At present, when different positions of the same printing surface of the to-be-printed piece 200 or different printing surfaces of the to-be-printed piece 200 are subjected to printing operation, the to-be-printed piece 200 needs to be repeatedly positioned for multiple times, so that the operation efficiency is reduced, the error is increased, and the printing quality is reduced.
In view of this, the designer designs a printing method suitable for the printing system 100 including multiple printing mechanisms, which can simultaneously perform printing operations on different positions or different printing surfaces of the same printing surface of the to-be-printed material 200, reduce the number of positioning times, improve the operation efficiency, and improve the printing quality.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, it should be noted that the printing method is applicable to a printing system 100 including a plurality of printing mechanisms, each of the printing mechanisms is independently disposed and is in communication connection with a control system 180, in this embodiment, the number of the printing mechanisms is three for example, and the three printing mechanisms can perform a printing operation on the same printing surface or different printing surfaces of a to-be-printed product 200. Specifically, each printing mechanism includes a panel and a plurality of printing assemblies 140 connected to the panel, and the plurality of printing assemblies 140 may be arranged as required, for example, the plurality of printing assemblies 140 are arranged in a line shape or in a step shape, in this embodiment, the number of printing assemblies 140 is four and the printing assemblies 140 are arranged in a step shape as an example. Each print module 140 includes an integral printhead module 141 and a sensor 142. It should be understood that the printhead module 141 includes a carrier and an ink cartridge connected thereto, and that the sensor 142 is designed as an integral structure with the carrier. The sprayer module 141 and the sensor 142 can be connected through data lines in a communication manner, and the sprayer module 141 and the control system 180 can be connected through data lines in a communication manner; the sensor 142 may be a photoelectric sensor 142, that is, an object of various media is detected by photoelectric reflection, and the sensor 142 is used to detect the position of the ink outlet of the corresponding head module 141 relative to the to-be-printed member 200.
It should be noted that the sensor 142 may be located right below the ink outlet, that is, the distance between the sensor 142 and the ink outlet in the first direction is zero, and in this structure, when the sensor 142 detects the to-be-printed member 200, the ink outlet of the ink cartridge may be directly controlled by the control system 180; or, the ink outlet of the ink box is controlled in a delayed manner; it should be understood that in other embodiments, the ink outlet may be a set distance from the sensor 142 in the first direction 001, in which case the sensor 142 is located directly below the member to be printed before the ink outlet, and when the sensor 142 detects the member to be printed 200, the control system 180 does not immediately start the ink cartridge, but starts the ink cartridge at least when the member to be printed 200 continues to move in the first direction by the set distance to ensure that the printing operation is performed smoothly.
Meanwhile, the printing system 100 further includes a table 150, a conveyor belt 160, and an encoder synchronizing wheel 170 disposed on the table 150, the conveyor belt 160 being connected to the table 150 for conveying the to-be-printed member 200 in the first direction 001. The encoder sync wheel 170 is communicatively coupled to the control system 180, and the encoder sync wheel 170 is configured to detect the linear velocity of the conveyor belt 160 and transmit the linear velocity to the control system 180, and the control system 180 controls the print operation of the print mechanism based on the linear velocity. Optionally, the encoder synchronizing wheel 170 includes an incremental grating encoder, an encoder mounting component, and a wheel, and the size matching between the incremental grating encoder and the wheel requires frequency division by the number of pulses generated by 1 rotation of the main shaft of the incremental grating encoder, and then matches with the printing resolution of the nozzle module 141, so as to calculate the circumference and the diameter of the wheel. The incremental grating encoder is fixed on the workbench 150 after being matched with the wheel, and when the wheel rotates, the incremental grating encoder outputs voltage type synchronous signals to be transmitted to the control system 180 for speed detection and calculation, and finally, the printing command is controlled according to the real-time speed. The linear velocity of the conveyor belt 160 is calculated to control the nozzle module 141 to print, thereby avoiding distance error caused by slippage of the conveyor belt 160 and improving printing precision.
In this embodiment, the print-ready-to-print material 200 is set as a rectangular parallelepiped workpiece, the print-ready-to-print material 200 has a front side, a top surface 210, a back side, a bottom surface, a left side 220, and a right side 230, the front side, the top surface 210, the back side, and the bottom surface are sequentially connected end to end, the left side 220 is connected to one side of the front side, the top surface 210, the back side, and the bottom surface, and the right side 230 is connected to the other side of the front side, the top surface 210, the back side, and the bottom surface. And, the distance between the ink outlet of the ink cartridge and the sensor 142 in the first direction 001 is zero.
