Abstract

本发明提供不易拉脱纤维、确保钩构件结合的机械扣件圈构件,由片状基材3与位于该片状基材3一面上的、向一方向并行延伸的许多的连续丝2构成圈构件1;由与丝2交叉延伸的至少2条接合部5、6将丝固着于片状基材3上;形成许多在接合部6间延伸的圈。

Description

机械扣件的圈构件
本发明涉及机械扣件的圈构件。
在现有技术中,日本专利特开平9-317号公报公开了一种阴型带,它在热熔敷性复合纤维主体的带子(ゥェブ)上形成密封部,其一面借助靠热熔敷而被致密化;在另一面上则形成许多圈状件。
在日专利特开平9-317号公报中所开示的阴型带,由于作为构成带的纤维使用了64mm热熔敷性扁芯芯鞘型短纤维,如纤维端位于非密封部,在非密封部处纤维容易脱落,在纤维脱落部分易产生起毛,钩构件容易脱开。
本发明的课题即在于提供纤维不易脱落、可使钩构件确实结合固定的机械扣件的圈构件。
用于解决前述课题的本发明的目的即在于改进由相互可结合脱开的钩构件与圈构件构成的机械扣件的前述圈构件。
涉及改进的本发明之特征在于,前述圈构件由片状基材和位于该片状基材的一面上并向一个方向并行延伸的、许多的连续丝构成。由与前述丝交叉延伸的至少2条接合部将前述丝固定于前述片状基材上,从而形成许多在前述接合部间延伸的圈。
作为本发明一实施例,前述圈由上述丝在前述接合部间隙隆起而形成。
作为本发明的另一实施例,由与前述丝并行延伸的至少2条接合部将前述丝固着于前述基材上。
作为本发明的再一实施例,前述片状基材至少分割成2个区域,在前述区域的至少1个区域中设置着向与位于其他区域的前述丝的延伸方向相交叉的方向延伸的前述丝。
作为本发明的又一实施例,在前述接合部间延伸的前述各丝的长度为1~30mm。
作为本发明的另外一实施例,前述丝的纤度为0.5~60.0旦;前述丝的单位面积重量为20~150g/m2。另外,前述接合部宽度尺寸为0.5~5.0mm。
作为本发明的再一实施例,前述丝是由对连续丝的纤维束分丝得到。
图1是圈构件的立体图;图2是图1的A-A剖视图;图3是与图1不同形态的圈构件立体图;图4是使用了图3圈构件的一次性使用尿布的立体图;图5是图4的B-B线剖视图。
参照附图,对本发明的机械扣件的圈构件说明如下。
图1、图2分别是圈构件1的立体图与图1的A-A剖视图。圈构件1是具有相互平行延伸的两侧缘1a和与该两侧缘1a正交并相互平行延伸的两端缘1b的矩形。该圈件1由热熔敷性片状基材3与位于该片状基材3的一面、向一个方向并行延伸的、多根热熔敷性连续丝2所构成。
在圈构件1中,在圈构件1的两侧缘1a与两侧缘1a之间大体等间隔地延伸着与丝2并行的多个接合部5;而在圈构件1的两端缘1b与两端缘1b之间大致等间隔地延伸着与丝2正交的许多接合部6。
由接合部5、6将丝2在部分隆起态下固着于片状基材3上,形成了多个在接合部6间延伸的圈4a。在用圈构件1的接合部5、6所围成的部位形成了圈4a密集的、互相独立的许多圈部4。之所以丝2处于部分地隆起状态,是因为层状膨松起来的丝2被向片状基材3侧部分地加压固定。
丝2对片状基材3的固定可采取使用超声波等的热熔敷技术完成;作为其固定的接合部5、6,片状基材3与丝2相互一体熔化,丝2失去其原来丝状而成为膜片状。
在该圈构件1中,如将钩构件(图中未示出)上形成的多个钩推压在圈部分4上,钩即进入圈4a间并钩挂在圈4a上,钩构件即结合固定在圈构件1上。如将钩构件向离开圈构件1的方向拉,钩即脱开圈4a,即可解除两者的结合。
在圈部分4中,由于不设置丝2的端部,除非有丝2被切断的情况,不会发生丝2从圈部分4上的脱落的现象;也不会产生起毛现象。
在接合部6间延伸的各丝2的长度分别为1~30mm。若比1mm还短,则由于丝2的长度过短而难于形成圈4a;如长度大于30mm,则由于各圈4a的张紧程度比较松驰,钩容易从圈4a中脱出。
丝2的纤度为0.5~60.0旦。若比0.5旦细,则丝2的强度低,当拉开钩时,常会将丝2拉断;而当比60.0登尼尔还粗时,虽然与钩的大小有关,但往往会发生钩挂不上圈4a的现象。
丝2的单位面积重量为20~150g/m2。若比20g/m2小,则丝2的密度不足,圈4a少,圈构件1与钩构件的结合较弱。若比150g/m2大,则丝2的密度过高,圈部分4的膨松(嵩高)超过了需要,由于圈4a成了障碍,钩无法进入圈4a间,圈构件1与钩构件的结合也变弱。
接合部5与接合部6的宽度尺寸L为0.5~5.0mm。如小于0.5mm,则丝2容易从接合部5、6脱出,在接合部5、6处片状基材3与丝2往往剥离开;如大于5.0mm,则接合部5、6相对于圈构件1所占比例过高,往往会造成是在圈构件1上形成的圈部分4的面积不充分。
