Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiments by those skilled in the art, the relevant terms are to be interpreted:
flow modulation: and (5) epidemiological investigation.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for synchronizing a flow adjustment, which is applied to a flow adjustment server in a flow adjustment system, where the flow adjustment system is formed by connecting a server with multiple flow adjustment devices, where the flow adjustment devices may be mobile terminals of users or fixed terminals arranged at different flow adjustment points, and the server stores a flow adjustment questionnaire for epidemic disease setting, and the method includes:
step S11: receiving user information;
specifically, the user information may be non-real-name information bound by the streaming device, such as mobile phone number binding information, or real-name authentication information, biometric information, and the like of the user, such as identity card information, face information, and the like. The mode of receiving the user information may be that the server receives the user information uploaded by the user authorized by scanning the code, or receives face information or input identity card information entered by the user on the streaming device, and so on.
Step S12: inquiring the flow regulation record of the user in a database according to the user information, wherein the user flow regulation record uploaded by a plurality of flow regulation devices is stored in the database;
specifically, the server is connected with a plurality of flow dispatching devices, and the flow dispatching devices upload flow dispatching information of a plurality of flow dispatching points or flow dispatching information of a plurality of users, so that unified management of the flow dispatching information by the server is realized. In an actual application scene, a server receives flow adjustment results of all users to be acquired by flow adjustment equipment of a certain flow adjustment point of a hospital; then, the flow modulation equipment of other flow modulation points can obtain all flow modulation results of the flow modulation point based on the server; similarly, the flow adjusting device of the flow adjusting point can also obtain the flow adjusting results obtained by all other flow adjusting points based on the server, so that the flow adjusting results are shared by all the flow adjusting devices of all the flow adjusting points.
Step S13: and determining the delivered flow modulation data according to the flow modulation record of the user.
Specifically, the flow modulation data may be a last flow modulation result in the flow modulation record, the flow modulation result includes a flow modulation pass and a flow modulation fail, and the flow modulation data may also be a prompt message for flow modulation by a flow modulation questionnaire or a rescanning code.
The server inquires the flow regulation record of the user in a database based on the user information, if the search result is that the flow regulation record of the user is found, the flow regulation result is directly sent to the target flow regulation equipment (through or not), and when the flow regulation result is that the flow regulation is not passed, prompt information for carrying out flow regulation again can be sent to the flow regulation equipment;
and if the search result is that the flow adjustment record of the user is not found, directly sending the current flow adjustment questionnaire to the target flow adjustment equipment so as to facilitate the user to refill the flow adjustment questionnaire.
In the synchronous flow adjustment method provided by this embodiment, the server uniformly controls the flow adjustment information of each flow adjustment device, so that the flow adjustment result is shared by all the flow adjustment devices at all the flow adjustment points, and it is determined whether the flow adjustment questionnaire or the flow adjustment result is issued to the terminal according to the flow adjustment record, instead of resending the flow adjustment questionnaire each time, so that the user can refill the flow adjustment questionnaire, and the procedure complexity is reduced.
As an optional implementation, the method further comprises: receiving flow questionnaire updating information; the determining the delivered flow modulation data according to the flow modulation record of the user includes: and determining the delivered flow modulation data according to the flow modulation record of the user and the flow modulation questionnaire updating information.
Specifically, the determining delivered flow modulation data according to the flow modulation record of the user and the flow modulation questionnaire update information includes: determining the flow adjustment result state in the flow adjustment record according to the flow adjustment questionnaire updating information, wherein the flow adjustment result state comprises validity and expiration; and when the flow adjustment result state in the flow adjustment record is overdue, the flow adjustment data sent down is an updated flow adjustment questionnaire or a prompt of flow adjustment again.
In an actual application scenario, when all epidemic situations change or the epidemic situations in a part of regions change and the content of the flow questionnaire needs to be increased or decreased, the server generates an updated flow questionnaire in time based on the input content of the staff and stores the updated flow questionnaire. Meanwhile, the server updates all the previously stored flow adjustment result states to be expired, in addition, the server completely presets an effective period for all the received flow adjustment result states, and timely changes the stored flow adjustment result states based on the effective period.