In this embodiment, the printing method includes the steps of:
the printing position of the to-be-printed item 200 is first matched with a plurality of printing mechanisms. Referring to fig. 3, for example, the top surface 210, the left side surface 220 and the right side surface 230 of the to-be-printed object 200 all need to be printed. So, set up three printing mechanism on workstation 150, a plurality of printing component 140 of every printing mechanism all have the interval on first direction 001, and adjacent printing component 140's interval can set up to equal, also can set up to vary, and the concatenation can as required. Wherein the first printing mechanism 110 is used to print the top surface 210, and the first printing mechanism 110 is located behind the second printing mechanism 120 and the third printing mechanism 130; the second printing mechanism 120 and the third printing mechanism 130 are used for printing the left side surface 220 and the right side surface 230, respectively, wherein the second printing mechanism 120 and the third printing mechanism 130 are arranged at intervals in a second direction 002 having an included angle with the first direction 001. In this embodiment, an example in which the angle between the first direction 001 and the second direction 002 is 90 ° will be described. Before printing, the to-be-printed piece 200 is placed on the conveying belt 160, the bottom surface of the to-be-printed piece 200 is in contact with the conveying belt 160, the front side surface and the rear side surface are arranged at intervals in the first direction 001, the front side surface is located in front of the first direction 001, and the left side surface 220 and the right side surface 230 are arranged at intervals in the second direction 002. Also, the positional relationship of the to-be-printed member 200 in the second direction 002 with respect to the first printing mechanism 110 is adjusted, thereby determining the width of the print content on the top surface 210 in the second direction 002.
Then, the conveyor belt 160 is started, the conveyor belt 160 drives the to-be-printed piece 200 to approach the first printing mechanism 110 in the first direction 001, the sensor 142 of the printing assembly 140 located at the rear end in the first direction 001 among the four printing assemblies 140 of the first printing mechanism 110 detects the to-be-printed piece 200 first, and then sends position information to the control system 180, and the control system 180 can directly control the operation of the nozzle modules 141 of the four printing assemblies 140 of the first printing mechanism 110, so that the printing is started from the edge of the to-be-printed piece 200. Alternatively, the control system 180 delays the operation of controlling the nozzle modules 141 of the four printing assemblies 140 of the first printing mechanism 110, for example, after the sensor 142 detects the to-be-printed item 200, the to-be-printed item 200 continues to move a set distance in the first direction 001, and then the nozzle modules 141 of the four printing assemblies 140 are activated, so as to start printing from a position away from the edge of the to-be-printed item 200 by the set distance. The distance that the to-be-printed item 200 moves in the first direction 001 is detected by the encoder synchronizing wheel 170 and transmitted to the control system 180, improving the accuracy of the position of the to-be-printed item 200. Similarly, the second printing mechanism 120 and the third printing mechanism 130 respectively start the nozzle module 141 after detecting the to-be-printed item 200 through the respective sensors 142. It should be understood that, because the relative position relationship of the four nozzle modules 141 of the four printing assemblies 140 of each printing mechanism is determined, and the distance parameters of the adjacent nozzle modules 141 can be input to the control system 180 in advance, after the sensor 142 of one printing assembly 140 of the four printing assemblies 140 of each printing mechanism detects the to-be-printed item 200, the control system 180 can calculate the position information of the nozzle modules 141 of the remaining printing assemblies 140 relative to the to-be-printed item 200 according to the position information, thereby controlling the four printing assemblies 140 to print. Obviously, according to different printing requirements, the nozzle module 141 of each printing assembly 140 can be activated after detecting the to-be-printed item 200 by the respective sensor 142, and the printing assembly is flexible to use and wide in application range.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, it should be understood that in other embodiments, the relative positions of the printing mechanisms may be adjusted as needed to accommodate different scenes. For example, three printing mechanisms may be used to print the same printing surface, or two printing mechanisms may be used to print the same printing surface, and another printing mechanism may be used to print another printing surface, and so on, which are not listed in this embodiment. Meanwhile, as the spray head module 141 and the sensor 142 of each printing assembly 140 are integrated, the relative position relationship between the spray head module 141 and the sensor 142 cannot be changed, and after the position of each printing mechanism is adjusted, the positions of the spray head module 141 and the sensor 142 do not need to be calibrated, so that the adjustment is convenient and reliable.
In addition, according to the printing method provided by the embodiment, because the plurality of printing mechanisms are independently designed, and each printing mechanism has the function of detecting the position of the piece to be printed, the printing method is not limited to printing regular workpieces, and irregular workpieces can be printed by matching the plurality of printing mechanisms, so that different positions of the same printing surface of the irregular workpieces can be printed.
According to the printing method provided by the embodiment, after the positions of the to-be-printed piece 200 and the plurality of printing mechanisms are calibrated after the printing content is determined, printing can be performed, different positions or different printing surfaces of the same printing surface of the to-be-printed piece 200 can be printed after one-time positioning, the operation efficiency is improved, errors caused by repeated positioning for many times are reduced, and the printing quality is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
