Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail by referring to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs; the units indicating the content of the raw materials are all in parts by mass. Other raw materials and reagents not specifically mentioned in the present invention are those generally used in the art.
In the invention, the diatom is a precursor of diatomite/mud and petroleum, is a micron-sized unicellular plant, cannot be seen by naked eyes, but is a treasure. The diatom is used as a natural biological material, is rich in fatty acid (such as HTA, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, remenic acid, EPA and the like), polar lipid (such as glycolipid and the like) and steroid (such as 24-methylenoholestrol and the like) with certain antibacterial property, has the functions of sterilization and antibiosis, and has great potential in the aspect of biological medicine. Natural diatoms contain one third of frustules, one third of diatomic lipids and one third of diatomic proteins.
Referring to fig. 1, the diatom may be diatom extract, and the diatom extract is obtained by separating natural diatom from water and sintering to obtain diatom shells, wherein the outer layer of the diatom shells is siliceous and the inner layer is pectic substance. The silicon casing component is amorphous silicon dioxide, and the silicon casing has the advantages of various shapes, unique structure, uniform pore system, no color, transparency, strong adsorbability, compatibility with a silicon processing technology and the like. The diatom siliceous materials of different species have different shapes, including circular, oval, rectangular, kidney-shaped, triangular, needle-shaped, rhombic and other shapes, and the surfaces of the diatom siliceous materials are provided with micropores which are regularly arranged, so that the diatom siliceous materials have a strong adsorption function.
Illustratively, the particle size of the diatoms used in the formulation may be 1 μm to 5 μm, 5 μm to 10 μm, 10 μm to 20 μm, 20 μm to 30 μm, 30 μm to 40 μm, 40 μm to 50 μm, 50 μm to 60 μm, 60 μm to 70 μm, 70 μm to 80 μm, 80 μm to 90 μm, 90 μm to 100 μm. The proportion of addition may be 1-2%.
In the invention, the methylparaben is also called methylparaben, and can be compatible with other components in a formula of the no-clean hand sanitizer, such as diatom, ethanol and deionized water, so that the effects of sterilization and corrosion prevention can be achieved. The p-chloro-m-dimethylphenol (PCMX) and the 4-chloro-3, 5-dimethylphenol have good stability under common storage conditions, cannot be inactivated, and have good killing effects on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and mold.
In the invention, the ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf juice, namely the ALOE vera leaf juice, has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and preserving moisture.
Acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymers were used as thickeners. The PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil has skin moisturizing effect, and can uniformly disperse oily substances in the formula in deionized water.
The non-ionic emulsifier nonyl phenol polyether-10, NONOXYNOL-10, is miscible with water at any ratio, and can well mix oily substances in the no-clean hand sanitizer with deionized water.
PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides are hydrophilic emollient esters, and play a role in locking lipid components in the no-wash hand sanitizer and improving the softness of skin.
Phenoxyethanol belongs to aromatic ether alcohol, namely ethylene glycol monophenyl ether and phenyl cellosolve (2-phenoxyethaneol), and has a molecular formula C8H10O2Phenoxyethanol is colorless slightly viscous oily liquid, slightly fragrant, astringent, slightly soluble in water, basically insoluble in mineral oil, and can be mixed with acetone, ethanol and ethanolThe glycerin is mixed arbitrarily. Has broad antibacterial activity as antiseptic, is effective against various gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and yeast, and has weak inhibitory effect on skin indigenous flora.
In the embodiment, diatom with biological activity is dispersed in ethanol, and ethanol is used as a main bactericide for sterilization, so that the biological activity of the diatom is used for avoiding the damage of the ethanol to the skin, namely, the diatom can effectively sterilize and protect the skin. Meanwhile, the problems that carbomer contained in the formula is very sticky after being used, cannot be dried quickly, feels dirtier and is high in production cost are solved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a preparation method of the no-clean hand sanitizer, which comprises the following steps: mixing diatom, ethanol and deionized water to obtain the no-clean hand sanitizer.
Specifically, diatom, ethanol and deionized water are weighed according to the proportion, and the diatom and the ethanol are added into the deionized water under the condition of stirring. The proportion of the diatom can be 1% and 2%, the proportion of the ethanol can be 65%, 70% and 75%, and the balance is deionized water. The diatom is pretreated diatom, the pretreatment is sintering, the pore structure of the kieselguhr can be guaranteed to be dredged through sintering, and most of the pore structures of the kieselguhr are not communicated. After pretreatment, the dredging of the pore structure of the diatom is ensured, the good adsorption performance of the diatom can be better kept, and when the wash-free hand sanitizer is used, bacteria are adsorbed and adsorbed in the gaps (as shown in figure 2), so that the physical sterilization effect is realized.
In this embodiment, the no-clean hand sanitizer further includes an auxiliary bactericide such as methyl hydroxybenzoate, p-chloroxylenol, and a quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, wherein the quaternary ammonium salt is also called quaternary ammonium salt, and is a compound generated by replacing four hydrogen atoms in ammonium ions with hydroxyl groups, and has a general formula of R4NX, and the quaternary ammonium salt has similar properties to inorganic salts, is easily soluble in water, and is conductive in aqueous solution. The quaternary ammonium salt has a sterilization function and is used as a disinfectant, and the sterilization principle is as follows: quaternary ammonium salt dissociates quaternary ammonium cation in water, the cell wall of the bacteria surface has negative charge, the positive charge in the quaternary ammonium salt molecule has strong adsorption effect on the bacteria, and the positive charge penetrates the surface of the bacteria and enters the cell membrane through the functions of penetration and diffusion, so that cell damage and cell internal metabolite coenzyme leakage are caused, the semi-penetration effect of the cell membrane is hindered, the cell membrane further penetrates the inside of the cell, the cell enzyme is passivated, the protease cannot be generated, the protein is denatured, and the purpose of killing the bacteria cell is achieved.
Illustratively, the quaternary ammonium salt is selected from one or more of didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride, didecyldimethyl ammonium bromide, benzalkonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide. It is to be understood that the quaternary ammonium salt may be a single type of quaternary ammonium salt or a mixture of several types of quaternary ammonium salts.