As an optional implementation manner, the change to the flow adjustment result state may be, in addition to updating the flow adjustment questionnaire, when receiving the user information of the flow adjustment device, by searching for the update information of the flow adjustment questionnaire, confirming whether the update of the flow adjustment questionnaire exists within a period from the last time the flow adjustment information is filled to the current time the user information is sent, and if the update exists, changing the flow adjustment result state in the flow adjustment record to be expired.
When the server receives the user information sent by the target flow modulation equipment, the server searches the stored flow modulation record based on the user information, and determines whether the flow modulation data sent to the target flow modulation equipment is the last flow modulation result or the latest flow modulation questionnaire or the prompt information of the new flow modulation according to the searched flow modulation result state (valid or overdue), so that the user and the staff can check the prompt information in time. Specifically, when the found flow adjustment result state is valid, the last flow adjustment result is issued (passed or not passed); and when the flow adjustment result state is found to be overdue, issuing an updated flow adjustment questionnaire or prompting that the flow adjustment questionnaire is overdue and requesting to scan the code again.
When the state of the flow modulation result in the flow modulation record is valid, the flow modulation data sent down is directly judged according to the flow modulation record, and the flow modulation record may include flow modulation time and flow modulation result or include flow modulation time, flow modulation place and flow modulation result, and the specific content is described in the following corresponding parts, which is not repeated.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the server allows the flow modulation devices of all the flow modulation points to access the stored flow modulation results, the flow modulation results are shared at all the flow modulation points, the contents of the flow modulation questionnaires of all the flow modulation devices are synchronously updated, and the condition that the flow modulation questionnaires pass the verification but are updated can be avoided from being omitted.
As an optional implementation manner of the present invention, the determining, according to the flow modulation record of the user, the delivered flow modulation data includes:
when the current time and the flow modulation time difference corresponding to the latest flow modulation result in the flow modulation record are smaller than or equal to the preset time length, the issued flow modulation data is the latest flow modulation result in the flow modulation record; and when the flow modulation time difference between the current moment and the latest flow modulation result in the flow modulation record is larger than the preset time length or the flow modulation record of the user is empty, the issued flow modulation data is a flow modulation questionnaire.
In an actual application scenario, the time length may be preset according to actual needs, for example: 14 days, 7 days, 24 hours, etc.
Specifically, when the user passes through a certain flow modulation point and is required to match a flow modulation, the user may obtain a flow modulation questionnaire based on the flow modulation device, for example: smart devices such as smart phones or computers that can implement this function. When a user needs to enter a hospital through a certain entrance of the hospital, a flow regulation point is arranged at the entrance, and the user needs to distribute the flow regulation at the entrance.
The user interacts with the server based on the code scanning of the smart phone; the server searches the flow modulation record of the user based on the user information, determines the time difference between the flow modulation record time and the current time, and compares the time difference with the preset time length; if the comparison result is that the time of the flow adjustment record is less than or equal to the preset time length, the server sends the flow adjustment result filled last time, namely the latest flow adjustment result (including passing or not passing) to the target equipment; and if the comparison result is that the time of the flow adjustment record is longer than the preset time length, the server sends a new flow adjustment questionnaire to the target equipment.
Related staff can also check the flow adjustment result through the server, and if high-risk staff are found, prevention and control measures can be implemented in time.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the server determines the flow modulation data issued to the flow modulation equipment through the flow modulation time information in the flow modulation record, the timeliness of the flow modulation result is considered, and the timely update of the flow modulation information by the user is ensured.
As an optional implementation manner of the present invention, the determining, according to the flow modulation record of the user, delivered flow modulation data includes:
when the current time and the current flow regulation time difference corresponding to the latest flow regulation result in the flow regulation record are smaller than or equal to the preset time length, and the flow regulation place in the flow regulation record and the current flow regulation place are associated places, the issued flow regulation data are the latest flow regulation result in the flow regulation record; and when the current time is different from the latest flow regulation result in the flow regulation record by more than a preset time length or when the flow regulation record of the user is empty or the flow regulation place in the flow regulation record and the current flow regulation place are not relevant places, the issued flow regulation data is a flow regulation questionnaire.
Specifically, under the condition that the flow dispatching result state is effective, the server searches flow dispatching records of all persons stored in the database based on the received user information; and when the flow adjustment record of the user is found, further judging whether the flow adjustment result state is valid or overdue based on the flow adjustment point information.
