Abstract
The invention discloses a back seepage prevention mechanism in the processing process of functional fabrics, which comprises a front conveying roller and a rear conveying roller which are arranged on a functional fabric conveying channel, wherein a resin coating section is arranged between the front conveying roller and the rear conveying roller, and a coating hanging knife is arranged above the resin coating section; and a detection device for detecting whether the resin penetrates through the functional fabric is arranged below the resin coating section, and the detection device is communicated with a controller for controlling the rotation speed of the front conveying roller and the rear conveying roller. The invention can effectively avoid resin back seepage phenomenon in the processing process of the functional fabric, improves the product quality of the functional fabric, and has very convenient and accurate operation.

Background
The functional fabric often needs to be coated with a coating layer such as resin on one side surface, and the existing coating mechanism is difficult to ensure that the coated resin does not penetrate through the back surface of the functional fabric, so that defective products are caused.

The detection device is an infrared detection device.