圈构件1也不限定图示那样的矩形,也可以做成多角形、圆形、椭圆形等。丝2也可以仅由接合部6固着在片状基材3上。另外,各接合部5、6也不一定相对丝2平行或正交地进行延伸,也可以相对丝2倾斜的延伸。
图3是与图1不同形态的圈构件1的立体图。圈构件1的整个面积大体二分为2个区域7、8。在区域7中,设置有平行于接合部5地延伸的许多丝2;在区域8中设置着。平行于接合部6地延伸的许多丝2。在该圈构件1中,位于区域7的丝2与位于区域8的丝2成正交状态;丝2分别由接合部5、6固定于片状基材3上。将两则缘部1a间的尺寸大致等分地延伸的接合部5形成了区域7、8的分界线。
图4、图5分别是使用了图3的圈构件1的一次性使用尿布20的立体图与图4的B-B剖视图。在图4中表示了圈构件1与带式搭扣12相互结合状态与非结合状态。在尿布20的前腰围区10的两侧缘部用粘接剂15将圈构件1粘固于背层14上;在尿布20的后腰围区11的两侧缘部将带式搭扣12的基端部固定于背层14上。圈构件1是与带式搭扣12相对的目标带。在带式搭扣12的自由端装有形成带许多蘑菇状的钩子13a的钩构件13。在图5中,钩子13a分别勾挂着各圈4a。
在区域7中,由于丝2沿尿布20的长度方向延伸,可以防止将带式搭扣12向尿布20的宽度方向牵拉时圈构件1与钩构件13剥离。
在区域8中,由于丝2沿尿布20的宽度方向延伸,故可防止将系紧带12向尿布20长度方向牵拉时将圈构件1与钩构件13剥离。
圈构件1也可以被分割成多于2个的区域。这时,最好使位于相邻区域中一方的丝2与位于其他区域的丝2相互交叉。例如,在图3中,也可以使各相邻的圈部分4中的丝2相互交叉。
作为片状基材3,可使用热熔敷性纤维构成的不织布或热熔敷性塑料膜、或者它们的叠层片。作为连续丝2可使用聚烯烃系、聚酯系、聚酰胺系等构成的并列型纤维或芯鞘型纤维的2层复合纤维或多芯型或多岛海状等多层复合纤维构成的分丝纤维束。为使钩易钩挂到圈4a上,在由纤维束形成各圈4a时,纤维束最好有至少1个/cm的蜷曲。
如本实施例这样地以热熔敷将片状基材3与丝2固着于一起的情况下,最好使用以聚丙烯为芯、以比聚丙烯的熔点低的聚乙烯的鞘的芯鞘型复合纤维形成的连续丝2。由于不需使聚丙烯熔化,仅仅使聚乙烯熔化即可使丝2与片状基材3固着,可以防止在接合部6、7处切断丝2。
在片状基材3与丝2固着方面,也可利用热熔粘接剂等粘接剂或粘着剂。在使用粘接剂等将丝2固着于片状基材3的情况下,可以使用热熔敷性以外的构件构成的片状基材3与丝2。
如使用本发明的圈构件,由于以许多连续丝形成圈,可确保钩构件的钩钩挂到丝上,确保钩构件确实地结合于圈构件上。当圈构件与钩构件相互剥离时也不会从圈部分拉脱丝;不会产生起毛现象。

Claims (8)

1.一种圈构件,它由可相互可结合脱开的钩构件和圈构件构成,其特征在于,
前述圈构件由片状基材和位于该片状基材的一面上并向一方向并行延伸的多根连续丝构成;由与前述丝交叉地延伸的至少2条接合部将前述丝固定于前述片状基材上,形成多个在前述接合部间延伸的圈。
2.如权利要求1所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,前述圈是通过前述丝在前述接合部间隆起而形成的。
3.如权利要求1或2所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,由与前述丝平行延伸的至少2条接合部将前述丝固定于前述基材上。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,前述片状基材至少被分割成2个区域,在前述区域中的至少1个区域设置着沿与位于其他区域的前述丝的延伸方向交叉的方向延伸的前述丝。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,在前述接合部间延伸的前述各丝的长度为1~30mm。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,前述丝的纤度为0.5~60.0旦;前述丝的单位面积重量为20~150g/m2
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,前述接合部的宽度尺寸为0.5~5.0mm。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所记述的圈构件,其特征在于,前述丝是对连续丝分丝而得到的。
