The filtering device includes: a filtering pipe 33, wherein the filtering pipe 33 is connected with the connecting pipe 31; a first baffle 34, the first baffle 34 being disposed within the filter tube 33; the second baffle 35 is arranged in the filter pipe 33, and a first cavity is formed by the second baffle 35 and the first baffle 34; a main body 36, wherein the main body 36 is arranged in the filtering pipe 33 and is positioned on one side of the second baffle 35, which is far away from the first baffle 34; a first actuating chamber 37, said first actuating chamber 37 being disposed within the body 36; a second actuating chamber 38, said second actuating chamber 38 being disposed within the body 36; a first actuating plug 39, wherein the first actuating plug 39 is movably connected in the first actuating cavity 37; a second actuating plug 40, wherein the second actuating plug 40 is movably connected in the second actuating cavity 38; one end of the first channel 41 penetrates through the second baffle 35 and is communicated with the first cavity, and the other end of the first channel 41 is communicated with the second action cavity 38; a second channel 42, one end of the second channel 42 is connected with the spray pipe 16, and the other end penetrates through the main body 36 and is communicated with the second action cavity 38; a third channel 43, said third channel 43 being disposed in the first baffle 34 and being used for communicating the connecting pipe 31 with the first cavity; a pipeline 44, one end of the pipeline 44 is connected with the inner wall of the fourth channel 45, and the other end of the pipeline passes through the first baffle 34, the first cavity, the second baffle 35 in sequence and is communicated in the first action cavity 37; the fourth channel 45 is arranged at the bottom end of the filtering pipe 33, and the fourth channel 44 sequentially penetrates through the filtering pipe 33, the second baffle 35 and the first action cavity 37; wherein a filter screen 46 is arranged on the inner wall of the third channel 43 facing the first cavity and close to the opening of the duct 44, the duct 44 and the fourth duct 44 are both communicated with the side of the second actuating chamber 38 facing the second shutter 35, when the cooling water passes through the third passage 43, at which time the first moving plug 39 closes the second moving chamber 38, the second moving plug 40 reciprocates without contacting the first moving plug 39, because the first check valve 47 is arranged in the second channel 42, when the second action plug 40 moves, the second channel 42 does not perform inward air draft, negative pressure is generated in the first channel 41, the cooling water in the first chamber is pumped, the cooling water enters the first chamber through the filter screen 46, the filter screen 46 filters the sand and dust in the cooling water, then sprayed on the blade 2 through the water spray pipe 16, and the blade 2 can be sharpened and has no scratch when being polished by filtering sand dust.
The filter device further comprises: a first check valve 47, the first check valve 47 being disposed within the first passage 41; a second check valve 48, the second check valve 48 disposed within the second passage 42; a third check valve 49, said third check valve 49 being disposed within the conduit 44; a fourth check valve 50, the fourth check valve 50 disposed within the fourth passage 45; two springs 51 are arranged, and the two springs 51 are oppositely arranged on one side of the first action plug 39 facing the second baffle 35 and one side of the first action cavity 37 facing the second baffle 35; wherein the first actuating plug 39 seals the first actuating chamber 37 in an initial state, when the second actuating plug 40 reciprocates without contacting the first actuating plug 39, negative pressure is generated in the first passage 41 to extract the cooling water in the first chamber and discharge the cooling water from the second passage 44 to the spray pipe 16, when the first actuating plug 39 reciprocates with the first and second passages 44 and 44 sealed by the second actuating plug 40 and contacting the second actuating plug 40, negative pressure is generated in the first actuating chamber 37 to extract the cooling water in the third passage 43 through the passage 44 and discharge the cooling water out of the filter pipe 33 through the fourth passage 45, when the first actuating plug 39 reciprocates with the first and second passages 41 and 42 sealed by the second actuating plug 40 and contacting the second actuating plug 40, negative pressure is generated in the first actuating chamber 37 to extract sand in the third passage 43 through the passage 44, and is discharged out of the filtering pipe 33 through the fourth passage 45, and the filtering effect of the filtering net 46 can be better and the blockage can be prevented through the discharge of the dust and sand.

Claims (9)
1. A deburring sword that double-end was used, includes cutter body (1), its characterized in that includes:
the cutter comprises a cutter body (1), and four cutting edges (2) are arranged, and the four cutting edges (2) are respectively arranged on two side walls at two ends of the cutter body (1);
the fixing devices are fixedly connected to two ends of the cutter body (1);
the protective device (3) is sleeved on the outer wall of the cutter body (1);
wherein, the both ends and the fixing device threaded connection of protection device (3), but protection device (3) one end is relieved threaded connection and is stretched out and drawn back to make cutting edge (2) use.

