1. A production and preparation process of organic bamboo shoot powder is characterized by comprising the following steps: the production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting proper organic bamboo shoots to prepare the processing production process, and selecting bamboo shoots with obvious root tuber expansion and rich appearance to process the bamboo shoot powder;
s2, de-enzyming the bamboo shoots selected in the step S1, and performing primary treatment on the bamboo shoots by water bath de-enzyming;
s3, taking a superfine grinder to grind the bamboo shoots in the step S2, wherein the grinding particle size is more than 900 meshes; sterilizing the crushed square bamboo shoot superfine powder by using ultraviolet sterilization equipment; 1000 to 1200 parts of bamboo shoot powder prepared in the step S3 are taken for standby;
s4, taking 200-500 parts of honeysuckle, cleaning and airing, then putting the honeysuckle into the superfine pulverizer in the step S3, and starting to pulverize the honeysuckle;
s5, mixing 200-500 parts of honeysuckle with the organic bamboo shoot powder prepared in the step S3, adding clear water, and rapidly stirring to dissolve the organic bamboo shoot powder in the water;
s6, filtering the slurry containing the organic bamboo shoot powder mixture by double-layer gauze, removing impurities at the bottom layer, and allowing the slurry to enter a next-stage sedimentation tank for continuous sedimentation and separation;
s7, shoveling the finally obtained wet organic bamboo shoot powder from the sedimentation tank, putting the shoveled wet organic bamboo shoot powder into a clean cloth bag, hoisting the bag by using a rope, and draining clear water at a ventilated place;
and S8, breaking into small pieces, placing the small pieces in a mesh screen paved with clean white cotton cloth, and drying in a small fruit and vegetable dryer by hot air to obtain the finished product of the organic bamboo shoot powder.

The production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: in the step S1, bamboo shoots are selected as raw materials within 3 days after rain, the bamboo shoots with the length of 10-28 cm after emergence of soil are dug, and 5cm of soil is dug at the base parts of the bamboo shoots and broken.

The production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: in the step S2, the water temperature is controlled between 66 ℃ and 70 ℃ in the water bath de-enzyming process, and the de-enzyming time is 7 min to 10 min.

The production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: in the step S6, the organic bamboo shoot powder can be gradually separated from impurities such as kudzu vine residue, sand and stone by repeating for a plurality of times; the purity of the obtained organic bamboo shoot powder is higher as the separation times are more.

The production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: in the step S7, the temperature is adjusted to 80-100 ℃ in the early stage of drying, and meanwhile, a ventilation opening is enlarged to discharge moisture; gradually reducing the temperature to 50-60 ℃ along with the reduction of the humidity, and simultaneously reducing the ventilation opening until the air is completely dried.

The production and preparation process of the organic bamboo shoot powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the production and preparation process comprises the following steps: in the step S5, the water content of the organic bamboo shoot powder and the honeysuckle part which are obtained by the neutralization is between 48% and 50%, the hand feeling is soft, no particles exist, and the organic bamboo shoot powder and the honeysuckle part are lifted by hands to be filiform and are suitable for being continuously filiform when flowing downwards in the past.