The association location may be pre-bound by background personnel according to actual requirements, for example, different entrances of the same hospital are bound as the association location, and specifically, in the case that the flow adjustment result state is valid, the user needs to enter the hospital through different entrances of the same hospital:
the server searches the flow modulation records of all people in the database based on the user information, and if the search result is that the flow modulation record of the user is found; the server acquires the flow dispatching point information in the flow dispatching record, and if the flow dispatching point information comprises any entrance of the hospital, the server sends the latest flow dispatching result state to the target flow dispatching equipment; and if the flow dispatching point information does not comprise any entrance of the hospital, the server sends the latest flow dispatching questionnaire to the target flow dispatching equipment.
In addition, since users come in and go out from various places for various reasons in real life, a certain area may become a high risk or risk area, and thus, the coming in and going out and the trip of the control personnel are strictly required in the area with a serious epidemic situation.
Therefore, in order to more accurately control the epidemic, the server needs to update the contents of the flow questionnaire, for example, to increase whether "go to a certain high risk or medium risk area within 14 days".
The server stores the updated flow questionnaire or updates the scanning code to generate the updating code, so that a user can obtain the updated flow questionnaire at the flow dispatching point by scanning the updating code.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the server determines the flow modulation data issued to the flow modulation equipment through the flow modulation point information, the time information and the updated questionnaire information in the flow modulation record, and the relevance among different flow modulation places is considered, so that the content of the flow modulation questionnaires of all the flow modulation equipment is synchronously updated in time, and the convenience of a user entering the relevant places is improved.
As an optional implementation, the synchronous stream modulation method further includes: receiving flow adjustment questionnaire updating information, and generating a new flow adjustment questionnaire according to the flow adjustment questionnaire updating information; issuing the new flow adjustment questionnaire to each flow adjustment device; or
Receiving flow adjustment questionnaire updating information, and generating a new flow adjustment questionnaire according to the flow adjustment questionnaire updating information; and generating an update code according to the new flow modulation questionnaire, and issuing the update code to each flow modulation point device for scanning by the flow modulation device.
Specifically, when an epidemic suddenly breaks out in a certain place, the staff in the background of the flow modulation need to update the contents of the flow modulation questionnaire in time, for example, newly add: in nearly fourteen days, if the user goes somewhere, the server generates an updated flow questionnaire in time based on the input content of the staff, and sends the updated flow questionnaire to all flow modulation points connected with the server in time for the user to fill in. The specific scenario may be: when a user enters a certain hospital, face input or identity information input is carried out on the flow adjustment equipment, and at the moment, the flow adjustment equipment displays a new flow adjustment questionnaire to be filled in by the user.
The flow dispatching point equipment can be a large display screen arranged at each flow dispatching point and used for displaying two-dimensional code information, a user scans the updated two-dimensional code information by using the flow dispatching equipment (smart phone), and after identity input, a new flow dispatching questionnaire can be jumped out for the user to fill in the flow dispatching equipment (smart phone).
According to the synchronous flow adjustment method provided by the embodiment, the questionnaire information can be synchronously updated by each flow adjustment point in a mode of directly and synchronously updating the questionnaire to the flow adjustment point, so that the condition that the checked user passes the check again under the condition that the questionnaire is updated and the updating of the flow adjustment information of the user is omitted is avoided.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for synchronizing stream dispatching, which is applied to any stream dispatching equipment in a stream dispatching system, wherein the stream dispatching system is formed by connecting a server and a plurality of stream dispatching equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S21: acquiring user information;
specifically, the flow adjustment device may be an intelligent mobile terminal of a user or a fixed terminal device installed at a flow adjustment point, and the flow adjustment device may acquire user information based on a user code scanning, or may acquire biological information or identity information, such as face information, identity card information, and the like, input by the user in the flow adjustment point device. In this embodiment, the example of acquiring the user information by the streaming device is specifically described with a code scanning of a smart phone as an example.
The stream adjusting point can be set at a proper position according to the morbidity condition of epidemic diseases and the morbidity condition of a specific area so as to realize epidemic prevention and control; the flow modulation point can perform data interaction with a user based on the flow modulation equipment and acquire a flow modulation result completed by the user.
Step S22: uploading the user information to a streaming server;
specifically, during an epidemic situation, when a user first needs to enter the hospital through a certain entrance of the hospital, a flow regulation point is provided at the entrance, and the user needs to distribute the flow regulation at the entrance.