the first external threads (6) are respectively arranged on the outer side walls of the two cylindrical blocks (4);
the first internal threads (7) are respectively arranged on the inner side walls of the two circular grooves;
wherein, the two ends of the cutter body (1) are respectively and fixedly connected with the bottoms of the two circular grooves.
3. The double-ended use edging knife according to claim 1, characterized in that said protection device (3) comprises:
the first protection rod (8), the first protection rod (8) is hollow cylindrical;
the second internal threads (9) are respectively arranged on the inner side walls of the two ends of the first protection rod (8);
the second protection rod (10), the second protection rod (10) is hollow cylindrical;
the second external threads (11), the second external threads (11) are respectively arranged on the outer side walls of two ends of the second protection rod (10);
the sealing block (12), the sealing block (12) is provided with two and is hollow cylindrical;
wherein, two sealed piece (12) set up respectively on the both ends inner wall of first fender rod (8), sealed piece (12) are used for conflicting the lateral wall of second fender rod (10) to realize sealed, second internal thread (9) are used for fixed first fender rod (8) with first internal thread (7) threaded connection, second external thread (11) are used for fixed second fender rod (10) with first internal thread (7) threaded connection.
4. The double-ended use deburring knife according to any of claims 1-3 wherein: comprises the following steps
S1: respectively processing the installation requirements of the cutter body (1), the fixing device and the protection device (3);
s2: placing the cutter body (1) on a grinding machine (13) to grind the cutting edge (2);
s3: sleeving a first protection rod (8) and a second protection rod (10) on the outer wall of the cutter body (1);
s4: two cylindrical blocks (4) are fixed at two ends of the cutter body (1).
5. The double-ended use edging knife according to claim 4, characterized in that said grinding machine (13) comprises:
a sanding element (14);
the cooling water temperature control device (15), the cooling water temperature control device (15) is arranged on one side of the polishing piece (14);
the filtering device is arranged on the output end of the cooling temperature control device;
the spray pipe (16), the said spray pipe (16) is connected to the output end of the filter unit;
wherein, the cooling water temperature control device (15) is used for controlling the outlet water temperature of the cooling water, and the filtering device is used for filtering sand and dust in the cooling water.

one end of the first water outlet pipe (20) penetrates into the first water temperature box (17) from the top end of the third water temperature box (19), and the other end of the first water outlet pipe (20) is positioned above the third water temperature box (19);
one end of the second water outlet pipe (21) penetrates into the second water temperature box (18) from the top end of the third water temperature box (19), and the other end of the second water outlet pipe (21) is positioned above the third water temperature box (19);
one end of the third water outlet pipe (22) penetrates through the third water temperature box (19) from the top end of the third water temperature box (19), and the other end of the third water outlet pipe (22) is positioned above the third water temperature box (19);
the water outlet control part (23) of the water outlet pipe is arranged on the first water outlet pipe (20), the second water outlet pipe (21) and the third water outlet pipe (22);
the water outlet control device comprises a first water outlet pipe (20), a second water outlet pipe (21), a third water outlet pipe (22), a second water outlet pipe (18), a third water outlet pipe (21), a third water outlet pipe (22), a cooling water tank (19) and a cooling water tank (19), wherein the second water outlet pipe (21) is sleeved outside the first water outlet pipe (20), the inner wall of the second water outlet pipe (21) is larger than the outer wall of the second water outlet pipe (21), the water outlet control device (23) is used for controlling the water outlet conditions of the first water outlet pipe (20), the second water outlet pipe (21) and the third water outlet pipe (22), the cooling water tank (18) is internally provided with cooling water with the temperature lower than that in the first water temperature tank (17), and the cooling water with the temperature lower than that in the second water temperature tank (18) is arranged in the third water temperature tank (19).

wherein, the one end of first diversion pipe (26) is passed through threaded connection and is contradicted with the end wall of third outlet pipe (22) and second outlet pipe (21), and the other end extends the outside of sleeve pipe (24), the one end of second diversion pipe (29) is through contradicting with the end wall of second outlet pipe (21) and first outlet pipe (20), and the other end extends first diversion pipe (26), the one end that the diversion pipe deviates from first outlet pipe (20) is connected with connecting pipe (31), and is equipped with in connecting pipe (31) and is used for the water pump (32) that draw.

a first actuating chamber (37), said first actuating chamber (37) being disposed within the body (36);
a second actuation chamber (38), the second actuation chamber (38) being disposed within the body (36);
the first action plug (39), the said first action plug (39) is connected to the first action cavity (37) movably;
the second action plug (40), the said second action plug (40) is connected to the second action cavity (38) movably;
one end of the first channel (41) penetrates through the second baffle (35) and is communicated with the first cavity, and the other end of the first channel (41) is communicated with the second action cavity (38);
a second channel (42), one end of the second channel (42) is connected with the spray pipe (16), and the other end of the second channel is communicated with a second action cavity (38) in the main body (36);
a third channel (43), wherein the third channel (43) is arranged on the first baffle (34) and is used for communicating the connecting pipe (31) with the first cavity;

the first action plug (39) seals the first action cavity (37) in an initial state, when the second action plug (40) does reciprocating motion under the condition of not contacting the first action plug (39), negative pressure is generated in the first channel (41) to extract cooling water in the first cavity and is discharged from the second pipeline (44) to the water spray pipe (16) for spraying, and when the first action plug (39) does reciprocating motion under the condition that the first pipeline (44) and the second pipeline (44) are sealed by the second action plug (40) and contact the second action plug (40), negative pressure is generated in the first action cavity (37) to extract cooling water in the third channel (43) through the pipeline (44) and is discharged from the filter pipe (33) through the fourth channel (45).
