定向朝向所述竖起定向移动时,与所述一个约束件保持邻接关系。
2.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还构造成:在所述刺血针设置在所述针刺定向之后,使所述针刺末端定向而进入缩回定向。
3.如权利要求2所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括一偏压件,它设置在当所述刺血针处于所述的竖起定向时与所述刺血针处于偏压的接合中。
4.如权利要求3所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述偏压件设置和构造成能将所述刺血针移出所述的针刺定向,并设置所述针刺末端进入所述的缩回定向。
5.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件设置和构造成:一旦所述刺血针从所述致动组件中释放,驱动组件迫使所述刺血针进入所述针刺定向。
6.如权利要求5所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还构造成:在所述刺血针设置在所述针刺定向之后,驱动组件自动地将所述针刺末端定向进入一缩回定向。
7.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,还包括一定位组件,它可移动地和可释放地互连所述致动组件和所述刺血针。
8.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,当所述刺血针设置进入所述竖起定向时,所述定位组件设置在与所述致动组件和所述刺血针同时的接合中。
9.如权利要求8所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件和定位组件合作地设置和构造成:在所述定位组件从所述致动组件或刺血针的至少一个中释放时,迫使所述刺血针进入所述针刺定向。
10.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,在所述定位组件设置成没有与所述刺血针和所述致动组件同时接合时,所述刺血针从所述竖起定向定位到所述针刺定向。
11.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括至少一个可移动地和可释放地互连所述刺血针和所述致动组件的定位件。
12.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件设置成:当所述刺血针移动到所述竖起定向时同时地接合所述刺血针和所述致动组件,当从所述竖起定向移动进入到所述针刺定向时所述定位件从所述刺血针和致动件中的至少一个脱开。
13.如权利要求12所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件相对于所述刺血针和所述致动组件可移动。
14.如权利要求12所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件固定于所述致动组件,并设置成与所述刺血针保持可移动和可拆卸的关系。
15.如权利要求12所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件包括一齿轮结构。
16.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位组件相对于所述刺血针和所述致动组件可移动。
17.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位组件固定于所述致动组件,并设置成与所述刺血针保持可移动和可拆卸的关系。
18.如权利要求7所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括一齿轮结构。
19.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述一个约束件固定于所述刺血针上,并可随它移动。
20.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述约束组件包括一第一约束件和一第一阻挡件以及一第二约束件和一第二阻挡件,所述第一和第二约束件各连接于所述刺血针或致动组件中的不同的一个,并随它可移动,所述第一和第二阻挡件固定于所述外壳,并设置成:当所述刺血针从所述针刺定向移动朝向所述竖起定向时,与所述第一或第二约束件的对应的一个保持邻接关系。
21.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,还包括:
一定位组件,它可移动地和可释放地互连所述致动组件和所述刺血针;
所述驱动组件与所述刺血针保持偏压关系;
所述驱动组件和所述定位组件合作地设置和构造成:当所述定位组件从所述致动组件或所述刺血针的至少一个中释放时,迫使所述刺血针进入所述针刺定向;以及
所述定位组件包括至少一个可移动地和可释放地互连所述刺血针和所述致动组件的定位件,所述定位件设置成:当所述刺血针移动到所述竖起定向时与所述刺血针和所述致动组件保持同时的接合,且当从所述竖起定向移动到所述针刺定向时所述定位件从所述刺血针和所述致动组件中的至少一个脱开。
22.如权利要求21所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件设置和构造成能将所述刺血针移出所述的针刺定向,并设置所述针刺末端进入到所述的缩回定向。
23.如权利要求1所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,还包括:
所述致动件可移动地设置;
至少两个接合元件,它们设置成在彼此间接合时有选择地互连所述致动组件和所述刺血针;
所述致动组件构造成能定位所述刺血针至少暂时地进入一竖起定向,一旦致动时,同时地发生所述接合元件之间的所述接合;
所述致动组件还构造成:在所述刺血针设置在所述竖起定向之后,在继续其致动时实现所述接合元件之间的脱开;
所述驱动组件构造成:当所述接合元件之间发生所述脱开时,移动所述刺血针至少暂时地进入针刺定向。
24.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件相对于所述刺血针和所述致动组件可移动。
25.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件固定地固定于所述致动组件,并设置成与所述刺血针保持可移动和可拆卸的关系。
26.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括一齿轮结构。
27.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述定位件设置成:当所述刺血针设置到所述竖起定向时同时地接合所述致动组件和所述刺血针。
28.如权利要求27所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,所述驱动组件和定位组件合作地设置和构造成:在所述定位组件从所述致动组件或刺血针的至少一个中释放时,迫使所述刺血针进入所述针刺定向。
29.如权利要求11所述的刺血针器械,其特征在于,在所述定位组件设置成没有与所述刺血针和所述致动组件同时接合时,所述刺血针从所述竖起定向定位到所述针刺定向。