For example: the method comprises the steps that a user opens a portable smart phone, scans codes at a flow dispatching point at an entrance to obtain a flow dispatching questionnaire, writes relevant information of the user in a filling mode according to the content or relevant prompts of the flow dispatching questionnaire, submits the written information after the completion of the filling, and the flow dispatching result is generated by the smart phone.
After the user obtains the flow adjustment result based on the smart phone, the hospital opens the right of the user to enter the hospital through the entrance, and at the moment, the smart phone also sends the flow adjustment result to the server for storage, so that flow adjustment equipment of other flow adjustment points can obtain the flow adjustment result state of the user in time.
Step S23: and receiving the streaming tone data obtained by the streaming tone server executing any one of the synchronous streaming tone methods.
In an actual application scenario, the smart phone receiving server sends the flow modulation record based on the user information, and if the search result is that the flow modulation record of the user is found, the corresponding flow modulation data is sent to the smart phone according to the method for synchronizing the flow modulation in the embodiment.
For example, if the flow adjustment result state is valid and the flow adjustment result is pass, the user mobile phone terminal receives a pass prompt message sent by the server, and after the user shows the prompt to a staff of the target flow adjustment point, the user acquires the authority of entering the flow adjustment point without refilling the initial flow adjustment questionnaire; if the flow regulation result state is valid and the flow regulation result is invalid, the smart phone receives an invalid message sent by the server, further, information for reminding the user of carrying out flow regulation again can be issued to the smart phone, the user acquires a flow regulation questionnaire again through code scanning, fills the flow regulation questionnaire with the information of the user, submits the information, and then acquires the authority of the flow regulation point; and when the flow adjustment result state of the user is overdue, the smart phone receives a new flow adjustment questionnaire sent by the server.
In another practical application scenario, the first user takes the first flow regulation point as a target flow regulation point; the method comprises the steps that a first user needs to perform flow adjustment at a first flow adjustment point, after receiving a request of the first user for obtaining a flow adjustment result state, a smart phone sends user information of the first user to a server, when the server inquires that the flow adjustment result state of the first user is overdue, the smart phone can directly receive a new flow adjustment questionnaire of the server or remind the first user to perform flow adjustment again, the user scans an update code of flow adjustment point equipment based on the smart phone to obtain an updated flow adjustment questionnaire, fills in the complete updated flow adjustment questionnaire and submits the updated flow adjustment questionnaire to generate an updated flow adjustment result, and the updated flow adjustment result is verified and passes the verification; and then the first user acquires the access right of the first flow regulation point again.
The second user scans the update scanning code based on the smart phone, acquires an update flow questionnaire, fills in and submits the complete update flow questionnaire, generates an update flow questionnaire result, and checks the update flow questionnaire result to pass the check; the second user then obtains access to the first streaming point.
As shown in fig. 3, the above embodiment can be implemented by the following implementation:
(1) the server synchronously sends the initial flow adjustment questionnaire to a first flow adjustment point and a second flow adjustment point;
(2) the first user finishes the flow adjustment at a first flow adjustment point to generate an initial flow adjustment result;
(3) the first dispatching point sends the initial dispatching result to the server for storage, and workers can check the dispatching result through the server;
(4) the second flow regulation point checks the first user based on the flow regulation result generated at the first flow regulation point, and the flow regulation result passes the check;
(5) the server updates the initial flow questionnaire into an updated flow questionnaire, and then sends the updated flow questionnaire to the first flow regulation point and the second flow regulation point;
(6) the first dispatching point checks the first user based on the dispatching result generated at the first dispatching point, the dispatching result fails to check, and the user is reminded to dispatch again;
(7) a first user scans an update code at a first flow modulation point, acquires an update flow modulation questionnaire, completely updates the update flow modulation questionnaire, generates an update flow modulation result, and sends the update flow modulation result to a server for storage so as to be conveniently checked by a worker; the first flow adjustment point checks the updated flow adjustment result, and the flow adjustment result passes the check;
(8) the second user scans the update codes at the second flow modulation point to obtain an update flow modulation questionnaire, the update flow modulation questionnaire is completely updated, an update flow modulation result is generated, and the update flow modulation result is sent to the server to be stored so as to be conveniently checked by a worker; and the second flow adjustment point checks the updated flow adjustment result, and the flow adjustment result passes the check.
