Description

Sewing device of circular knitting machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of knitting machinery, and particularly relates to an intelligent circular knitting machine, in particular to a sewing device of the circular knitting machine.
Background
In recent years, in the field of circular knitting machines, and more specifically in the field of hosiery knitting machines, industrial upgrading is underway, mainly replacing the original machines with hosiery knitting machines with automatic sewing. The basic structure for realizing the automatic sewing function is that a sewing head disk is provided with a sewing head fixing needle, and a fabric to be sewn is hung on the sewing head fixing needle; half of the disk can be turned over with its diameter as the axis, i.e. 3600The annular sewing-head disk is actually two 1800The upper and lower half rings are overlapped after being turned over, the sewing head fixing needles on the upper and lower half rings are also in one-to-one correspondence, and the fabric hung on the sewing head needles is to be sewnThe part of the circular shape is changed into an arc shape, the coils are in one-to-one correspondence, and then the coils in one-to-one correspondence are sewed together, so that automatic sewing can be completed, and the sewing quality is superior to that of manual sewing.
In this process, the steps that may affect the stitching quality are mainly the overturning of the head disk: two sewing head fixing needles are arranged at the boundary edge of the upper semi-ring and the lower semi-ring, and when the sewing head disc is not turned over, the two adjacent needles are arranged; when the sewing head disk is turned over, they become two opposite needles. Therefore, the stitches held by the two needles are subjected to the largest tensile force, and may fall off the needles and not participate in the sewing, thereby causing defective products. Obviously, the upper and lower half rings have two junctions, and thus two sets of needles are at the edge, which we can refer to as group 1 and penultimate group 1; meanwhile, the loops of the 2 nd group needle and the 2 nd last group needle are easily separated from the needles due to the pulling of the loops of the 1 st group needle and the 1 st last group needle. It can be seen that the sets of needles located at the edges are high risk areas for producing rejects.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the above drawbacks and to provide a more reliable sewing device for circular knitting machines.
Therefore, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a sewing device of a circular knitting machine comprises two sewing devices 1800360 formed by semi-rings0The annular sewing head disc is characterized in that one half ring can be overturned and overlapped with the other half ring; the sewing head disc is provided with sewing head fixing needles for mounting coils, and when the semi-rings are turned and overlapped, the sewing head fixing needles on the two semi-rings correspond to each other one by one; the method is characterized in that: several groups of sewing head fixing needles are positioned on the edge of the semi-ring, and the head of the needle body is provided with a transverse groove.
Furthermore, a plurality of groups of sewing head fixing needles are arranged on the edge of the semi-ring, the needle body of each group of sewing head fixing needles is provided with a chamfer surface, the chamfer surface cuts the front surface of the needle body, which is contacted with the coil, and the side surface of the needle body, which faces the edge of the semi-ring, extends forwards from the back, and the cutting part is larger forwards until the cutting part is intersected with the transverse groove of the head part of the needle body.
Furthermore, the oblique cutting surface is formed with the front surface of the needle body1300-1400The included angle of (a).
Furthermore, the intersection line of the chamfer and the transverse groove is modified into a smooth arc line.
The needle head fixing needle consists of a needle point, a needle body and a needle tail from front to back, and a transverse groove is formed in the position, adjacent to the needle point, of the head of the needle body; in a group of suture fixing needles corresponding to the upper half ring and the lower half ring, a needle tip of one needle is provided with a longitudinal groove, a needle body of the other needle is provided with a longitudinal groove, and the two longitudinal grooves are mutually matched.
The invention adopts a plurality of groups of special sewing head fixing needles near the edges of the upper and lower semi-rings, and a transverse groove is designed at the head of the needle body. Therefore, when the coil is hung on the stitch fixing needles, the coil can be clamped into the groove and is not easy to drop off due to the resistance of the curved surface of the groove.
In practice, the applicant has found that with such a design, there is still a certain defective rate, which may be in the range of five to two per thousand, depending on the yarn type. If the depth of the groove is increased or the curvature of the curved surface is changed to be steeper, the needle is not easily removed during sewing, but the needle is not easily removed from the sewing head disk after the sewing is completed.
Through further research, during the process of turning and overlapping the upper half ring and the lower half ring of the sewing head disk, the force applied to the coils is the elastic tension generated by pulling between the adjacent coils. Taking the sewing head fixing needle at the leftmost side of the half ring as an example, the coil carried by the sewing head fixing needle is pulled by the coils at the two sides, and the coil is led out from the left side of the sewing head fixing needle and is positioned below the sewing head fixing needle, so that the pulling force exerted on the sewing head fixing needle is towards the right lower side; according to the orthogonal decomposition method of stress, the pulling force can be immediately divided into two components of downward component and rightward component, if the downward component is larger, the coil can miss the transverse groove on the stitch fixing needle, so that needle release can occur.
As can be seen from the foregoing description, in accordance with a further aspect of the present invention, a needle is secured to the leftmost stitch of the upper ring half with the diagonal plane thereof extending substantially downwardly and rightwardly, so that during operation, the loop is not immediately stressed but is cushioned along the diagonal plane and then smoothly enters the transverse recess in the head of the needle body, thereby completing the folding and the stitching steps.
After the sewing is finished, the fabric needs to be taken down from the sewing head fixing needle, and the technical scheme of the invention does not increase the resistance when the coil normally leaves the sewing head fixing needle, so that the subsequent steps of sock taking off, sock turning over and the like can be still smoothly finished.
The bevel and the front of the needle body form 1300-1400The angle is the best scheme obtained by the applicant through practice, and the mounting effect of the sewing head fixing needle is relatively best under the angle.
The intersection line of the oblique plane and the transverse groove is corrected into a smooth arc line, so that the coil can slide on the sewing head fixing needle more smoothly, and meanwhile, burrs on the needle can be removed in the correction process, and the coil is prevented from being cut off.
The needle fixing needles are arranged on the upper half ring and the lower half ring, and are mutually corresponding, when the needle tip and the needle body are respectively provided with a longitudinal groove, the two longitudinal grooves form a channel for the movement of the needle, and the needle can carry a suture to finish the suture.
The preferable scheme can effectively reduce the defective rate in the sewing process through the comparative test of the applicant. Under the condition that other parameter conditions are completely consistent, the defective rate is reduced from five per thousand to one per thousand, and the effect is very obvious.

The chamfer 118 eventually extends to meet the transverse groove 115 to form an intersecting smooth arc 119.
See the figure7-8, the angles α, β formed by the chamfer 118 and the front 116 and left 117 sides are both 1350
Example 3, see fig. 9-11:
