Abstract
The invention provides a self-spraying paint bottle: the paint bottle comprises a bottle body, wherein the bottle body is provided with a first cavity for accommodating paint, and the top of the bottle body is connected with an aerosol valve communicated with the first cavity; the bottom of the bottle body protrudes upwards to form an inner container with an open end, the opening of the inner container is hermetically connected with a bottom plug, and the inner container and the bottom plug are enclosed to form a second chamber for accommodating the curing agent; the second chamber is internally provided with a wall breaking assembly, the bottom plug is provided with a pushing assembly, and the pushing assembly is used for driving the wall breaking assembly to break the inner container, so that the first chamber is communicated with the second chamber. However, paint typically requires a long period of time to cure after application, and the applied article is unusable and subject to inadvertent scratching. In order to accelerate the paint solidification, high-temperature baking of the paint surface or addition of a curing agent to the paint is generally adopted. The high-temperature baking process is complex, the operation difficulty is high, and the method is not suitable for the condition of self-spraying small-area paint repair; the curing agent needs to be mixed into the paint before spraying, otherwise the paint can be solidified in a short time, and the paint can not be sprayed from a paint spraying bottle. Therefore, when the articles needing quick paint curing are painted, the articles are usually sprayed and mixed, the use is inconvenient, and the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a self-spraying paint bottle which can conveniently and rapidly mix paint and a curing agent during spraying.
The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a self-spraying paint bottle with the following structure: the paint bottle comprises a bottle body, wherein the bottle body is provided with a first cavity for accommodating paint, and the top of the bottle body is connected with an aerosol valve communicated with the first cavity; the bottom of the bottle body protrudes upwards to form an inner container with an open end, the opening of the inner container is hermetically connected with a bottom plug, and the inner container and the bottom plug are enclosed to form a second chamber for accommodating the curing agent; the inner container is provided with a bottom plug, the bottom plug is provided with a wall breaking assembly, and the pushing assembly is used for driving the wall breaking assembly to break the inner container, so that the first chamber is communicated with the second chamber.
After adopting the structure, compared with the prior art, the self-spraying paint bottle has the following advantages:

Preferably, the wall breaking assembly comprises a cutter bar and a blade arranged at the top of the cutter bar; the cutter bar is provided with at least two guide wings which are distributed at intervals along the height direction of the cutter bar, and two ends of each guide wing are abutted against the inner wall of the inner container. The guide wings can ensure that the cutter bar and the cutter blade cannot deviate in the moving process, so that the top of the inner container is accurately punctured.
Preferably, the pushing assembly comprises a push rod and a hollow sleeve which is made of elastic material and has an opening at the lower end, and the opening at the lower end of the sleeve is hermetically connected with the top of the bottom plug; the ejector rod is arranged in the sleeve, a push rod extending downwards to the outer side of the bottom plug is arranged at the bottom of the ejector rod, and the push rod can slide up and down along the height direction of the inner container. The push rod is pushed upwards, and the push rod drives the cutter bar and the cutter blade to move upwards through the push rod, so that the cutter blade pierces the top of the liner; at the moment, the sleeve made of the elastic material can be stretched along with the movement of the ejector rod, and the curing agent in the inner container cannot leak out because the lower end opening of the sleeve is hermetically connected with the top of the bottom plug.
Preferably, the top of the bottom plug is provided with an installation groove with a small upper part and a large lower part, and the shape of the lower end of the sleeve is matched with the installation groove and is in interference fit in the installation groove; the bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a through hole for the push rod to penetrate through the bottom plug and extend to the outer side of the inner container. This facilitates the installation of the jacking assembly on the bottom plug.
Preferably, a spring is sleeved on the ejector rod in the sleeve, the upper end of the spring is connected with the ejector rod, and the lower end of the spring is connected with the sleeve. When the push rod drives the ejector rod and the blade to move upwards, the spring is stretched, and after the force applied to the push rod is removed, the spring can drive the ejector rod and the push rod to reset, so that the blade is conveniently pushed through the push rod and the ejector rod again, and the blade is ensured to pierce the top of the liner.

Preferably, the top of the bottle body is detachably connected with a bottle cap, the bottle cap is provided with an accommodating groove, a top plug is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the top plug is provided with a concave hole for inserting the free end of the push rod. Preferably, the bottle body and the inner container are integrally formed. Therefore, the processing procedures can be reduced, and the cost is saved.
Preferably, a stirring ball is arranged in the first chamber. When in use, the stirring ball is convenient for evenly mixing the paint and the curing agent.

When the push rod 12 drives the ejector rod 10 and the blade 8 to move upwards, the spring 15 is stretched, and after the force applied to the push rod 12 is removed, the spring 15 drives the ejector rod 10 and the push rod 12 to reset, so that the blade 8 is pushed through the push rod 12 and the ejector rod 10 again, and the blade 8 is ensured to pierce the top of the inner container 4. The top of the sleeve 11 is sleeved with a top cap 16 which can be better contacted with the bottom of the cutter bar 7, so that the cutter bar 7 is conveniently pushed.
The bottle body 1 and the inner container 4 are integrally formed, so that the processing procedures can be reduced, and the cost is saved. The top of the inner container 4 is a thin-wall area, for example, the thickness of the top of the inner container 4 is made smaller, so that the blade 8 can conveniently puncture the top of the inner container 4.
The top of the bottle body 1 is detachably connected with a bottle cap 17, the bottle cap 17 is provided with an accommodating groove 18, a top plug 19 is arranged in the accommodating groove 18, and the top plug 19 is provided with a concave hole 20 for inserting the free end of the push rod 12. The stirring ball 21 is arranged in the first chamber 2, so that paint and curing agent can be uniformly mixed when the paint curing device is used.
