Abstract

一种在待切割物品上能形成深的狭缝以便沿狭缝更容易断开物品并在物品断开时可靠地形成垂直切割面的刀轮。刀轮为具有沿其外周的切割边缘的盘状件并形成有穿过其轴伸长的安装孔及不规则形状以便当刀轮滚动时由于多边形孔相邻边之间的步进而振动。因此轮的切割边缘可更深地切入玻璃板,以便在玻璃板上形成又深又平的狭缝。这使得沿狭缝更容易断开玻璃板并且形成垂直的切割面。

Description

刀轮
本发明涉及一种用于切割玻璃板或液晶板的玻璃刀或玻璃切割装置的刀轮。
为了手工或自动切割诸如使用在轿车,建筑物和工业中的玻璃板,陶瓷板及液晶板之类的各种玻璃板,一玻璃刀具有刀轮,刀轮可转动地安装在头部的尖端上,通过把刀轮压在板上并在其上滚动,便在板表面上形成一狭缝。然后,通过在狭缝的两侧向下推板,便可沿狭缝割开板。
此种类型的常规刀轮为具有沿其外周的切割边缘的盘状件并且穿过其中部形成一伸长的圆形安装孔。刀轮通过一具有圆形截面的安装轴可转动地安装在玻璃刀的头部上并穿过圆形安装孔。
为了切割液晶板,坚硬的玻璃板及陶瓷玻璃板,要求切割面具有高度精确的直线性和垂直性。为了符合此要求,有必要形成一条又平、又直、又深的狭缝。为形成一深狭缝,轮必须深深地切入玻璃板。但常规刀轮中没有一个能形成如此深的狭缝,这是因为它们的安装轴和安装孔的截面都是圆形的,因此轮在玻璃板上平滑滚过而不具有切入性。由于狭缝很窄,所以当沿狭缝断开玻璃板时很难形成垂直的切割面。
本发明的目的是提供一种可以在待切割物品上形成一条深狭缝的刀轮,以便物品轻易地沿狭缝断开并且可靠地形成一垂直切割面。
本发明所提供的一种刀轮包括一盘状刀轮,该盘状刀轮形成有穿过其轴伸长的安装孔并具有不规则形状以便在刀轮转动时刀轮振动。
本发明的其它特征和目的将随着下面结合附图的描述会更加清楚。

图1显示了一盘状刀轮1,其具有沿外周的切割边缘2并形成一穿过其中轴伸长的安装孔3。
刀轮1的切割边缘2可以为图1B所示的V形单段边缘或者为图1C所示的两段边缘。根据待切割材料的硬度选择两种类型中的一种。
刀轮1由硬质合金或金刚石晶体制成,并且通常外径为大约2-6毫米。安装孔3被制成不规则形状以便在轮转动时轮振动。所示出的安装孔呈六边形,每一边向内弓形凸出。
安装孔3根据待切割物品的厚度和材料可以做成任何多边形形状。例如,可以在正方形到十二边形中选择。每一边的曲率也不受限制。
图2显示了可转动地支撑刀轮1的安装轴4和安装孔3之间的关系。安装轴4的外径取决于安装孔3的最小内径以便轴4在孔3中为松配合。
图3显示了在玻璃切割装置中使用的刀轮1。玻璃切割装置包括一工作台11,一可在工作台11上方Y轴方向移动的X轴导向器12,一安装在X轴导向器12上以便在X轴方向移动的刀头13,以及安装在刀头13的底部可垂直移动并具有安装轴4的夹具14,安装轴4插入刀轮1的安装孔3中以便可转动地支撑轮1。通过移动X轴导向器12和刀头13,以预定的压力把刀轮1按压在工作台11上的玻璃板A上,刀轮1在玻璃板A上滚动,从而在其中形成一狭缝。然后玻璃板A沿狭缝断开。
由于通过安装轴4安装在夹具14底部的刀轮1具有非圆形的多边形安装孔3,所以当轮在玻璃板A上滚动时,由于多边形安装孔相邻边之间的步进,轮便产生振动。因此轮的切割边缘可更深地切入玻璃板,以便在玻璃板A上形成又深又平的狭缝。这使得沿狭缝更容易断开玻璃板并且形成垂直于玻璃板顶面的切割面。
图4显示了另一个具有圆角的八边形安装孔的例子。

Claims (2)

1.一种刀轮,其特征在于,它包括一盘状体,该盘状体形成有穿过其轴伸长的安装孔并具有不规则形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀轮,其特征在于所述安装孔具有多边形形状,每一边向内弓形凸出。
